Terrible company for rentals i have nothing but bad experiences with them. they dont return calls or keep theyre website up and when they website is down they charge you late fees and never call you back so you cant even dispute them. Literally in the past month i have called probably 12-15 times and have maybe got to speak with one person. they also like to forget charges and then charge you for it later. which is sort of mind boggling they cant even keep theyre invoices strait. All in all was the worst mistake Ive ever made for renting and i wouldnt even want to try to buy a house through them. ohh and they waited till 4 days before my lease was up to tell me my rent was going up 5%..... thanks
