The academy is excellent, my little girl since the day of adaptation I enjoy it to the fullest !! She waits all week for his Ballet classes! her teacher is very cute !! 100% recommended

Called twice. 1st time left a message no call back. 2nd time I called and spoke to an owner,Jana. She took my email to send me info for classes. Two days latter no email, no call, no service....Wow! What a way to do business with you local community! Terrible customer service. I would not leave my young child with people who cant even return a call or send an email.So 😞

Love this studio! I began practicing ballet as an adult and every teacher I met here was amazing and motivated me to do better. Olga is by far the best teacher I had!

Ms Renee is a wonderful teacher and it is the only one good thing I can say about the school. They are lucky to have her. The staff is unfriendly and rude. The rules leave much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend your kids to go to this school.

The ballet teacher was unprofessional and clearly is not equipped to work with young children! My daughters first dance class (who just turned 3 years old) ended with her in tears not because she doesn’t enjoy dance but because the teacher excluded her from the other girls and the dance exercises... which I’m guessing is her way of disciplining the children. Which is hurting them and should be reported! But If you are looking for hands on training, with professionalism and care for your young child(ren) please look elsewhere.

Kirova is a very professional studio. The teachers are amazing as well as the staff. My girls look forward to go to their classes every day. Thumbs up Kirova!

Unlike some other ballet places where my daughter practiced ballet prior to entering Kirova, Kirova Ballet Academy goes far above the plain business relationship and genuinlmy cares about students and, when necessary, is willing to help them in every way. Kirova instructors and administrators were able to establish a balanced approach between rigorous and demanding ballet practice rooted in Russian Vaganova school of ballet and compassionate care for students. Outstanding instructors, devoted administrators, attractive dance rooms, and very individualized program and approach to students.

Perfect place to learn ballet. Very talented teachers, good price, nice atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Francesca had a rocky start with her teacher, Antonina...but eventually blossomed and took on leadership roles thanks to the confidence and skills she learned in her ballet class. I highly recommend it, especially Antoninas if you want your child to have that discipline and drive.

My daughter is very happy to take ballet and jazz classes here, the teachers are good and experienced, kids learn on their own speed, it’s a safe environment and well organized.

Thank you for requesting our input!The teachers and personnel do a fine job. The learning is solid on the student end. Improvements noted each lesson.The organization, communication & notifications of cancellations, substitutes, and other changes needs to be added, improved and consistently applied.The ordering process is definitely in immediate need of change as orders should be delivered in the next few days once paid, not in several weeks into months, as is the current situation.. especially with new students. (No one informs parents of new students they can buy from a regular store until after they return the next class time to find their order is still not in and student remains without required items. This causes some new students to, upon their first lesson feel ackward to say the least and many want to fit in at first day. A simple instruction at registration telling parents to use or buy the colors and items needed at Target or on line will eliminate this sad outcome)!The tights you have in stock and on order are much too fragile a fabric and quality for regular lessons. Tears occur easily thus replacements get costly.The embroidering orders must be on an expedited schedule, as ordered so to be returned within the following week.The observation safety view screens need to be repaired in a much faster way and placed on AT LEAST the quarterly view of 4 screens so observing your own student can be done. It is almost impossible to ascertain who is who on the tiniest view as we see now. ! Those of us with vision issues can not make much use of the viewing safety option to assure our child can be seen at all times, so please do change the veiw screen split selection to make the viewing screens show larger images when students are in classes and this then makes it accessible to the visually impaired.Better and more chairs in rear wait area are in need as often times there are simply not enough available (a stack of folding chairs might help) or as us niw the case, a chair in need of repair is all that is left to select exists as only chouce, and it has a dangerous element due to the back falling backwards quickly when a person sits and naturally leans back into it alarming unaware seaters!The rooms are often filled with babies snd children roaming unsuoervused between all areas in thecwait rooms. You do need a plan vASAP to contain them in a DESIGNATED specific secured child area as they often roam and open the doors to the classes in session interrupting the paid lesdons! I observe parents are not with them andcare often distracted by cell phones or in another area all together seated an not interested in supervising their own, or they are at the desk area talking with theur bacjs to the children, unaware and not interested in what their own children are doing with no one taking care of these children nor correcting them. This is a safety issue for you as often unsupervised children can be hurt of hurt another in you wide-open, free roaming areas. A designated, securely enclosed safety child area designated by wall signs stating any children (from ages 1-9) must remain with parent/adult seated at all times or-else remain in child area, might be a simple way to solve this. Books , toy ballerinas, , dolls, blocks, pillow sears and toys in a box might entertain them.These are observations of actual events. They are offered to assist only.We are happy to have the instruction available to us and love our sweet Ms. Beatrice and look forward to her return.As a long time business owner and CEO as well as one who has extensive backround in lessons, both giving and taking myself, I hope you take my comments in a positive light and use them as a checklist to address each in a way that will shine brightly on Kirova Academy showing your willingness to make the issues that affect your customers and especially the students, a true number 1 priority. This is great place for your child to learn dancing!My daughter is growing to be ballerina by gentle and kind training of Antonina Arefieva she is great teacher ! The only thing for the parents who brining their kids there please be respectful and fallow discipline so other kids can get teaching attention !
