This place is awesome. My 5 year old daughter has been training at Undisputed South for 6 months, and she absolutely loves it. The experience has had a major positive influence on her confidence and development, and shes made some great friends too!The owner and head teacher, Mr. Matt, strikes the perfect balance between being patient / having fun with the kids while also commanding their respect. My daughter leaves every class feeling like she overcame a challenge, learned something new, and had fun doing so.If youre looking for a fantastic martial arts experience for your child, this is it. I have been a member of this gym, participating in kickboxing and boxing classes, since February 2020. In short, this gym has bettered my mental and physical health on so many levels. I came here knowing nothing about striking and I feel that not only have I learned self defense, I have learned it burning hundreds of calories each session. The coaches and fellow gym members here are all about making you better, helping you learn, and being comfortable in a judgement-free zone. I started taking kickboxing classes at Undisputed South in January 2020 and it has been a great experience! I knew nothing about it, Keith and Matt have been great coaches. Always a fun atmosphere, and a great workout. There is also now fitness classes a couple times a week, that are also awesome. Highly recommend.

My 17-year-old son and I started boxing and kickboxing together at Undisputed South and have had nothing but good experiences. As a fitness coach, I appreciate the level of professionalism and expertise of both Keith and Matt. Not only are we learning the techniques of boxing and kickboxing, we are getting our moneys worth in SWEAT equity every single class! We never leave disappointed!

Love this place. Instructions are awesome and very knowledgeable. Great way to learn boxing, kickboxing and just get in shape! Dont have to be a pro, they will teach you the ropes.

Undisputed South is an amazing place to train. My kids have trained with Matt for 2 years and you could not ask for better or more patient coach. His love for juijitsu definitely shows. My husband trains under Matt and David. They are both so knowledgeable and really focus on technique and are quick to help guide anyone on their juijitsu journey. The boxing/kickboxing program is just as wonderful. Corey and Matt are great instructors and definitely give you a great workout whether youve been doing it for years or your first time. We are glad to be a part of such an awesome family. Hands down the best gym!!

So many reasons why I love Undisputed South but the best thing about this place is the quality of instructors and students. You can train martial arts anywhere but you cant always be a part of a great community. Undisputed South has the best community and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Undisputed South is the best place to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Sahuarita. The classes are fun and the instructors are super knowledgeable. The members treat each other like family. I cant say enough good things about this place. I train multiple times a week here and I couldnt imagine training anywhere else.

Undisputed South is a great place to train. Not only for adults my kids have been training there for about six months and they love it. Matt Blank is excellent with all the kids. All the instructors are amazing and you will get a high level of training. The boxing and kick boxing is a great way to get your cardio in. Undisputed South is the best place to come and train in the Sahuarita/Green Valley area.

I love training with Matt. Even though I’m a third degree black belt he still teaches me loads of great jiu jitsu details. There’s no better place to train in this part of Tucson.
