Our son has been at KinderCare for almost a year and a half, and he has learned so much in his time there. He has incredible teachers, of notable mention are Ms Jasmine and Ms Deb, and has truly created a bond with them. Ms Sadina is the best! Due to Covid, we have been unable to go into the building but she has truly made this experience easy. We get so many wonderful updates during the day so we always feel informed about what’s going on. We couldn’t be happier with our KinderCare family!

I switched my grandson to Kindercare after he had a negative experience at a another daycare (not Kindercare related). He had a negative experience with potty training. My grandson now loves his daycare and his daycare teacher Jasmine. I am grateful that the Director, Christy allows me to express my concerns without fear of my grandson being mistreated. Thank you Kindercare for making my grandsons experience a happy one!

My son went here for 3-4 years and we were very happy with the facility. My sons teachers were fantastic and he did very well with them. We never had many issues but if there was a concern at any point the director was very on top of it and made sure it was corrected. Luckily my sons teachers remained pretty consistent, but there was quite a bit of teacher turnover in a few of the other rooms. Overall we had a fantastic experience and I recommend this daycare to anyone!

A little too pricy but great facilities as far as I could tell. No indication that would lead to me believe there’s validity in anything negative In previous reviews. Would recommend.

Love the directors, love the teachers, love the cook, love everything about his school. I say school and not daycare because they are so much more than that. They teach your kid to mentally grow. This school is so convenient, the area, the hours of operation, providing formula, etc. I couldnt ask for anything else.

I am writing this review to warm parents of the nightmare this place is. My son has been in daycare since he was 3 months old and we have always had a pleasant experience with daycare. We recently moved to Greensboro and decided to enroll our son here since it was close to where we live. Everyday we would pick up our son, there was literally no control of the 2 year old room. Kids were climbing on bookshelves, running around with their pants at their ankles half naked, just complete chaos! The teachers (I will spare their names) were just sitting on the ground yelling at the kids. Everyday I would pick up my son and ask how he did for the day, and they wouldnt even make eye contact with me and barely spoke. One day I picked up my son and he was screaming bloody murder to sit down, and after looking at him closer, he had such bad diaper rash that he had open wounds that were bleeding. This was far more than just diaper rash this was borderline neglect! He had to have been sitting in a dirty diaper all day. We are not your over protective parents, however, if we see a lack of care and right before our eyes, then that is a big problem. If you are reading this review, think twice before enrolling your child here.

I was really shocked to see any bad reviews for this daycare. I can only speak from my experience, but my child has been here for almost a year and we have loved having her there. She began in the infant room and there was one main teacher and substitutes for a while as one teacher was on maternity leave (So sometimes the substitutes didnt know my child as well as the main teacher). Regarding what one reviewer wrote, I have never thought the teachers were rude. Theyre soft spoken and kind. I know that they love my child like I do. They are very attentive and kept me updated, but I had to speak to them first sometimes because they are swamped in that room, as all the children in the infant room are dependent on them. I know that they leave children on the bobby pillows sometimes and the children will roll over, but I do not believe that a child was left for long, and definitely not face down. I understand that they cannot pick my child up every time she cries but they are in no way neglectful. Many times Ive walked in and the teacher was holding my baby. I know the children here get changed regularly because they post on their app every time they change the diapers and detail whether or not they were wet or had a bowel movement. They change the diapers every two hours. I see this daycare constantly striving to make the care they give better. They are also the best price for the quality of care. They provide every thing and even offer formula for infants. Also I read that one reviewer was disappointed because the teachers didnt help her pack her childrens stuff up at the end of the day, but its not their job. They have children to tend to and its the parents job to pack their stuff up. I do believe if you give this daycare a chance, you will be satisfied. Theyre not perfect, but I believe the people running this facility have good hearts and only want whats best for the children that attend their center.

At first, this place seemed like a good day care. The director was friendly and really talked this place up. We decided to take out son and enroll him for his first time in day care. We took our 11 month old son there for 2 days, and then pulled him out. The teachers in the infant room were very unfriendly. They did not talk to me or barely made any eye contact when I walked in to pick my son up. I had to pry answers out of them as far as how my son did or how he ate. They never seemed to have any definite answers and were very vague in their responses only said He did ok, He was fine. On the first day I went to pick my son up, I found him sleeping on the floor face down on a boppy pillow. NOT in the crib, like I had been assured he would be. He was flushed and didnt act like himself. Almost like they just let him cry all day until he wore himself out. The second day was worse, I peeped through the window and saw my son crying and the teacher walked right by him and completely ignored him. Again, they were very unfriendly. I had to pack his things up myself and they offered no assistance nor showed me where his things were. When we spoke to the director 2 days later to tell her we had pulled our son out, she said that 3 other families had done the same after their children had been there for only 2 days as well. We were not going to be paying that much money for our child to be ignored and for no one to tell us how he did during the day. We are in no way super overprotective parents. But its common sense, when a child first starts day care, its important to show them a little extra attention until they can get used to being there. NOT ignore them completely so they can get used to it the hard way. We are trusting you with our children, the least you could do is treat them with love and care like you would your own child. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!
