Quick - I went with the self paced online option which did not penalize me for completing the course quickly like other courses I’ve purchased that make you wait a period of time in the middle of the course before proceeding.Value - I compared to other courses and this one was the most affordable.Clear- all material was online and very well laid out into sections with drop down material and videos followed by a summary PDF to review before taking the final exam.Could not have been a better course. I just passed the Sales Associate course in a month as I took my sweet time reading and understanding the material. The course is easy to navigate. Each chapter is divided and has a quiz to pass before continuing. The end of course exam is the same at the prep exam! so easy peasey- make sure you understand the material though or you will fail the state exam. I was disappointed with the service provided when I had a question regarding discount points. I reached the operator after multiple unanswered email through the system. Once the instructor called me, he said he would email me a more descriptive explanation on the subject and I never received the information. Aside from that- course was good

Class was very thorough. It covered all the material needed for the FL real estate sales associate exam. The practice exams were key to me passing. The material was laid out in an easy way to understand and learn the concepts. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to get the real estate license.

I thoroughly enjoyed taking this course. I was able to complete it at my own pace. I was able to use my phone easily to navigate through the material. It worked almost perfectly for my personal situations. If I had one recommendation then it would be to offer an app to quickly access the program.

When I first started this course I felt so overwhelmed. There was so much information I had never heard of before. However, as I kept doing the course with fidelity my confidence level increased. If you read thoroughly, take all the assessments seriously and study the flashcards you will be successful. This program is excellent! They have included everything you can possibly think of. So, worth while!

The material was spot on, easy to follow and as long as you do your job in reading, taking practice quizzes and exams, you will be well prepared for the state exam. I passed on first try. Excellent course materials. Up to date, easy to read and understand. Excellent review method of incremental scoring for example tests. I just took my actual CAM License exam and passed on the first attempt. Highly recommend using ProLicense.

This course uses language that I can understand! I was even able to navigate it properly on a MAC (once I changed to Chrome browser). I highly recommend this so you will be prepared for the test and to figure out the math portions/Platt maps. My only request is that you have someone review the spelling. There are a few spelling errors that bug me. Great course!

I passed the exam today first time! Don’t get me wrong, Florida Real Estate Sales Associate test is very hard. Most of you might not pass without study. Definitely it’s not as easy as passing your high school test! However, ProLicense course helped me a lot. If you take their course and go through their sample exams, particularly, last 4 full size sample exams, one, twice, even go through 3 times, you’ll have 90% chance (which is almost guaranteed) pass exam the first time.

Good solid course and the courses are easy to navigate. I wish there would have been a book but then it would cost more. My only complaint is the tests you take are the exact same questions over and over (worded the same way every time) even on the flashcards. I would like to have had differently worded questions to make sure I understood and not just remembered the right answer to the exact same questions over and over. I would recommend this course.Response to owner: Hopefully I can take the exam in not more than 2 weeks. In the meantime I will keep reviewing the materials.

Course was well laid out. Easy to navigate the site. I liked the convenience of online and working at your own pace. One downfall to online is not having a book at hand for reference. I saved the sections to my desktop however not as quick to navigate.

Other than the lengthy chapters, they are very efficient and allow you to re-take the exam if you don’t pass the first time.

I took a leap of faith to run for office on my condominium board of directors to see exactly what takes place and had no idea what I would be doing and if doing it correctly. This course is the absolute for a beginner or someone who has been doing things blindly. I have a much better grasp of what is expected and it has been a wealth of helpful information. I had such a great experience using this program/website. It has great material, the website is easy to manage, and makes accessing information very easy to understand.

I took the HOA Board Member course and found it very helpful! The information was valuable and presented in a format that was easy to read through. The material itself is very dry , which cant be helped, but the presentation broke it down into bite size chunks that made it bearable. The course took about three hours and the quiz was, thankfully, short. I was able to print the certificate immediately after and could even download a PDF of the material for future reference. Overall, if I had to do another course like this, I wouldnt hesitate to use ProLicense Florida again!

I chose ProLicense FL because I needed it to be online, and at my own pace. Between COVID and working [more than] full time, I knew I needed a lot of flexibility. I really liked the course itself, it was well paced and very organized. The information was elaborated, but put in simple mans terms enough for me to actually grasp this new trade. A very good option for CAM CE overall, from the website and selection to the course work and material and content. I highly recommend. I liked the option of the cafeteria style selection of the course load that I needed - it complimented the 3rd party seminars I had also attended. As well, they offer very good (efficient) information in the course material.

Easy to follow and well written. Incorrect test questions provide answers and explanations, and an exact reference to the location of the question basis within the coursework. I will read the State of Florida Community Association Manager examination book because it is free on Kindle (may require Prime Im not sure). Questions about the material are answered via email expeditiously. Overall very satisfied.

The terminology of statutes is not always easily understood. The course I took for board certification explained a lot of it in laymans terms. I liked that I could save my progress until I was ready to proceed at a later time. The best part of the course was mentioning some of the problems that could come up while serving on an HOA Board and the guidance it gave on how to deal with them. Thank you!

So happy I used ProLicense Florida for my CAM continuing ed courses. Not only were they cheaper than the others but the whole process was quick and easy. I paid for the specific ceus I was missing which was great. Other programs out there want you to pay for all the 15 hours I needed for my CAM, this option I was able to pay only for the hours and courses I was missing. Course was easy to understand and read.

Ive been wanting for a while to take the step and take my CAM course but havent found the right website to do it. I came across ProLicense Florida a few months ago and I completely fell in love with their course method. So easy to understand and I love it made it possible for me to be able to get my license recommend 100%.

The course was excellent and I appreciated the tougher standard to pass their tests...it made passing the state exam that much easier. I do wish they had a job board or advice for finding work for those of us without experience but I also understand it is market driven.

I highly recommend this course. It was easy to follow and covers the entry level material needed to pass the state exam. I passed the module quizzes and also the sample tests on the first pass. Dont try to rush through the modules as you will likely miss some details you might need. The cost of the course was about $180, a very good value.

Had problems initially getting the courses to load onto my dashboard but i sent an email and received a call immediately and the problem was handled very quickly. Because Im a procrastinator I didnt do the courses until the 29th but very happy to see that the results were immediately sent and my license was renewed and current on the 30th!!!!

I had taken most of my CE courses via zoom by various vendors however I needed only 2 more hours to complete the requirements. Prolicense Florida was so easy and I was able to do my CE courses ala carte. It was easy and informative. I will use them again.

I am so happy I found this course! It was very easy to follow and take and with everything going on with COVID-19 it was perfect having an option to study online. The exams at the end of each module do not compare to the final exam so be prepared but I am very pleased!!!
