Great Music Store!! But didnt give five stars because tried to buy two bongo cajones on web page and said they werent available. Bought them online at competition music store. Went and sadly they had them available. NEED TO WORK THE WEB PAGE FOR AVAILABLE INVENTORY

Unfortunately it was not the best for a single employee so I knew how to manage, then the store manager made an effort but the bad time was already done. Third time I visit the store and the first two times it was really very good.

I went today to buy a guitar for my niece. The young man was helpful at all times. I think her name was Jean. I guide us honestly and we go out with a good guitar, a ukulele and a piano. I liked the place.

They work super fast. I placed an order from the car, and they brought it to me quickly.

I bought a piano and the service has been terrible. I went back to buy some parts and request a tune-up that was promised and never honored. I spoke with a certain Christian who promised to return the call and as of today more than 6 months have passed and I am still waiting for what was promised.They are very skilled at selling but very bad and lousy at service. For my part I continue on Amazon to avoid so much arrogance. I bought the piano parts direct from the manufacturer and I had no need to talk to Micheo and his inconsiderate people.

On Friday I spent at 3pm to buy a baton. The employee never got rid of his phone call to assist me. I went around the store several times looking for someone to assist me, until I asked if they had batons. Without letting go of the phone, and without even searching, he said no. There is no attention to the public.
