Tiny Steps Academy is the worst daycare on the coast with communication and and it is not a safe environment for children. They didn’t tell me that my child’s classroom was exposed to the commonly known Hands, Foot, & Mouth disease, which my son caught due to their negligence. They also failed to tell me that my child has been exposed to SARS-COV 2 (COVID). It was brought to my attention that the cook, director, and two staff members had COVID and not one faculty member told any parent. Thank God for heads up from a parent who over heard the conversation between the Director and Owner.

Best choice I made was to enrolled my 2 year old daughter here . The staff is really great and their communication is on point.

My first time putting my child in daycare and it was the worst experience of my life. My 1 year old was biten on her forehead by another child at the daycare. The staff never reached out to contact me nor the emergency numbers listed on the papers. Also my child teacher had to supervise 10 kids all by herself until another teacher clocked in which was at 9:00 and I had my child at the daycare for 7:00 because I had to be to work for 7:30.

I thought the place was sketchy to begin with. You can’t walk to your child’s classroom or see what they’re doing . There’s no windows you can see in to their rooms. When you tell them who you’re picking up, someone has to bring your kid to the front. I always had to wait at least 10 mins which made me think they were doing stuff they shouldn’t have been doing. All my child learned there In the month she was there is the Barney theme song.

This is an awful place for your children. my child was picked up (thankfully by their relative) with only a drivers license. This relative was not on any files and i was not contacted! Not to mention my child clothes were worn on other children. There is no professionalism here !

This child care facility is the BEST!!! My daughter has been thru so many daycares because weve relocated a lot, and its only 2 out of the few that shes been to that she gives me positive insight about, and its the facility she started at when she was young, and TINY STEPS ACADEMY which she now attends. Its always clean, the food they eat looks DELICIOUS (so they can cook really good)! The kids learn SO MUCH! My daughter comes home with a learning worksheet almost everyday, and sometimes with Homework that she loves to do. The teachers are kind, and they take good care of these kids. They come get the kids from you which helps when you drop them off because kids tend to be clingy when they are getting dropped off, and thats very helpful. My daughter always have positive things to say, and she has never been abused/harmed here. I LOVE IT, & I want her to stay here until she graduates from pre-school.

This daycare center shows real care for my son and I am happy to know of it
