My daughter talked me into getting back into the martial arts. I havent looked back since we walked through the door. It was so exciting when we walked in the door and everyone was so friendly. They care about your success and will help you on your journey. We are so happy to be part of such a great school that is so family friendly.

TSD is one of my favorite places to be. All of the instructors are so helpful and understanding. They treat everyone like one big family and make sure everyone feels included in class☺️

Ive never been here but I had a question about the length of the class. Im going on a vacation to a huge city in a different state and I want to learn self defense as fast as possible. How long are the basic self defense classes? Is it possible to take the course for a week or so and still have all the information?

Ive been training at Herb Blues Total Self Defense for a little over 2 years in all three styles offered. I feel that training in all three styles has made me a better and well rounded martial artist. The instructors and my fellow students help me learn and keep training fun.Herb Blues Total Self Defense also has a great kids program. The kids learn more than just self defense. They will gain confidence and learn respect for their fellow students.
