Dealership is awesome! They really helped me getting into the right bike. It’s my first Harley and I couldn’t have asked for more! I would recommend this dealer to everyone. They also where able to get me in for the riding class that gave me my endorsement I needed to ride. I would recommend the class either way. It was very helpful in making me a better rider.

Greeley Harley continues to outshine and out perform other Harley shops I’ve been too. Jessie in the Service department, Dillon in Parts, Allison in Motor Clothes and Charlie in Marketing are true professionals and always a pleasure to deal with. Then you have Alex who I s probably the best tech on the face of this planet that works in the shop fixing bikes. Greeley Harley always treats you fair and breaks their back to ensure you are satisfied with their work. If you go to any other Harley shop you have missed out on a great Harley experience!

My review is for parts, especially Phillip. I went in yesterday and needed help with a new clutch pack. Phillip went above and beyond as he knew I recently purchased the same product a month a ago. Phillip had a service tech come and help answer a couple questions I had about my install process and torque specifications. Both Phillip and the tech were very helpful and knowledgeable about the process and insured me my install was properly completed. Once checking out, Phillip and I had a wonderful conversation about life and our children which totally made my day and gave me a pep in my step after our second baby was born a few days ago. I was ran down and tired and stretched thin and Philip was a person I needed that I didn’t know he helped me more then he will know. Greeley Harley Davidson will always be my dealer of choice from now on thanks to Philip for just being a cool dude that cares about people bit the amount of money being spent truly a class act human being.I appreciate you Philip

Ive been there a few times for service and Hobart took great care of my bike. Ive also been in for some test rides and casually shopping for a touring bike. Theyre always very friendly and helpful and theyre not doing some of the high pressure sales tactics you find at some dealerships. Cody and Caleb want you to buy the right bike for and theyll help you find it if they can. Highly recommend these guys. Edit: I ended up buying a 2021 RGS from them and it was as painless as can be. (didnt take hours & hours)

I went to Greeley not knowing what to expect because of my own experience with other Harley-Davidson dealers in this area. I had a very pleasant surprise and this experience was nothing like my other experiences. The sales person greeted me as I walked into the dealership, We spoke for a few minutes as he asked questions to help zero in on which bike I was interested in. Since I had already researched what bike I was interested in the whole process to look at available bike, discuss ordering, make a decision, negotiate a price and secure financing took less than 3 hours. The for the next hour I was introduced to the dealer key personal in service, parts and retail. Overall, I felt I got a good deal and will take my bike to Greeley for service and will definitely continue taking my business to them.

I just bought my first new motorcycle. These guys were no nonsense, straight forward and easy to work with. Financing through them got me a better interest rate than my credit union that I have banked with for YEARS. The whole staff from sales to service to motor clothes are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I will be going here for all of my future motorcycle needs. Carl was my salesman and he was awesome. Phil helped me out with parts and accessories for the bike and he really knows his stuff. Hobert is the best technician I know and it was a pleasure to have him set up my bike. The motor clothes girls knew the products and were great to work with. All in all top marks for sure.

Ive had the best experience here thanks to Cody! My husband works in the oil field and isnt home very often so when we were approved for zero down at the loveland location they would NOT save a bike with just the wifes signature for a few days till my husband came home and insisted on 500.00 down to hold a bike and mentioned not paying my mortgage on time to pay for a down payment when we where approved for zero down. Not only when I came to the greeley harley davidson did Cody find me a bike in the color I wanted he also worked with me and my husband to insure that even due to my husbands crazy schedule out of state that I would get the bike I wanted! I was there ALOT, I got my Motorcycle training through greeley and got my bike shortly after passing and Ive become a regular at the Greeley HD and Ive never felt anything but welcomed from the moment I enter to the second I leave! Cody and Janet made buying a bike easy! Shout out to my girls upfront, and new guy and all the other great people that keep this local Harley Davidson going strong!

An amazing experience from start to finish. Pre-ordered a bike back in the beginning of February that didnt arrive until the end of July. I was provided updates along the way, pricing was very transparent. Wild West is not the closest dealer to my location but they are honest and great people that I am more than happy to travel to for any of my Motorsports needs. Im sure I will see you all soon. Very disappointed with treatment of new customers/students in the Riding Academy. there seems to be no regard for promised follow-up and customer satisfaction. If fact, I feel like the attitude is We got your money, now dont bother us anymore. Will not return to this dealership

I got a bike back in May. Rode it out to the other side of town, and it wouldnt start back up. Luckily the salesman went out of his way to help me. We got it jumped, and I eventually bought a new battery for it. I wasnt going to put up a fuss about paying for it since the salesman was so helpful. About a week later the battery light came back on, so I just kept charging it overnight until I was able to bring it back in. They eventually found that something was wrong with regulator so they fixed that. I was surprised when I got there to pick it up because they ended up charging me almost $300 for everything, and that was after the salesman fought tooth and nail to get it discounted. I dont have the plates for it yet, and I havent even been able to take it outside of the city with the battery constantly being drained. I want to make it clear that the salesman is a really great guy, and I know for a fact he would never have intentionally sold me a bike that wasnt working properly. I really appreciate everything he did for me, but Ill be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

$833 for service. Tech checked off on everything and return my ATV like this. I double checked that everything was to be lubricated. None of the grease ports were touched. I had to send photos to them that were never responded to. DJ the service manager offered to come pick it up and complete the job I’d already paid for at 0930. At 1115 it gets picked up. At 1530 I have to call to find out where my machine is before work. Two messages later they’ll drop it off in my garage. No follow up, no apologies, no discount for my time, anything. If they’re willing to blow a customer off that caught them not actually doing a service I paid for, what else are they not doing!?

Came in from out of state to buy my bike. Cody helped me out and was quick, honest, and to the point regarding the used bike and it’s history. Very knowledgeable and between walking in the doors and leaving with the bike purchased, it took us one hour- including all the paperwork! Janet helped with the financing portion and was awesome!

Just purchased a very expensive motorcycle because they had the exact bike my wife wanted as we travelled through Colorado. I was very disappointed with the dealership. First we walked in the door and oogled over the bike in front (one we bought) for minutes. Sitting on it and checking it out. Never had anyone ask us if we needed assistance or was looking to buy. We walked around seeing what else they had and finally someone asked us if we needed assistance. We said yes and showed him the bike we were interested in. We asked if they had demo seats to try a different seat on that bike. He went and got us a parts guy and left. Parts guy installed and removed the seat as we actually didn’t like it. Then we said we wanted to test ride it. He went and got someone else. They took it outside and found a guy to take us on an escorted demo ride. Finally upon coming back we met a sales man who was going to sell us the bike. He took care of our requests that evening right before closing and we wanted to sleep on it. We came back the next morning and finalized the deal. The bike was thrown on the floor without being dealer prepped so we waited a half a day to have our new ride to take home. The salesman ended up being the best to work with and the most real salesman but the dealership didn’t have a gong or bell or music to commemorate this occasion. Not even a photo opportunity location. They also didn’t provide any shirts after spending 30k on a used bike. To my wife(first HD) and I this will not be a dealership I can say I had a great experience buying a bike.

As a new rider completing the Harley Davidson Academy, I was looking into buying my first ever bike. I was able to get in touch with Cody and setup an appointment the very next day, which was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and laid back which made for a great experience. He didnt pressure me into buying something that I wasnt comfortable with and provided me with his own personal experiences and recommendations which helped a lot. First off, Im not just giving this great review for the simple fact that its my local Harley dealership, it is indeed the best dealership I have ever been to. The staff alone really truly cares about every customer that walks through that door, and they take care of everybody. You can tell that every single one of them love their job, they love the dealership, and they all get along well with each other. This includes all the staff, the sales department, the parts department, and even the motor clothes department. Everybody in there has been wonderful and I have been going here for almost a decade and will continue to do so. Never had any issues with any department or person Ive come in contact with, and overall this dealer is just a great place to hang out if you just want to be around like-minded people. Coffee is pretty strong, but hey its coffee from a Harley dealership what do you expect.

“So I bought my first Harley from Caleb and Johnny A little over a year and a half ago. They were great tough me a lot about the tings I did not know about since I never owned a Harley. Unfortunately 6 months after getting my bike I got hit by a car at low speed but the insurance totaled it out. I was looking for a bike again. Johnny did everything he could to sell me a bike even a brand new one. The only thing was I just didnt fall in love with one that was in the inventory. I had decided before I bought a brand new bike I would run to thunder mountain and see what they had. They had a lot of bikes but again none that just said this is the one but as I was leaving I found a used 2012 street-glide in Tequila Sunrise and I instantly fell in love. I knew that was the bike I had to have. The hard part was dealing with Thunder and tier salespeople was nothing like Greeley Harley and Caleb and Johnny it was a night mare and in fact 6 months latter I am still running temp plates and they are still looking for all my paperwork. The next morning I went to Greeley Harley to sadly break the news that I bought a bike elsewhere. I was expecting the to be sad or even upset that I didnt buy a bike through them. That was never the case they were so happy for me and totally understood that when you see a bike and instantly fall in love that it has be. They gave me some great ideas on some upgrades and fun things to do to the bike and took me over to the service department and got me all hooked up. I spent Sometime at the parts desk speaking with Philip. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful in planning The repairs and upgrades for my bike.

Normally dont take anything to a mechanic but was unsure of what the problem was for my motorcycle. I called them up and got a couple different ideas of what the problem was and they said that they could get me in today and well run a diagnostic on it and go from there.Well there was no mention of any kind of charge to be done. I assumed they did the diagnostic then asked if we would go through with it. Well I got back and the price it self was ridiculous, way more than a 200 dollar quote I originally got and the new problem they found was 800 and change. I said no and would come and get the bike.I get back and there is a 200 dollar fee for the diagnostic... They said thats what they normally charge and I asked what do you mean. Why wouldnt you say our diagnostic would be 200 dollars instead of oh hey, you owe 200 to get the bike back. Thanks for the heads up and thanks for letting me know I shouldnt be going there for anything ever again.I complaint to him and he lowered the price a little bit and all he would say is I have to pay my guys. Well thats fine just let me know Im paying your guys after the fact. Just had no idea nor did they communicate anything in the price until it was all said and done.My fault too, I should of asked.

My dad and I rode in to purchase 2 poker chips. We were greeted by Kara as she sat at her desk. We went back to the counter where the chips were. There was no one that came to our assistance. My dad went to look around as I went to ask Kara if she could assist me with purchasing 2 poker chips. She jumped out of her chair and she was very pleasant and great to talk to. I would consider her a valuable asset to Greeley H-D. Enjoyed talking to her.

I have a 2019 Roadglide special and read forums on adding tpms sensors to my bike. I installed HD sensors and need a flash done. I took my bike to a dealer west of Greeley and they said they could do it and they tried but told me it cant be done and still charged me 97.00 which was a 37.00 discount. I call Greeley Harley Davidson they told me they think they can do it and if they couldnt they would not charge me. Well Hobert one of there techs got the job done and updated my software for the radio for free while the bike was there. He took the time to visit with me and explain what he had did. Top notch service from the service advisors to sales dept everyone very friendly w great customer service. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with the guys and gals at Greeley HD. I had a bike there for winter storage, saw they were running a special for %125 NADA trade-in values on model year 2020 harleys. I stopped by the dealership on Wednesday and had a new 2020 low rider S by Thursday. Worked with my budget, which was admittedly tight, and even worked a deal to put the new Harley in my old bike’s storage spot. Really appreciate these folks working hard to get me on the Harley I always wanted but didn’t think I’d be able to get. Semper fi, see ya for a stage II upgrade next spring.
