My daughter who is three was hit so hard in the face that it left bruising and a scratch. This was the second time this had taken place and to make matter worst it was on her face both times. I was never contacted either time and had to find it out when my daughter was picked up. I ask my daughter what happened and she gave me specific information. When I contacted the center Director I was told Dianna never told...... Hmmmm you mean to tell me a child that doesnt get spanked was hit and it was hard enough to leave a bruised spot on her face and she didnt cry and no one knew. This was a joke.....If you lie about that what else would you lie about?????? I took her oit immediately! I do not give a recommendation for any child to attend. They also change staff like they do clothes.... Never the same staff twice!
