Mrs Myra is so sweet and caring and is so knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs certification or just wants extra knowledge about first aid or CPR procedures. I will definitely be coming back.

This is is great company for your certification needs, for example, CPR and AED for Healthcare providers. Mrs. Myra and Mr. Antwon is very knowledgeable and make the class fun and exciting.

I was recently certified through the Heart Smart Team. This is my third time being certified through them and I will continue to be a customer. Mrs. Myra is so nice and such a good teacher! She definitely knows what she is doing and is so passionate about saving lives! 10/10 experience every time!

Completed the Heartsaver CPR, AED, First Aid course online and then contacted Heart Smart to complete the skills portion. We were able to agree on a time and I got my e-cards in the email within a few hours. Antwan and Myra were very nice and easy to work with.

Called to find out the process for scheduling the skills check off to make sure there would be no scheduling issues because I would have to drive 2 hours to get there. I was advised to go ahead and take the online course through AHA then call to schedule a check off time. I used the week of their vacations to complete the online portion then I called for a week, left messages with no returned calls. Now Im sitting thru an 8 hour classroom course. The only silver lining. ....I didnt pay for the skills check off up front because they have a no refund policy. My advice...have a plan B if your going to use this company.

I was told to schedule to make sure I have a seat no problems there.. paid online no problems yet... the day of there is a accident on highway I call of course no response answering machine so I think no big deal worst case I’ll be able to reschedule.. get there I’m ringing the doorbell a man comes out no refund and trying to tell me about a late policy I never knew about yet said did I call.. yes!!! I said at the end of the day if they have to do business like this and take your money I would advise ppl to bypass this company!!! I hate ppl who take advantage of ppl like this no good luck shall come to them... I found someone with the American Red Cross that heard about my experience and recertified me for free... this company is TERRIBLE and I will be making a complaint with the BBB ASAP!

I went to Heart Smart Team Inc. for both my BLS and ACLS training and could not be happier with the classes. I had Myra for BLS and Antwan for ACLS; they were both excellent. They each took the time to really teach the material, going over what you needed to know for the class while infusing real world wisdom. They were both patient and kind, with an enthusiasm for the material rarely seen in these types of courses. They answered all questions with good humor, and gave each student the personal attention they needed to really master the skills. I especially appreciated that they were sensitive to the varying levels of experience in the class and adjusted their teaching accordingly. Lastly, they made it fun - I would highly recommend Heart Smart Team to anyone looking to learn or refresh these skills.
