Greenville is so blessed to have a place as awesome as KidsZone!!! The concept is so great- after school, summer camp, all day care, drop-in. Parents Night Out. LITERALLY whatever you need, they are there! :) I am a nurse so traditional hours dont work for my family. They are open later for parents like me!My son loves it there!!!! It was pretty much his first school. The staff are amazing. So caring, communiclscafeative, and friendly. In terms of childcare options, they cannot be beat!

We have been using KidsZone for over 5 years, and I wont go anywhere else now! The directors are great & my 6 year old loves going!! The staff is fun & engages the children!

They were nice at first. Everything was good until it was time to pick up my child and she had no shoes on and all of sudden they can’t find her SHOES ! They were so worried about getting money! Daycares will charge a arm and a leg and misplace everything your kids bring or have on.

I took my kids there for 2 hrs so we could go to dinner from 7-9. They close at 9. My children HATED it. They said they didnt let the kids play with any toys because they had to clean for closing. They made my children sit down and watch movies for 2 hrs. Thats ridiculous! For people trying to use the night time service. I completely understand having to clean maybe at 8:45 but at 7!?! Thats not what Im paying for! Im paying for my children to be playing in daycare not dropping them off at a cinema. My 2 year old doesnt sit for a movie and they kept making him sit. So unprofessional. Definitely DONT recommend. Love the concept but dont recommend this particular one.

My son is in so much pain from catching hand foot and mouth disease from here ...just be careful taking your babies and please clean the daycare. Im missing work and wasted money and probably have to find a different alternatives.

My wife and I have been using kidzone for 2 years now for our 2 boys. They love it and we love the flexibility!

I have 3 kids; 2, 7, and 9. They have all been in daycare their whole lives so I have a lot to compare Kidszone to. All 3 of my babies love going here and I love the flexibility. I have used Kidszone to go on a job interview, get my nails done, go to work, and for the Parents Night Out. The prices are great and the kids are safe and happy, what else could I ask for?

Our 7 year old son loves going here. He said he made new friends already! The staff ladies are super nice and definitely watch the children!! Thank you. 😄👍

Per a previous employee in leadership, I received word that this facility has lied to many parents in regards to there workers and the children there having positive cases of covid. The director advised her co workers to lie. Also, the workers do not pay attention to anything at the job besides there cell phones and out of work drama. Would not recommend.

We needed a babysitter for two of our three kids at the last minute. We were able to drop the boys off, and ended up spending a little less than a sitter would have cost. The boys had a blast, and already asking when they can go back. I love the convenience of being able to decide on the fly that we want to go out, and knowing that we can drop the boys off with no issues. Great place, friendly staff. Will definitely be using them more frequently!

After all the amazing reviews I thought I found a nice place to take my daughter who has NEVER been with anyone but me or her grandmother. I was very disappointed when I arrived and let both ladies in the baby room that this is the first time my child has been dropped off anywhere. I had to ask the name of both ladies because neither introduced themselves or even hardly looked at me. However my daughter went with one of the ladies no problem so I felt a bit better leaving.An hour and 10-15 minutes later I came to pick up my daughter to find her in a room full of screaming children, she was left by herself in a crib wrapped in a blanket with her shoes on and a sticker on her back with her name on it in tears looking terrified. I asked why she was left in a crib crying alone and the lady told me I just now walked away. No no no. My daughter has a hard time breathing after she has cried very hard for a long time and thats exactly what it was when I had her in my arms.I talked to the owner and all she said was Im very sorry to hear that, I will have a talk with them. I am a young mother and I was not being mean with anyone in this facility, I couldnt be because I was on the verge of tears myself. Maybe my age is why I wasnt welcomed with open arms which is very sad because my daughter deserves the same care as anyone elses child.Ive never been to a daycare so I was unaware of times that were for naps but considering I told all 3 of the employees this is her first time I feel I should have been better informed. (Good thing it was only 10 minutes) Mydaughters first time was a terrible experience, she may not remember it but I definitely will.

Great and affordable place for kids to have fun! My two year old loves this place Sebastian loves going up and down the slide for hours. Michelle is one of the best staff members , she pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about the children ! Would recommend to couples who need to spend more time together and for single parents who need an hour or two for themselves..

This is the first time Ive ever taken my son, now 4 years old, to daycare. I never trusted a daycare to care for him well. But so many times, when Ive been at a play place, Ive thought, wouldnt it be great if there was a place like this where my son could play and someone would watch him so I could get work done? Thats exactly what this place is! Our son begs to go and never wants to leave. The staff is amazing and everything is kept very clean. My son has special needs, but I never have to worry. They take such great care of him. It is like hes going to a fun park. It is wonderful.

This was a wonderful option for a last minute childcare need that popped up for us today. The design is awesome, everything looked clean, and everyone that I interacted with was so friendly. I am so glad that this place has opened in Greenville. The whole process was quick and easy and the rates are incredibly affordable. I will definitely return and would certainly recommend this to my friends.

I have two daughters, 1 and almost 3, and neither one had been in any type of daycare scenario prior to coming to KidsZone. The first time I dropped them off they had a difficult time, just because it was their first time being away from me with someone who wasn’t family. I fully expected that would be the case. By the time I picked them up the second time, I had to practically force my 3 year old to leave. My younger one still has her moments of seeing me leave and getting upset, but by the time I come back to pick her up she is all smiles and clearly having a blast.The staff has always been incredibly friendly to us and they are wonderful at what they do. I have been there several times when more than one child was crying and I’ve never seen any of them even slightly stressed by it. They’ve also helped my older daughter as she has just become potty trained and were very understanding and sweet with her when she had an accident right before I picked her up.I am devastated that we are moving out of the area and will no longer be able to use KidsZone. It is a great concept, that has saved us in several last minute situations where we needed childcare, and is run by great people. I highly recommend you check it out if you haven’t already!

We’ve had a great experience each time here, whether for dropping off the kids for a date night as well as having my sons 3rd Birthday here. We love it and will continue to come back!

This place is awesome! I completely trust the staff with my 1.5 year old. I was a little hesitant at first because she’s never been in daycare. She loved it and now she’s a full time daycare goer now.

Love this place! The owners are fantastic. You can drop your kids off in a safe and fun environment when you need and pick them up when you are ready. This place is so convenient!

Been more of an inconvenience lately. I’ve received emails stating the prices would increase due to more of a demand, which is understandable. But the prices increased but still apparently not enough employees. Twice within a week I’ve driven there and been told there’s no room in the nursery. The first time I had to wait 5-6 minutes for them to discuss if they had room then someone walked to the window saying they don’t. Second time was a last minute emergency and, they were only open an hour. I feel as since THIS IS a “DROP-IN” facility, they should stay on top of if there is availability or not and send an email notification, any notification, or AT LEAST a sign on the door stating if there is absolutely no room left for that day to save any inconvenience for returning families.

I am a mother and chef that works only nights and weekends, and my husband works from home and primarily watches our daughter when Im at work. When we started looking into daycares to give my husband more time to work at home, we felt like we had no options. Part-time daycare was hard to find and still very expensive with a lot of boundaries. We thought for a long time that that right daycare just didnt exist for families like us, until we looked into Kids Zone. I always thought hourly care was just for moms who wanted to shop or eat lunch alone, but this place has exceeded my expectations for hourly daycare again and again. We are so grateful for Kid Zone and the staff, and the fact that our daughter doesnt necessarily have to miss out on what so many other kids get to do because of our schedules. So a HUGE thank you and well done to Kids Zone and the wonderful staff! If you ever think about expanding, come to Greer!

I absolutely loved them, or should i say my daughter loved them and her time there(2yrs old). The facility is clean and everyone working there was very attentive to the wild little ones. We went on a friday for date night, our daughter was only there for 2 hrs and as soon as she got in the car she was ready for bed. Totally loved the place and will definitively be taking her there again, we may start doing half days soon. This is the place to take your little one.

The concept is great, the staff is great, and the hours are great! My son has some serious separation anxiety so I was a bit hesitant at first, but they have really been wonderful in helping him overcome that. He really has a great time, and so I look forward to using Kidzone more for sure!

I took my children this weekend and my daughter didn’t want to leave. She enjoys being with me but she enjoyed the staff and talked about her stay the next day. I would recommend to a friend!!!

Great Place. Safe & Loving. My 3 & 5 yo had a great time while I was in town for business. I wish there was one in our home town.

Dropped my kids off for a full day and they had a blast. It was very clean with lots of toys for them to enjoy and all the workers were really nice and friendly.

I dropped my 20 month old son today from 12 to 8 pm tonight and he had the best time such a fun clean place to drop your little one off and know there being taken great care of they fed him dinner gave him a nap when i picked him up he wanted to keep playing I would highly reccommend taking your little one here ! We will be back.

Awesome place and the staff is wonderful. I am glad that this place has opened in Greenville. Easy drop in and affordable rates as well. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We went to drop our daughter off so we could have a date night. I was excited because of the good reviews, but I am unsure of how they got so many good reviews! When we walked in it was very loud and there were a ton of kids running in a large room. There were 3 employees standing at the desk area- all the kids were just doing what they wanted. I saw one kid in a toy car being swung in circles by another kid. If the kid holding the car had let go, many kids could have gotten hurt, however, nothing was said and he kept doing it. Online it says there is a “theme” every weekend, but I’m not sure where that comes into play- like I said no structure at all. All 3 employees were just standing at the desk talking. As far as I’m concerned they are just there to be there- not take care of kids.

We love Kids zone! The concept is genius! It can be so difficult scheduling babysitters or being on a waitlist. I have called almost 30 traditional preschools and have yet to find a spot for my daughter. Sierra is my daughters buddy when she comes to school. The whole staff has been incredibly warm and loving on my girl. Shes not the easiest toddler on earth either! She loves all the toys and has even made progress on her potty training while at school. My only critique would be they seem a bit understaffed. The idea is catching on and i think they are working on hiring some more folks. Its definitely not easy finding the right people for any type of caregiving work. I hope they continue to grow and provide such a great service for greenville parents.

Staff is friendly but do not recommend for infants. I left my son for 2 hours and when i came back he was having a hard time breathing like they just let him cry the whole time. I had specifically told the lady at the front desk & both ladies in the nursery that my son stops breathing especially when upset. Their excuse was so they could feed another child (that was older than my son & could walk by the way) he was 6 months at the time so they left him laying on the floor screaming his head off, the lady in the nursery told me she was the one that laid him on the FLOOR, so i know that NO ONE can even try to “fix” this... my son will NOT be back what so ever...Oh and i spoke with the owner before i left and her response was “I’m so very sorry this happened, we will call you next time” 😡

I would leave my kid with a stranger before ever taking them back to KidZone. The staff was rude and very unprofessional. The place smelled of moldy cheese and throw up. Only to make matters worse three days after our kidzone experience our child contracted hand foot and mouth so bad she had open sores. Normally I never leave reviews but I thought if this reviews saves even one child from this place than so be it. I have heard great things about Giggles so we are possibly going to try there. As for KidZone never. Again. Never.

KidsZone is great for child not on the spectrum. My child was kicked out, due to his melt down. I understand that their staff isn’t trained to care for children with ASD. However, having some awareness can help aid parents wanting a break and know their child is safe.Also, I removed my other child that is not ASD and when I needed help again the manager was talking badly to another staff about us and made me feel horrible for defending my child with ASD.Now Giggles Drop in was my saving grace.

To the lady posted below. I share your experience of dropping off a child for the first time and it breaks my heart to know as a first time young mom you had to feel any shame at all. Our experience was awful as well.. I felt as though the staff was very rude and had the attitude of wanting to be somewhere else. I didn’t really get a chance to notice much else because I was so focused on how rude the staff was and how unwelcome we felt. Sadly I was running late to a ladies brunch my first one since baby 1 and I thought I was just overthinking so I made sure baby was held when I left. I left th lunch early because of a gut feeling and once I returned my sweet baby was in tears all alone drenched in sweat due to the amount of crying and panick they felt. I will never ever leave my child with a place like this again. All these places are is a money pit they could careless about your child all they want is the $$$.
