I had both of my girls with City Center Childcare as infants. We have always received great communication from the teachers as well as the director. When I chose to stay at home with my girls about a year and a half ago, City Center Childcare continued to work with me. When I do need to fill in at work, I have always been able to make arrangements with them to cover childcare for me. We have been very happy with City Center Childcare and would recommend it to anyone needing childcare in the Grove City area.

City Center Childcare is a wonderful care center. I recently started working here to get a career started working with kids. It’s only been a week and i’m so happy with choosing this Childcare. This Childcare is very clean and very organized throughout each and everyday. I enjoy working with each and every child that comes here. All my coworkers are so kind and so positive no matter what. All the kids are treated equally and learn new things each day of the week. Every child walks in the door with a smile and leaves with a smile.

My general experience with this daycare is a great one. I have been very happy and satisfied with the staff and the progress that children has made.

This center is great center and they have great staff and Director my kids love it.

Went for an interview and was surprised to learn that I would have to pay roughly $160 for a physical and background check with no guarantee of getting hired. Then if I did get hired another $120 in classes. All of this for $9 an hour because they only have 4 children there. Thats completely unrealistic for anyone to have to pay almost $300 when those things are all normal hiring expenses that are tax deductible. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for employment.

My kids were enrolled there for few months and they were happy there. We switched daycares because we moved.

Horrible day care center, The owner is extremely rude, The kids come home with with injuries and they don’t make reports and the center is small and dirty. I do not recommend.

My family and I have been so pleased with the staff, leadership, and overall structure of this bright City Center Childcare . We have had a lovely experience. My kids just seemed to be have fun learning and playing, which made my kids loved the center. The teachers are all friendly and truly care about the kids as well as each other.

We love the staff and the center we made great choice by picking City center Childcare. Its an excellent feeling knowing that my four kids is happy and Safe while my wife and I are working. God bless you guys!

The center was unable to explain injuries that occurred to my child - even though they have cameras. The owner “zaza” told me if the injury isn’t serious then she doesn’t need to document it. 8 children plus a teacher in the center got food poisoning because the owner left raw chicken in her car overnight and decided it was ok to feed everyone for lunch the next day. When I complained about an injury to my child’s face and how the center is never in ratio, the “owner” told me if I don’t like it I can take my child and leave. Mind you, this was at drop off and while I was on my way to work. And, I already paid for the week! Needless to say, I took my child and never return. I do not recommend. Owners are highly unprofessional. They do not have enough staff to watch the children, and staff is not CPR trained. Contact JFS to see inspections, I am sure there will be updates in the weeks to come. They have received 3 other complaints recently.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!! This place is a fraud and is not legit. My child is going through some type of abuse reaction from this place! I am dealing with daily nightmares and abusive interactions as a result of this place. Beware from one mom to another read the reviews of the actual American named individuals. The other people are their family and friends putting fake reviews. There are only about 3 kids who actually go to this center. The rest of the smart parents withdrew their kids but they will tell you that they kicked them out which is a lie! They do not feed the kids they do not teach them anything! This is a daycare hell dressed up in a cute package!

The owner and the teachers are very professional and they were able to help me Enroll my kids in the daycare and help me with the process of applying for titleXX.

This childcare is one of the best daycares in grove city I’m happy with my kids going there they love it the staff are amazing they take there time in getting to know the kids they are patient and I love how it’s clean and organized this childcare isn’t just a daycare it’s a learning center and my kids always happy this center is there second home .... so ignore the negative comments cause I’ve seen nothing but amazing ppl

I would not recommend this childcare facility. They do not follow their own policies and they shut my son in a room in the dark with no way to turn the lights for time out. I would not trust the people here with children.

My kids just seemed to love this center and do a lot of education and activites. When ever i get to pick kids they dont want to leave the center, learning and playing, which made my kids loved the center.

Horiible center i would not advise any parent to send there childern to this facility. They do not do any learning with the kids. My child said he watch tv all day. Some they never open the facility on time which made me late for work or have to call off or pay another person to watch my child. very unprofessional. There is always a different staff member you never know who are the people watching your kids. The facility looks nice when you walk in but they do not untilize any of the stuff for your child. MY child never like going to this place.they are not trust worthy to care for a child. I do not recommend .

If i could give ZERO stars i would. Horrible horrible people. They feed the kids chicken nuggets and French fries everyday. Dry cereal no milk. Water from the faucet. NO FRUITS OR VEGGIES!!! They will dismiss your children with no notice what so ever. They do not allow the kids outside to play. They do not give receipts forpayments. They are always late!!!!! The list goes on. I was dismissed for complaining too much...i was simply bringing things to their attention that was a major concern to me. My children are my life and this place has way too many issues. My 6yr old stated to me a time that the woman grabbed her by the arm with force and pushed her to the floor. Not good!!! And its super funny all these reviews are from Somoli people and there is one somoli kid. Like they got their fries and family to rate the place. The admin doesnt standup for whats right when it comes to confronting an issue. The other girl that works there is the one that informed me about the chicken and french fry lunch evryday. They lied to me one time saying they fired a lady thatvi thought was excellent. Only to find out she found a better paying job!!! What thevpurpose of lying about thatvwas i dont know. Im worried what else they have lied about. They keep ALLof the kids in the infant room which is illegal and dangerous for the little ones. This place needs serious improvements!!!

I actually stopped in here a couple of months ago to inquire childcare needs. The center had children of all ages mixed together and they also had a woman vacuuming while they were supposedly watching the children . I walked out.... at that point I knew I wouldn’t send my child here. They left me sitting in the front room I could of been a crazy person, I didn’t think this was a suitable place for children!
