My son was fired after he was told his job would be safe because I had cancer and was having surgery. THEY NEVER PAID HIM FOR THE TIME HE WORKED. Left a email with no response and contacting them is near impossible

A current Merchandising Assistant Temp. Everyone is so friendly here, and Ive learned so much already just within 3 weeks. I love it here so far. They are so welcoming and are understanding to work around your schedule. I hope to continue working for them for as long as possible.

They unload you fast..I like that they dont hold you up all day..

My experience with this company has been sub-par, to say the least. First I order somethings and they did not have two of the things I ordered. They claimed they were on backorder Unfortunately, they were the two things I needed the most. They said it would ship in a couple of days but I did not hear anything from them for almost two weeks until I contacted them. Then miraculously it was shipped that morning but the tracking had not updated. The link for their website did not work at first but when I used it the next day it worked but would not give me any information. Their chat person answered my questions but I find it odd that they were shipped the same morning I contacted their company. I am not happy with their company or their customer service. I will not be using them again and do not recommend them. Their service and customer service are terrible.

I read some of these reviews before I placed an order with School Specialty. When the paint I ordered came damaged I was worried getting the issue resolved would be a huge hassle because of the low ratings Id seen here.The customer service was great. They fixed the issue very quickly. Ill be ordering again. Just something to think about if youre on the fence about the bad reviews like I was.

Taken almost 3 months to receive my refund from an order they couldnt fill after originally ordering in April, then was told they couldnt fill the order in July and today Im still waiting for my refund. Will never order from again.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I would!!! THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. Last June 25th I ordered $450 worth of bean bags and wobble stools. It is now October 4th and I have not received word where my order is and why I have not received it!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER order from here again, and will let my fellow teachers know.

This place is ok to work but one of the line leader in pack slip and print slip is very horrible her last name start with T she is so rude and racist but she only FAKE nice infront the Manager and supervisor eyes she cant handle things as a leader she need to be more professional and touch to be a leader she should get fire!....she and the supervisor like flirting around sometimes when no one sees they looked very stupid together!

This business really let us down. We head to Jamaica next Friday for a vacation at Sandals resort. The Sandals Foundation requested we bring school supplies for poor local kids and suggested we use this provider. We ordered 2 school backpacks 3 weeks ago. Just found out they wont ship to me until early October. (weeks after our trip). I cancelled the order. The poor kids are the losers. Dont waste your time dealing with these folks.

Very poor customer service and handling of inventory. Ordered a bulk purchase and was never notified that they did not have the supplies to meet that request. I literally had to write them to be informed that they were not shipping the rest of my order. No formal email or anything was provided. They barely apologized and did nothing to compensate their mistake.I rarely give reviews, but they sure do deserve this poor rating. I would definitely not recommend shopping here at all!

Horrible place to work. At no time during the hiring process do they tell you that you will be working until their unrealistic daily work schedule is done. That means you can be working anywhere from 8 to 12 plus hours a day including Saturdays. They talk down to the seasonal employees and literally yell at us during the daily meetings because we are not working fast enough for them in 90 plus degree working conditions. For a company that relies on seasonal employees to make their company profitable in a four month window one would think they would show more respect, be honest about the work environment and hours. In my short time there more people quit than they could retain. In one day 12 people quit. That says a lot about the company when people cant endure the job for a few months.

I tried to order recess equipment from School Specialty. I ordered on July 21, and didn’t hear back from them about the status of my order. I reached out about a week later, and they told me that the items were on back order and that i could expect them August 9th. Again, I heard nothing until I called again and the rep told me they were still on backorder and they wouldn’t be able to get to me for another month, putting our school in a tough bind for the beginning of the year. No communication :(

My credit card has been compromised twice at this place. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I have been ordering from them for 20 years yet last year I did not receive a catalogue and was able to borrow one from another school district. I talked to them and asked that I get a catalogue this year...ready to order now but no cataloque...called but you get a Phillipines phone answering service which takes all my time up by requesting all the information the company already has and then tells me I will get the catalogue in 10 days to 2 weeks.....I ask for a local number so I can call and talk to someone here...maybe pick up a catalogue...no such number given to the Phillipines operator...so frustrating....Now Im ordering from Nasco just because Im so frustrated ....
