CFI initial spin training. Annie did a great job assuring me not to be nervous. She explained the process and had a plan of action. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I mean, this seems to be a wonderful flight school BUT one instructor stood out as SEVERELY arrogant & unpleasant. He had an odd smell & also seemed to have EXTREMELY sweaty hands which made me nervous considering he is suppose to be in charge of an air craft. I think his name was Rolley? Or maybe Rellie I’m not sure.

I am so thrilled to have experienced flight training at Flight School of Greenville. I arrived at the beginning of the month with a very tight schedule for obtaining Commercial Multi, and Flight School of Greenville was more than accommodating. Riley West, my MEI, was professional, safe, knowledgeable, and supportive. The BE55 is well maintained, pristine, and was an excellent learning aircraft. Thank you Riley, Cyndy, and Flight School of Greenville for such a great experience!

I started my private pilot training in May 2020 with zero prior experience. The ground school with Ian and then the flying with Nic was amazing! The whole staff is super friendly and helpful, the planes are great and the overall experience is perfect. I finished my training and obtained my license by August. I am an Austrian citizen. The guys at the school did support me to get all the TSA things sorted out and helped me to learn all the English vocabulary that I was missing. Great experience!

My wife had a discovery flight here with Annie recently. She talked about her flight for hours and how great Annie was. Needless to say it seems that I will also be doing a discovery flight here. They made this a really good experience

Very nice school and instructor crew. This is the place to go for good and affordable training.Aviation is not for everyone and it takes dedication and hard work, not to mention discipline, intelligence and the proper mindset to fly these machines. As a foreign national, I know how hard it can get, especially when English is your second language. That said, this school not only did make me a pilot but also helped me accomplish an all time dream, something I didnt believe would be possible at my age.So, yes, if you think you have what it takes to be a pilot, or maybe need a refresh course, come check this school out, you will not be disappointed.

The staff at this school were outstanding! Annie was my instructor and I cannot say enough good things about her. I highly recommend this flight school.

My name is Rodger and I try to fly the planes here but instead they tried to fly my plane if you catch my drift and that’s not cool. Give my drift back, it wasn’t meant for you. It was meant for my beautiful wife Sharon. God I love her, she is just hard to be around, Just like the flight instructors here 😳

Flight School of Greenville had everything I was looking for for my flight training-A structured syllabusWell maintained and modern aircraftGood instructors who didn’t milk me for moneyA location where almost every day is flyableMy journey started in Florida, but I felt the school lacked transparency and I was unsure what was required of me for each lesson, how I was progressing and what I needed to focus on. I had the complete opposite experience in Greenville where the syllabus tells you what topics and which maneuvers to review before each lesson, which saved me time and money. In 5 months I completed my private pilot certificate, instrument rating, commercial single engine and multi engine rating - each with a first time go on the check ride. The instructors were awesome- I flew with most during my time there and they’re all gold seal instructors; meaning they have at least an 80% pass rate.I started my training at the end of summer, a typically busy period for flight schools, and if I had one complaint it was I was not able to book a plane at times due to them being heavily utilized. They’ve since added two more Cessna 172’s and a Baron, so that should alleviate the booking issues I had.

Absolutely the BEST place to receive flight training in the area, hands down. Major advantages: (1) Professional, dedicated instructors. All of the instructors employed at the flight school are very well-trained and will go out of their way to make sure you meet your goals. (2) Very well-maintained fleet. All documents regarding the airplanes are openly available to you as a student so that you know that the school stays on top of things. The schools overall goal is safety. (3) Very detailed, outlined plans to help students get the most out of their flight training. This is the key thing that the school does. Most flight schools lack solid plans to get students ready for the checkride. This school is much better than the rest--everything you need to prepare for and do is outlined in a syllabus so that there are no unexpected challenges.I completed my private pilot training and received my license in four months--passed the checkride on my first try--and will be returning to continue flight training in the future. There is always a lot of hard work required for any flight training, but if you stay on top of things and pick this flight school, you will reach the finish line guaranteed.

I took an accelerated IFR course with Josh as my instructor. He went above and beyond to help me get it done. I would recommend this flight school.

With over 30 years of experience with numerous FBOs and flight schools, Ive found some lacking in knowledge, professionalism and quality of aircraft where others have been exemplary in instructing, meeting their students individual needs as well as performance of their equipment. Flight School of Greenville is of the latter. All the instructors are personable, capable, and interested in the progress of their students. Of all the numerous instructors Ive known over the decades, I would even go so far as to say that the chief instructor is one of the best, if not the best, Ive ever met. The only limit of the students potential at this flight school is that which they place upon themselves.

Did my Private here. Had zero previous (flight) experience. HIGHLY recommend this school. Cindy and her Flight Instructors are top notch. Helpful, Knowledgable and great to fly with. Flew with Sam and Curt mainly. The aircraft were always in great condition and a whole lot of fun to fly. Flying out of KGMU is the perfect Airport to learn in. Because it is a towered (Class D) airport, from day one, you are developing not only your flying skills / knowledge, but also learning how to properly communicate and manage ATC. I had to move to South Florida to complete the rest of my commercial training and found that i was above and beyond prepared to handle the busy airspace / airports that is found in south Florida aka The Aviation Capital.

FLIGHT SCHOOL of Greenville is a GREAT place to learn to fly! The instructors are very friendly, knowledgable and patient. The newer model Cessna aircraft are a pleaser to fly, not something you would expect for training aircraft. They also have a nice pilot shop to get your basic supplies.

Cindy Holloman comes across very well in her videos on you tube and her website is very professional. She is a master at selling flying with no real results for students. Many students who do take their checkrides fail the first time (also known as discontinued) and have to retest.Additionally, Shane who left a review, is her nephew whom she employs. The other people are her friends. Again, she is a master at selling flight training. We had to learn this after spending about 5,000 dollars. Hopefully, this will help you make a more informed decision when investing in your childs training. What we learned to ask is: 1) how many students have you sent on a checkride 2) what is your pass rate as an instructor?
