Good service, had what I needed. I found the same books online for competitive prices, but just to walk in a grab what i needed for class from TB Brokers was helpful for me. Ill buy from them again im sure.

Never again will I get my books from here. Went to sell back math book I didnt even use in class and they like its missing the front cover Im like Im returning this book that yall put in a notebook the exact way I got it. If its missing the cover now it was missing it then because I didnt even use the book. Then they offer $10 for the book ha you have got to be kidding me! Ill never buy a used book from here ever again. Ill stick to just buying new books at the school!

This place appears to be run by scam artists that do not respond to inquiries and appear to have zero integrity or customer service skills. I will avoid doing any kind of business with this group. Very disappointing experience with Textbook Brokers in Greenville. I honestly wish I could have given them a good review, but they have given me no reason to trust them.

Textbook Brokers has fast service, cheap book prices, and a friendly staff! Getting my books from here was a much smoother process than hassling with the schools bookstore and they were more knowledgeable on the books I needed. I was in-and-out in less than five minutes and the staff made sure I received the correct book along with any access codes that were available. I would recommend Textbook Brokers to any student who requires books for their course.

Dear Kristi L- Greenville Technical College makes the custom books and they are not worth any money at resale. That is the purpose for them doing this, so that everyone has to purchase them new. We have nothing to do with this. We want to buy textbooks to resale. As far as asking you to donate, yes we do. We support a great organization called Better World Books that donates books to needy areas such as Africa.

Super disappointed. They gave me a rental book in June of 2019 and I went through my entire summer semester struggling with my astrology class because the online projects that were guided by the textbook did not match whatsoever and I could never make higher than a 40 on them. Long story short, this caused me to fail the class and when I sent my mom to turn in my books on Friday they told her we cant accept these books (theres one for projects and one actual textbook) because they were due in 2018 so its already been sent to collections. Its an old version so its no longer useful to our students. This is very frustrating because I wasted my time and money I now owe them as well as lost my life scholarship because of this F from this class having such a negative affect on my GPA, and because I chose to give them a shot by renting from them instead of my usual go to, Chegg, since I only came to Greenville tech for the summer to make up the remaining hours I needed to keep my scholarship. I am always very cautious with everything I do and even asked the man while I was in the store if it was the correct version and he assured me it was and even added a comment telling me they only use the same books as the real gvl tech bookstore. On top of this, he told my mom that I still have a sociology book which I for sure do not because I returned it the same day I went to get my math access code from them in June because I dropped soc and added math. Now I have to take time out of work to go up there sometime this week to get everything straightened out. The only reason I can allow myself to give them two stars is because their prices are by far some of the best and their financial aid options are definitely college-student friendly. So ironically its hard to not recommend them to others; just make sure you pay attention to what rental sticker is on the back of your books BEFORE you even get out of the door, and I strongly advise you to buy from them instead of dealing with the risk of rentals.

I had a emergency which sent me out of town after I paid for rentals which I didn’t use to begin with. Iwasnt able to return them until a few weeks later which I said went I went in to return the books. They want to send me to collects because the books were late even though they were paid on time. Never again will I rent books from here or let anyone I know rent there.
