I am so glad that I chose to attend Millenniums Natural Hair Care program. They are very thorough and care for each students individual needs. I passed my written state exam with a 93%. I take the state practical in a week and feel confident that I will do well because my instructor Mrs. Jones did an excellent job preparing me. I am thankful : )

Mrs Tonya was always willing to help if something were to come up outside of school, and you weren’t able to make it into class. Ms V is also a lovely teacher. I learned a lot from her. I came to Millennium Trade Academy to get my Natural hair license... who would have ever thought I would have encountered a lifetime mentor and meet so many helpful people!!! The staff was amazing!!! For several years, I was indecisive on whether or not I wanted to pursue my Natural Hair Care license and the main factor: I could not find a school that would work with my daytime schedule. I wanted a school that would offer an evening/weekend program that would not disrupt my full-time job obligations. MTA was exactly what I needed! My goal has been accomplished and I am grateful for the staff (and classmates) who pushed me along the way.

I graduated in February and my experience at millennium was incredible! Teachers answer any questions you have and are always available to help you!

As a former student I highly recommend Millennium Trade Academy. The part time class offerings allow those with full time jobs to attend and complete the program while working. The programs are structured and organized. The expectations of staff and students are well defined and there is an open door approach to any questions, comments or concerns. Suggestions by students, staff and clients are encouraged as well. One of the main things that I appreciated while at MTA was the Owner/Director actually takes the time to coach you on the business aspect of your trade. She is passionate about your success upon graduating, starting your own business and staying in business, not just passing the state boards. Also, Ms. Valentine is an exceptional teacher and mentor. She is passionate about esthetics and proper business etiquette in the industry. She stands firm on how business should be conducted while interacting with a client on the clinic floor, especially sanitation! This place is horribly unorganized. Miss communication and I reserved an appointment just for them to tell me to come back another day. Very much a waste of my time ! Very glad I didn’t get any service done here !!!!
