I am a parent of a preK child at Kindercare West in Green Bay. I have always been happy with our experience having a child at this center. Management at the center has always been warm and welcoming and the staff go above and beyond to meet the daily needs of our child. I am able to check my child’s daily reports and activities using the App they offer and it is so easy, it just sends text messages and emails straight to my phone. I always see staff cleaning when I go to drop off and pick up my child and I my favorite part is how happy my child is to be there🥰. Kinder care has definitely made our family feel like a priority and we could not survive without them!

My son has been going here since he was about a year and a half old. He’s three now. The teachers work wonderfully with him, and trust me- he is a tiny tornado, full of energy. He can be a handful! They help me to find ways to help him. He had a speech therapist last year that would come to the daycare and work with him, but also help the teachers with finding ways to work with him and the rest of the little kiddos. They were very receptive and have been an awesome team to have for my little guy.

Its nice having the feeling of peace when you drop of your children knowing that they are receiving excellent care. The staff at KinderCare are so caring and they keep you informed of changes and situations concerning your children. My husband and I are foster parents and whenever we are in need of childcare for any new foster children they make room for them so we can keep them all together. I recommend KinderCare to anyone looking for a great daycare.

Everyone is so friendly and sweet. When I drop off my little guy he claps with excitement as we pull in the parking lot. He genuinely seems to love being there. Thank you Kindercare and Staff!

Ive been working at the Taylor st. location for a couple years now. This is a very special place to be a part of because of the difference that we are making with the families and children. I have the opportunity every day to observe staff work in a love and caring manner with the children even when they have difficult behaviors. The part I love about my job is the difference I are making in the future of the community.

The director and the staff at this facility are super dedicated to the care of your children. They are heartwarming people who give everything they have to make you and your children feel comfortable with the facility and or the transition into daycare from home care. I have been using this facility off and on for 4 years and have never been disappointed in the staff or the companys response to concerns. They do have a curriculum to help teach your children at their specific mile-stones, aid in potty training, and with social development. As a college educated mother of 3 boys I would like to personally thank the director and staff for all of their efforts toward my children and the other kids that truly need someone who cares when their parents are working. You all are absolutely amazing!

I love this daycare! My son loves it, and loves his teachers. Everyone there is great! Would definitely recommend them!

Didnt have the best experience.. they expect you to know everything yourself. Basically had to show myself where I put my kids stuff even. The one thing they didnt have a problem showing me is how to pay though. Shows they just wanted my money..

My child has been at kinder Care on Taylor Street since she was six months old. Its like a big family there. All the staff make an effort to make time for you and make you feel comfortable leaving your child there. Im always greeted by name and I get a daily comunication report of how my daughters day went, what she ate, activities she did, and how long her nap was. They also have been a huge contributer in potty training. I love getting daily photos of her as well. I would recommend this kinder Care to anyone who wants the best care for their child.

I have worked at Kinder Care West as the Pre-Kindergarten teacher for nearly 5 years. I also have experience working with children with autism, providing respite care for families and children in the Brown County foster care system, and am the mother of an energetic 2-year-old daughter (who also attends our centers discovery preschool classroom). I am so incredibly blessed to be part of such an amazing team here at Kinder Care West, as all of our staff genuinely cares for and loves each and every one of our kiddos. We strive to meet the individual needs and concerns of each family that warms our center so that we can build long-term and lasting positive relationships.❤️ We also take pride in welcoming all children of various developmental levels, and we adjust our curriculum to positively engage, support, and challenge each child who enters our building. In the case of extreme behaviors, we take every effort to work with the family to address, eliminate, or minimize those behaviors. This includes individualized behavior plans, daily behavioral logs (to track any patterns or triggers), and consistent implementation of positive reinforcement and redirection following each behavior. We also use resources such as sensory items, calm down areas, and social stories to further support the child; and all staff is regularly and professionally trained in these areas of behavioral concern. Although we go through extensive measures to work on minimizing behaviors, our primary concern is to maintain safety and well-being for all children in our center and to serve our families. Therefore, Kinder Care does have specific protection policies in place to appropriately address those continuous behaviors which pose physical harm or health risks to other children, or that continue to significantly interfere with other childrens learning within the classroom. PARENTS BEWARE!!!!If your looking for a daycare avoid this one. This specific location is a complete waste. They lack communication and they will make up lies to try and push kids out. Happened to me. My daughter has been going to this location for almost 4 years. Ive had my ups and downs but after this last issue Im happy to have moved my daughter. They claimed my daughters behavior was out of control and that I had 4 weeks to change that. They gave me daily sheets to let me know what she was doing and honestly it was a joke. Most of the stuff they put down was normal behavior you would expect from a toddler. Than there was behaviors listed that I believe was made up. They claimed that my 4 year old used inappropriate terms in complete fully understanding sentences but yet these terms have never been said anywhere at home. Even to this day I have yet to hear her even say some of these terms. Which doesnt make sense. If my daughter is saying these so called words than why isnt she saying them at home? If my toddler was saying these terms than she is learning them from someone at the daycare but I think they were purposely trying to get her out. So played along with this b.s. I did my part as a parent and looked for ways to resolve her behavior. I even went to a professional and talk to him about it. I even showed him these daily sheets and he even agreed that its normal behavior. Well skipping to two week mark. After all my effort I learned that only 1-2 teachers were actually trying to help. The other teachers werent even trying. So all these different methods i was trying they werent doing. They were pretty much setting my daughter up to fail but expected results. What ticked me off the most was Emmie had already made up her mind after only two weeks! So basically everything I was doing was for nothing. To make matters worse was how Emmie the director of this location suggested that I should put my child into counseling because she thinks my 5 year old nephew could be doing something to her due to a different situation. This other situation is a different matter and the person in question has not been proven guilty or not guilty and as far as we know this person hasnt done anything to my nephew. So her comments about this was very uncalled for and very unprofessional to even make a suggestion like that. So I went over her head and reported her to her supervisor. I still havent received a formal apology for it and neither has my sister which in the the least she deserves one because it was her son Emmie was accusing.Other things about this daycare parents should know is that there are teachers who are fostering children so it doesnt surprise me that I would see them watching those kids more than others. Those same kids would be showing worse behavior than my child but yet Emmie allows them to stay. Other things i would notice is there always seems to be more kids in rooms than teachers. Ive even heard some teachers complain about this. This center needs to go through retraining and learn how to communicate. Maybe even look into how to better deal with children with behavior problems and how to help the parent resolve the problem instead of trying to screw them over. I think putting a child on probation expecting the behavior to resolve but not actually doing their part is unprofessional and says allot about this center. Ive spoken to other Kinder care centers and when Ive brought up how they handle behavior problem. They would tell me how they actually have teachers there who actually work with the kids so I dont understand why the Taylor st location fails at this. Something I strongly suggest parents to look into when looking at daycares. I will never recommend this location to anyone. Parents beware!
