Sean was awesome and we had a great experience at this store. I encourage you to shop at a small local store. The customer service at this store is unmatched at larger stores. We were thankful that we purchased from them and we will return in the future.

Bought several items for my guitar setup. A few were ordered and came in very fast although one effects pedal took a few weeks to arrive. I must say the staff went out of their way to get it for me. They answered my calls, gave me updates on its status and were extremely professional. I’m pretty sure COVID had a lot to do with the delay and we ALL just need to chill!!! Music & Arts is the best music store in the triad, hands down. We discovered this store after our son took up band in school. Reusing an old instrument, we already had, Music & Arts has made sure that everything is still in good working order. They are very professional and experienced musicians, not just people working a day to day job. They truly care about what they do and the entire customer experience. They explain things every step of the way. They have lessons, rentals, sales, accessories and repair and their prices are fair. It’s a one stop shop, they have everything a musician or musician in the making would need. The manager, Jody and the entire staff are always extremely helpful, nice and professional. We have done business here at least four times and each experience has been nothing less than stellar. We had used other music stores in the past, but none compare to Music & Arts. This is the only place we use now. I would highly recommend this establishment.

This is such a wonderful music store! I took my old guitar in there and they were so knowledgeable in helping me decide the right strings to purchase, they even replaced the strings for me and polished my old dusty guitar until it shined like new. Jodi also helped me pick out an affordable violin to use as I go along with my younger daughter in her Suzuki lessons. I was pleasantly surprised with their low prices! They even beat Amazon in all the comparisons I researched. They also provide music lessons at a reasonable price, my oldest daughter is so excited to sign up for her guitar lessons.So happy to find this music store!!

After shopping around all of the local music stores, Music & Arts had the very best rental plan! Hands down! I really appreciated the helpful, non-sales approach from the employees. They were just real, friendly and super helpful. The repair plan that came with my son’s trumpet was much needed. He recently dropped his trumpet and got the mouthpiece jammed to where we couldn’t get it out, no matter how hard we tried. A short trip to the store and the help from the friendly associates is all it took. They removed the mouthpiece quickly and we were able to be on our way. I would HIGHLY recommend Music & Arts to anyone looking for any and all music needs!

We went around to lots of music stores, but not finding anything we liked...until we got to Music & Arts. The service was amazing. The lady who helped us was very helpful. We even found exactly what we were looking for and it was on sale. Score! I highly recommend this place for your music needs.

I visited Music and Arts to purchase a birthday gift for my neighbor. I had no idea what to get so I asked for help. The manager was extremely helpful and suggested some specialty guitar picks based on the make and model of my neighbor’s guitar. Since he knew that I was not making a large monetary purchase, I was really impressed that he took so much time to help me. My neighbor loved his gift and was amazed that I knew what to buy.

While not the best musician, the staff proved to be excellent at assessing my needs and helping find what I need quickly. One employee, Jodi, in particular was able to help me out and took the time to really help me understand what I was buying. Great store.

I have been taking guitar lessons with Jack King at this location for over a year, and it has been a BLAST! They have great instructors for many different instruments with students of all ages. I tried picking up acoustic guitar on my own, but it never worked out. The staff here recommended trying classical guitar and I love it! They knew exactly what I needed! Very helpful

It has been really nice having a store and resource like Music and Arts in the area. My experience with similar stores in Greensboro had been quite lackluster. The staff and management have been nothing but friendly and seriously knowledgeable. Five stars for sure.
