My daughter started school here when she was 4! We never had done daycare before and so I was hesitant! Gracelyn went in with me and toured the place and she fell in love! They have truly treated her as if she was their own! To Ms Susie, Mr.Dustin, Mere mere, Ms.D, Ms.Beth, Ms Jessica, Ms.B & Ms. Rose thank y’all for always taking care of Gracelyn and helping her learn and grow! I truly enjoyed always walking in and being welcomed and greeted! I appreciate so much all the hard work that y’all do on a daily basis! During the time when everything was unknown you guys powered through and did everything you could to keep the place operating for the people that had to continue to work! Could not have asked for a better place for her to go!

This daycare is great. My child loves everyone here. She always has a smile on her face as she walks in the door and always says Hey, and when she leaves she always has to say Bye to everyone. I couldn’t ask for a better daycare for my child to attend! Thank you to the Brande’s for running such a great daycare and having wonderful staff!

I am so fortunate to have found this center to care for my daughter. The owner, director, and teachers are all kind, caring individuals who treat me and my child like family. They have alleviated every concern I had about my daughter being in daycare and truly made it easy for me to get through my days stress-free as I know she is in wonderfully capable and nurturing hands. The center is run professionally and considerately, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the dedication of the staff to providing quality services, both as a daycare and as a well-run business.By way of example, due to storms in the area, the center was without power today when they would normally open. Rather than immediately closing and going home, staff stayed on site for hours in hopes that power would be restored and they would be able to allow child drop-off. Though they could have saved themselves time and money by closing for the day, they did everything in their power to operate so that parents wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Their dedication to their patrons is unmatched and is one of the million reasons I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else!

Updated: They asked for and listened to my suggestions on how this situation could have been handled. I appreciate there willingness to hear me out. I understand that this was a rare occurance and hopefully moving forward there will be contingency plans in case of a similar situation.My daughter loves her friends and her teachers at daycare but there is a severe lack of communication. The daycare has been open for an hour and a 1/2 but they dont have power and cant accept children. They have yet to make any kind of announcement or update.

Quality Child Care has a small family like atmosphere with staff that are warm, friendly, and caring. You can tell that the teachers are passionate about their work with young children. The Five Star Rating is a plus and the Pre-K program in place will make this a long term solution for my children until they are ready for Kindergarten. I highly recommend this center.

This daycare is awful!! I personally don’t think it’s acceptable that when I was reading these reviews that the director would copy and paste someone’s review as their own. It is poorly run. My nephew wanted to work here and they told him no because he was a male and the director said we don’t hire men because they could scare the children. You people are sick and sexist!! Not to mention, the teachers here are not looking out for the children in anyway. If you want your children to go somewhere where they are loved and cared for, my friend takes her children to a daycare where it feels like home. I’m taking my grandchildren there instead. And if you say I’m affiliated with another poster, you will have a phone call coming to you the next day.Do not think about coming here. Ever.

By far the most amazing place my child has ever been. She attended Pre-K here and the staff is absolutely fabulous. They are now family to me! Phenomenal place!!!!

I have a friend who brings their children here and was usually happy about bringing his children here. But unfortunately he has decided to take his children out of this terrible daycare. The director is almost always on her phone and is never watching children. I find this unprofessional and I will be reporting this to the state if anything continues. I also want to point out how people working here are nothing but racist and unprofessional. The only nice person I have met through this center is the owner. She’s a wonderful woman and I know they can hire better people and a better director. Take my advice y’all. Zero stars.

I love this school ! My granddaughter went there from 3 mos. old until 5 yrs. old when she started to school. I would just pop in unannounced to pick her up early to spend time with her and the place was always very clean, organized, and the teachers were very attentive to the children. I saw the teachers teaching them to wash their hands after pottying, and b4 eating along with lots of other things such as teaching them how to grow flowers and vegetables, as well as everything they will need to know to start kindergarten when they age out that I was impressed with. My granddaughter learned so much there and loved going there. Now her sister is going there also. She started going there at 6 weeks and is now 2 yrs old. She is so happy there because of all the things she is learning and being able to do, I see children and teachers of all races and that is great! Ive been in each room and can see the director is doing such a good job keeping everything so organized. Keep up the good work ! I give it 5 stars !!!

Weve had our son here for nearly a year now. Started out in the 1yos room and now into the toddler room. He absolutely loves coming here every day.Why they really earn the 5* rating is that they took on 2 of our foster kids nearly immediately after placement and acquisition of immunization records. They took them in willingly and then worked with us on paperwork and the county on repayment.Weve greatly appreciated the friendship weve developed with Ms. Dee over the last year. Shes been there for us with all sorts of answers to questions or just to listen to us vent.Overall, the rates are fair, the open/close times work well for us, the location is perfect and the staff is always friendly and kind.Definitely a great day care and one Ill always recommend to people looking.

My child started Daycare here on Monday 10/29/18 on 10/31/18 my child presented with bumps and scabs on her body. After taking her to the doctor she was diagnosed with Hand, foot, and mouth disease. I understand that this can happen at any daycare as it is caught from another child, but as a Daycare facility providing care for children I feel as if I could have been told that it had been a outbreak at the daycare, and maybe she could have started at a later date. Viruses as such should be posted so that parents are aware. Making sure that things are sanitized properly is very important. As a new mom this has been the most disturbing incident Ive had to encounter to see my child look this way. I toured several facilities and I thought I made the right decision. If your child attends this daycare be aware of how they go out posting viruses!! My child will not return!! I paid for a full week of daycare and not once did they call to see why my child didnt return for the week.

My friend brings her child her and is considering removing her child. This is everything she’s told me: She used to love the feel until she heard a teacher yell for biting another child and told all the children to sit down and be quiet. The children cried and cried to their teacher and she just told them to be quiet and not say a word. She also is very rough when she wants the children to sit down, she will yank they up and slam them in a chair and threaten timeout. She will never comfort the children she says it’s not right to love in the children. They all cried harder for their teacher named Wanda is what I heard. So in conclusion, I will NEVER bring my child here! Take my advice on this one.

I would not recommend ANYONE sending their child here. I caught the Director, Danielle, being overly aggressive with a 4 year old boy and then yanked his face toward her to say, “look at me when I’m talking to you.” Once she noticed a parent in the hallway as well she changed her demeanor. I let the owner, Susie, know and informed her that I was uncomfortable bringing my child back for safety reasons. She never gave me any reassurance that my child would be safe, her only response was “I know Danielle”. She totally did not believe me even though i reported IMMEDIATELY to several staff members and the Pre-K program director, Brenda. We’re suppose to be teaching our young boys who will soon become BLACK MEN that physical contact should not be your first resort when trying to communicate. This could have been a teaching moment that Director Danielle could’ve provided but instead she chose to use aggression and be physical. Very disappointed. I took my child out of the center as soon the issue started and when I informed the owner that I needed the issue resolved before I brought her back, she did NOTHING but offer a conference call with Danielle to fact check. Deserves a -1 star. THEN SHE RESPONDS AND SAYS IM LYING!!!!! IF I COULD SUE I WOULD! THIS IS DANGEROUS THAT THEY WOULD BLANTANTLY LIE ABOUT PUTTING THEIR HANDS ON A CHILD! I REPORTED THE INCIDENT IMMEDIATELY. SUSIE IS RACIST AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

My 6 grandchildren have all attended Quality. The oldest just finished 5th grade and the youngest is ready for Pre-K, snd 5 of them started as infants or one-year-olds. I have been continually impressed with the love and care my grandchildren received as well as what they have learned.I am so impressed by the calmness of the teachers in the classrooms and the way that discipline is administered - calmly and with love. (I wish I had been that calm !) Ialso thank the 2’s teachers for ALL the MANY bathroom trips they make each day! You have such patience! My grandchildren’s school days were always busy but they were happy.I highly recommend this daycare!

My baby sister went to this school and was pulled out EARLY due to negligence on the Owners Susie behalf and the Directors Danielle’s behalf. They will put their hands on your child and lie about it later. They need cameras in this establishment because all they do is lie and don’t take accountability. The facility should be closed.
