My 3 year-old daughter has been attending KinderCare for the past 5 months. She was experiencing delayed speech beforehand. Her speech has improved so much until she no longer need speech therapy. Her communication skills has greatly improved and she loves going to preschool. She is learning and growing at an incredible rate. Great Director and teachers. Great health habits practiced there.

This KinderCare really makes me feel like my child is safe and loved. They hold conversations, make you laugh and just all around great. I love that they keep me updated with photos almost daily and reports for that day. I really trust KinderCare with my daughter and this is how I love for a child care center to be. My daughter really love going to school and she loves her teacher. It’s just great knowing your child is in great hands when your handling adult life. ❤️

I absolutely love this daycare! Miss Bernadette has done a wonderful job since she has taken over as director! I always feel safe leaving my daughter here in their hands. Miss Dani in the infant room is always sending home crafts that they have done. There is no better team! Thank you Kindercare for all you do for my family!

Ms. Kayla and her staff are super amazing. My stubborn little baby doesn’t even cry in the morning lol. I feel less guilty as a mom knowing he’s in great care and I get lots of pics and updates on his eating/drinking , bathroom and daily activities.

From our very first day there, its been like we are leaving our kid with family. They are kind and genuinely care about you and your child. Either every drop off or every pick up the center director comes out and speaks with us about our kid. Taking the time to do that is a BIG deal especially knowing how much she has on her plate. They are also super informative and very easy to work with. Oh, and our kid loves it!

My son loves this center, and as a mom I love this center as well! When we first moved here we had a hard time finding a place to fit our needs. We made one phone call and Ms. Kayla had everything set up for our son the very next day! I feel very at ease when hes there all day because I know they will not hesitate to call if anything was to happen, even with Covid going on. All the other staff and teachers that I came in contact with, are very friendly as well. I wouldnt know what I would do without this center, especially with my early work schedules some days. I highly recommend this center. Ms. Kayla and her team are the best!

I have had the best experience working with Kindercare on Red Banks. Kayla is amazing and works hard to accommodate your individual needs. You can tell she LOVES her job. Whenever I pick up/drop off my daughter, Kayla always has a smile on her face and kind words to say. I feel safe leaving my daughter in her care.

My grandkids have been going to this center for about two years and they have been absolutely amazing. The director, Ms. Kayla, is always there when we need her and the teachers are great!! They are keeping them safe from the virus by doing temperature checks at drop off every morning and not letting anyone come in the center. They are also helping my grandson with this new virtual learning. My family loves it here!!! Definitely recommend them!

My boys have been going here for a little over a year now, and I cant express how glad I am that they went here. The staff have gone above and beyond for our boys time and time again, and Ill forever be grateful. Mrs. Jessica, Ms. Kayla, Ms. Bernadette, and Ms. Robin have all been a huge part in our moving process from another state, and have made the process, of our first daycare procedure so amazing. My boys get excited when I ask if they are ready to go to school, they get all smiley and start saying their teachers names and everything. It just makes my heart happy, and I just love this center.

My son has been attending this facility since he was one year old and he just recently turned four years old. As with any childcare facility, things happen. Kayla, the director, ensures to address any problems that are directed to her in a timely manner. My son loves going to “school” every morning. He’s really learned a lot in the past three years!

My son and I absolutely love it here ! Even though we live in Kinston, this place is well worth the daily 60 min drive back and forth to receive this level of care for my son. My son gives great body language, if he doesnt like someone or a place, he will let me know. So it warms my heart every money he happily walks into Kindercare. It makes me feel comfortable knowing he is safe, loved, and learning while I am at work. Kayla and her staff are always doing an amazing job, they always send me pictures and updates throughout the day, which makes me feel so great that I chose this school for me. I highly recommend this school for all parents in Pitt County and Lenior County. Youre not going to find a better quality care for your child and mindset tham right here at Kindercare.

Ive been taking my son to Kinder Care ever since his other daycare closed and I couldnt be happier. They always update me through out the day on the app. They call me if anything major happens. They have taught him so much. He absolutely adores all of his teachers always blowing kisses and waving. Even tho he needs a bubble to play in because he always hurt himself everyday at Kinder Care is well worth it. I will recommend them to anybody!

My children both love this Daycare & the teachers. The teachers are really good with them as well as the director Ms.Kayla. This is definitely the place for your child(ren) if you want them to be very well taken care of.

I absolutely LOVE this childcare center. My oldest daughter is 12, and has attended the 2s and 3s room at KinderCare and has had fabulous results. Now, my 4 year old attends the pre-k program and we still have the same awesome results. Cant say enough how much I have appreciated the staff of this facility.

This daycare is amazing. Even tho this is our son’s first daycare out of the other ones we visited this one made us feel most comfortable. Everyone their cares about the children no matter the age group, they send pictures of what activities your child is doing daily, they send what time your child ate and what they ate in detail, they send what time your child used the restroom etc, all from a app. But if your looking for a great, safe, learning, and caring daycare in Greenville, NC KinderCare is the place to go. You will not regret it.

Love love love this place! I recently moved here about a month ago and prior to moving I visited and instantly felt a connection. My daughter attends full time and my son after school and they love the staff. It was an awesome decision to enroll them here!

Id say, have a backup plan because if your child acts in a way they dont like, such as running into another room, they will call you at work on a Wednesday afternoon and tell you that your childs last day will be that Friday. They also have an app, on which they will send you a picture of what your child is doing that day, which is nice, provided that they actually send you a pic of the correct child.

My twin boys (10 months old) started about 2 months ago and they absolutely love it! They are making friends and great memories. Mrs. Netta is the best. She cares for them as if they are her own. I highly recommend sending your kids to this location! The atmosphere is very open and friendly!

Both my grandsons have been going here for years.Everyone has always been so nice. If there are any concerning issues I have always been made aware. Mrs. Bernadette has my grandson where he loves to go to school and learn. I would recommend this place.

The staff is very accommodating on your childrens needs. My daughter has been at home for the last year and they helped her and myself feel welcomed and ensured us that they will help with her transition into the school. And they have done a phenomenal job!! It is easy to communicate with them. The facility is very happy, clean, safe, roomy, proper toys for each age group, as well as it is well maintained. The staff members are AWESOME as well!! High recommendation for this school for your child(ren)

Our son has just started this year in the toddler room and loves going to daycare! The staff are all friendly and genuinely care for the kids. There is always something going on, so the kids are always engaged. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Ever heard that saying first impression means everything? Well each and every one of those staff welcome my two daughters in with open arms. First day doing a walk through you felt the genuine love from the Staff. Mrs. Robin was very helpful and it felt like we known each other for years. We just love her! And My five year old has fell in love with Mrs. Bernadette, she is such an amazing person. I mean the way she interacts with those kids is EVERYTHING. Right along with her personality! My 8 year old has really enjoyed being in Mr.Carmon class. He really is great with the kids also. Glad I made this decision when I did.

We love KinderCare, the atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging for children and parents. My child loves all the staff especially Ms. Bernadette, and is always happy to go to school. The director is very involved and accessible. It doesn’t matter what time I pick her up she is always happy and involved in something fun.

My daughter is in the toddlers classroom here and she loves it. She has been using more words and I am starting to understand her. The teacher in this classroom is great with the children and very patient. Im enjoying our experience here thus far.

My twin boys have been going here since the age of 2 and they are now 6. Ms. Bernadette helped to ensure my boys got what they needed to start kindergarten even assisting with tutoring. Ms. Kayla is equally awesome, she is always there to listen and help out when needed and she knows pretty much every kid by name. Keep up the good/great work!!!

LOVE the Toddler room!! My children run into their classroom everyday excited to be at school and it’s because of the friendly, caring staff! Teachers are wonderful at communicating and keep me updated about what’s happening in the classroom. We love KinderCare!

My daughter recently started at Kinder Care and we both love it. She is very obviously comfortable with the staff and happy to be there. The staff is accommodating and genuinely cares about each child in their care.

My son has been going here for 2 years. He loves the staff especially Ms. Bernadette. She treats my son has her own (the good and bad). The staff is very friendly and flexible.

I was referred by my neighbor who’s judgement I trust. My sons have been going here for about a year now I have a 7 year old and 4 year old. Their teachers are great ! My 7 year old attends the after school and summer program. They kept him busy all last summer and after school he completes his homework with no problem. He loves going. I never have a problem with him not wanting to be there with his teachers and friends. He speaks highly of his teachers. Especially, Mrs. Brenda and Mr. Renaldo. My 4 year old is there all day. When he first started it was a big transition for him because of the structured classrooms. His teacher Ms Bernadette took him under her wings and got him on track with being excited to learn through play. She keeps me informed of his good days and bad days and the steps she take to redirect him when it’s necessary. When Ms Shirley started she introduced herself and stepped right in to get to know him and work with him. He loves both of his teachers. Mrs. Kayla & Ms Robin both are doing an awesome job in keeping the center organized and safe for our children. I highly recommend KinderCare-Red Banks.

Since my son has been going to Kinder Care on Red Banks Rd he has grown in his mobile and verbal skills. Weve been with this location since he was around 8 months and he is now 2 years old. Every teacher hes had has cared for my son as if he was their own and Im truly blessed to have all these wonderful, caring, encouraging and understanding people in our lives. This daycare let a child get bitten twice after saying they would separate the violent child. The owner is negligent.

I really enjoy the closeness of the daycare, they are prompt when it comes to taking care of my babies. My boys learn something new daily, the treat my 1yr old like hes one of their own. The facility is clean, they are great with letting me know how the boys have done on a daily basis. I enjoy Kindercare AMD my family does as well

My daughter is 5 months old and this has been the first time away from me and shes actually happy and smiling when I pick her up Im so relieved and the ladys that take care of her are so friendly and take care of her needs so well

I just LOVE this learning center and the staff love both my children. Ms. Jessica and Ms. Cassandra have worked with Julian very well and he brings what he’s been taught home with him. From counting, to learning new words, even down to making new friends, they truly love him and he loves them back. The way he runs into Ms. Jessica’s arms every morning I drop him off just assures me that he is well taken care of. Ms. Bernadette works really well with Alaiyah, all the while using a few of her own parenting skills to make sure Alaiyah feels comfortable in her class. Alaiyah loves Ms. Bernadette and she talks about her all the time. From the moment I enrolled my children into the center I’ve been pleased with the service they provide for myself as I work hard to ensure the security of my children and myself. Thank you so much and you guys are very much appreciated!

My 2 children (almost 3 y.o and 5 y.o) go to this center and I love it. Im not one to trust my kids with many people or daycares but I had no fear or anxiety from the first day I left them in the care of the lovely ladies at Kinder Care. They all show patience in dealing with the kids, I feel that they have it in their hearts to be here with the kids. My 5 year old starts elementary school soon and his teacher Ms. B has been helping him prepare for kindergarten which I appreciate greatly. I would highly recommend this location because its staffed with great people who have loving personas and the kids always look like they enjoy themselves

Kindercare has friendly staff, however theyre not without some flaws. Communication amongst the staff with the parents is average to below average. The staff can be disorganized and do not account for items such as pull-ups, diaper creams, and uses other peoples diapers for the kids. Potty training needs some upgrading and be paid more attention to... paying closer attention to the individual. Maybe an extra staff member in the class for potty training is in order. Overall, the staff needs to be more attentive and communicate more.

I have been with kindercare redbanks for 1year since my youngest was 6months I have 4 that attended From the infant room(Mrs. Netta) who does an amazing job with the infants loves taking photos. Toodlers ( Mrs.Jessica) who teach the kids 1 yr olds how to use their words, my son is 1 and he speaks clear, he knows all his body parts and many other things. The 5yr olds who (Mrs.Brunett) is teaching when I say she’s is A1 in tutoring. I ask for her personally. The director Kalya is beyond amazing she is very direct and handle things above and beyond standards. She’s always there and always an email and call away. Mrs. Robin the assistant director she keeps and smile on her face she goes above and beyond also and make sure the kids and behaving according. This daycare family help grow my kids and I. My first daycare experience and it has been amazing. If you are considering taking your kids I strongly suggest it.

I love Kinder Care at Redbanks ,My Kyleigh was new and shy at first BUT Mrs. Bernedette I probably spelled it wrong lol , she loves Kyleigh and definitely got her out of the shy stage I loved her at first site ❤️

Four plus years ago my wife and I began to foster two small boys (4 month old, 2 year old at the time). They were both already attending KinderCare when we started the fostering proceress.. To this day, we still have them there at Kindercare Fast forward a couple years and we adopted them. Today, as I write this review, they are ages 4 1/2 and 6 1/2. The 4-year old attends all day. The 6-year old now attends after school care as well as KinderCares summer program. We have found the center to be wonderful. We can speak from experience that weve been through many age levels and teachers and classroom situations. I have found the teachers to be very loving and engaging. They are always willing to talk and regularly give us progress reports. Our older son was diagnosed with ADHD and has at time been a challenge.. We have worked through his challenges and we have found the teachers (and very specifically the Center Director, Kayla) to be over the top great. She has given us insight into ADHD and has been outstanding, even when my son was full of energy and at times defiance. He was very prepared for Kindergarten when he left their Pre-K program. He has excelled and thrived in public school and Im confident the things he learned at KinderCare put him ahead of his K5 peers. They have a very structured environment and it showed in his K5 experience. Its like anything - the more you put i, the more and you get out. We talk to the teachers regularly. We come to the after hours programs. We come to the daytime programs for Easter, Christmas, etc. The staff is as accessible as youd like them to be. Our boys have always and continue to enjoy coming. We have never had issues with them not wanting to come and be dropped off. Id highly recommend this location. Weve been well-pleased.

I let my son go there for a week and pulled him out. The place was so unorganized. The administration team was not friendly besides orientation. The rooms made u want to take your kid because of the live animals and such. But his first day attending the ratio was way over and I always only seen one teacher. There was so many kids that the kids would ask me to help them do stuff bc that one teacher couldnt do it all alone. Wen I walked away from there I felt uneasy. I called numerous of times and went to pop in. He was supposed to stay a week buy after the 3rd day I had enough and paid for that week and left. My son cried when we rode passed the place he and I were unhappy. For the price I had to pay that place was hideous and I would never recommend anyone there.

Do not send your children here, kids are being hurt terribly by other kids here. I am sharing awareness about this place!

Please do not take your kids to this place! Half of the staff doesnt do their jobs and most importantly dont care about the kids there! When incidents took place with my kids the faculty played crazy and would act like they didnt know what happened! Some of the teachers talk inappropriately to the kids as well! I repeat PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS PLACE.
