I love this center, the teachers and staff go above and beyond. You can just tell they care about the children. My kids have been going to kindercare for years. Keep up the great work! I appreciate everything you all do.

I love this center and the staff here! My children love it and I refer all my friends and family to the center on Smith Valley Rd. We are just like one big family at this location. The director Heather is the best and her assistant director Amy is so bubbly and friendly and helps you feel so comfortable with leaving my children in their care! I love this center and wouldn’t recommend any other place for childcare!

The best daycare! Our daughter has amazing teachers that go above and beyond daily to help them learn. Everyday our daughter comes home from learning something new at school. The director is easy to contact and is always on top of things. The entire staff is beyond friendly + we definitely recommend kindercare!

They don’t even contact you when you make a request online I’ve tried 3 times in less than 6 months to contact them and they never get back with you!

We moved to Indiana from NC not knowing a soul for my husbands job and I was eager to find a wonderful daycare that treated our son like family! We have been at Kindercare off smith valley for about a year now and literally never have a doubt in my mind that our son (now 2.5yrs old) won’t be treated like family. His teachers and all of the staff there show such a vested interest in the wellbeing of not only my son, but all the kids there! He is learning SO much, is speaking in (nearly) full sentences, loves to read, and is eager to learn and be around others! They do so many arts and crafts and take a ton of pictures and videos during the day! He doesn’t even cry for me when I drop him off in the morning. I would say that’s a good thing then! I brag to everyone I know about this facility. Worth every dime!

I love this daycare so much it’s very home oriented and I love the staff every last one your child is in good care here and my kids love it i appreciate every one that works there and it’s clean very well kept . I would recommend anyone who has kids to bring there kid here . Heather is amazing she does so good at her job and is amazing director and Amy is so friendly and kind and makes you feel so welcome . I’m happy I chose this daycare for my kids .

I started my two year old here in September and have been very happy as the building has integrated new staff and changed to a KinderCare facility. This is a very nice facility and the staff are all friendly. I get multiple updates and pictures on the app, which helps this Momma heart relax. I normally interact with the director or assistant director daily and they are quick to respond to any concern or question. Bottom line, I would not take my child here unless I thought she would be taken care of, and I know she will be taken care of here.

Im really impressed with this facility. Ive had to move my kids a couple times and have not had great experiences before but the folks at this KinderCare do a great job documenting things and keeping me abreast via their app on how my baby boy is doing. They have him in a great routine and I think have really helped him with developmental milestones. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and I must say, I do truly feel valued and that my son is being honestly cared for and cared about.

My children have been at this daycare center for 3 going on 4 years and we have had a great experience. The new directors Heather and Amy are very understanding and by far the best directors we have had. The change is so good and the kids love it here. Ms. Michelle and Ms.Angie are the best infant teachers!!

We love this daycare! Our 1-year-old daughter had been at home for over 6 months due to COVID and we were so worried she would have a difficult time adjusting to going back to daycare. The first weekend after she started at Kindercare, we had to convince her that she had to stay home because she was trying to get out the door to go to school. She has learned so much so quickly during her time here and we are so thankful for all the support the teachers have given her.

I love this place! My daughter is loved and taken care of here! I have never had a bad experience. The staff is great- I love all the people my kiddo gets to interact with.

Super clean, great about communication, my son loves going! I love that they send updates weekly and throughout the day about what the kids are doing. Theyve also been wonderful working with my student schedule.

We love KinderCare. We have our kid enrolled in the infant program and Michelle and Angie are the best teachers we could ask for. They love all the kids in their class so much.

I absolutely love this daycare facility! My daughter constantly talks about wanting to come back after we leave, and sometimes picking her up is even a struggle.. LOL Staff is super friendly, I would highly recommend! Wouldn’t want her going anywhere else.😀

My daughter attends and they take wonderful care of her. I love that they post updates and often photos and videos throughout the day. They are great about accommodating her therapy. They helped greatly with getting her onto solid foods and getting her using her sippy cup.

Both of my children attend this daycare. We have had excellent experiences in both the infant rooms and rooms for the older children. The staff seems to really care about the kids.

My kids absolutely love it here! I have 3 that attend before and after school care, 1 in the preschool room and 1 in the infant. The older kids love that they can sit and relax in the bean bag chairs and that they have tons of games and activites to keep them busy after school. My preschooler doesnt want to leave! Throws a fit every day to stay and play. She is also learning about different cultures, which I think is amazing! My baby is 5months old and I get updates on her throughout the day, as well as the others, it puts my mind at ease. Because we all know its especially hard to leave our little babies. They send me videos of her playing and having sensory time, tummy time and interacting with the other babies. I am so greatful I found a second home for my precious kiddos. Just wish I found Kinder Care sooner !!! ❤❤❤The director Heather was so kind and helpful to help me get the kids started ASAP due to a not so good experience with our previous daycare. All the teachers and staff have been so kind and helpful during our transition.

They give your kids rotten food, are mean to the children, and leave them unattended. The center was amazing before the previous director left. Operation has went way down hill in the past 4 months. I pulled my kids out immediately.

This Center is a family friendly ,positive environment, more happy faces employeesmy son loves going in this Center he learned a lot and he loves his Teacher.

I decided by how they answered their phones. I would not be able to trust them with my bebes. Let alone try to focus on working. Not a welcoming type of greeting. They say first impressions tell a story with a business

I actually work here and send my daughter here. And we both love it!! Managment has changed so much! The staff is very sweet and they communicate so well!! I LOVE my job, the kids, and the staff!

We enrolled our 2 1/2 year-old son her after moving to Greenwood from CA.He comes home talking about what he ate, who he played with and what he did.No matter what time or day I show up, every one of the staff members is attending to the children, and I believe my child is safe and happy there.

I wish I could give negative stars for this place. My child constantly came home in diapers 2 sizes too small and completely soaked and soiled. Her extra clothing items (ext. change of clothes or winter jacket) were always being worn by other children when I came to pick up. The last straw was having to pick up my “sick” child. They told me I needed to pick up my contagious child right away because she had broken out in a rash. I get there ask if she has a fever and their director told me she doesn’t if they took her temperature, but she has been acting fine all day. So after checking my child to find this “rash” It is nothing more than a diaper rash from not being changed enough.(oh and her diaper was full too) We pulled her today because I just can not trust these people with my child’s safety and well being.

I used to work here for 3 minths. In the first 2 months their cps cases open 9 teacher quit, teacher are always on cell phones and teachers always use bad words infront of children. If your not white or black the teachers make race comments, I would not recommend you to attend here never the same teachers for kids

They are a no peanut zone but yet they still serve peanut butter. Because there are no reported allergies that does not matter. If you are a NO PEANUT ZONE, reported allergies or not, you do not serve anything with peanuts.For the woman who works with infants, when a young baby is crying & you try to soothe them. You DO NOT bounce them so hard her head is hitting the back of the boucer. Babies cry, especially young ones. That is what they do. No, you do not have to be up under them constantly but do not bounce the baby so hard her head is hitting the back of the bouncer.If you ask about your concerns on what they are doing, because you KNOW it is wrong, they get very disrectful & down right rude about it. Word of advice to the director, if you & your employees were doing your jobs correctly, you would not be questioned.I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. This is a prime example of why majority of parents do not want to send their children to daycare!!

DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD GO HERE... they prepared the food on the changing tables. Teachers were not nice to the children. Overall a very bad experience!
