The best thing I can say about them is that they really care if you pass the exam. I passed the national exam on my first try. Then Raymond Modglin went out of his way to help me with some material to dial in on the state exam after I missed it by 1 on the first pass. I passed after his assistance. This is personal service and shows real care.

Ramond made the class enjoyable, even though I took the class online I felt that I was still apart of the class. When I had questions he answered them quickly.

The online course was easy to follow. If you do the work and study and dont enjoy driving and sitting in a class then I would recommend the online course. Raymond is helpful if you have questions and he answers your questions immediately.

I always love Real University & love Raymond, would love to meet him someday!!!! He always explains things clearly and amuses me a lot with his stories and comments. I always come back to take my CE. The only thing I dont like this year is how they changed the format of the online classes. I like to be able to rewind if I missed something or want to hear something again. If there is some kind of interruption & I dont hit pause quick enough I sometime miss something & want to rewind a little bit, but you would have to start all over again, and I really dont like that. Otherwise a great class & Ive been doing it for 4-5 years now. Thanks a bunch Raymond for all you do & for not making the online courses boring!!!! I only give it a 4 star rating because I cant rewind.

You make learning fun, and I learned about things important to my business of Commercial Real Estate. I’ve been in Commercial Real Estate for 20 years now and rarely has there even been much of a mention in licensing or CE. Real University is so much better than the other courses that are simply a person reading slides out loud. He is engaging and easier to remember because he uses real life examples.

Online videos need a better audio quality and introducer. The presenter keeps coughing in the videos and he sounds very loud.

Taking my online course now and I really enjoy it !
