I searched high and low for a great montessori school in the area and this was the one! The staff is so caring. Ms Farrah and Mrs Ali are very knowledgeable of how to properly implement the montessori system. My son learned independence and responsibility. I highly recommend AMS. My kid loves it!

We love our school!! This is my daughter’s second year and she goes to school very happy and come back even happier! The school is beautiful, clean, the teachers are so loving yet firm with the kids. You can not believe how quiet it is during lunchtime, dozen of kids eating so well behaved! I feel I’m sending my daughter to the best place I could be sending her to!

Very nurturing and loving environment! The school is also well organized and very clean. The teachers care and really pay attention to each child. My kids got the academics as well as being able to play so they were well prepared for Kindergarten. All three of my children have attended the school with my youngest still there and my older two in Elementary school and I can say that they looked forward to and enjoyed going to the Aventura Montessori School. The camp they have in the summer is also one of the best in the area.

This is an exceptional school that has allowed my son to progress at his learning pace without creating unnecessary pressure.The environment is calm which is not something you usually see with young children. The school is very well run and the teachers are exceptional. I love that my son is able to learn real life lessons -- he has become so much more confident and independent since he started.He loves going to school everyday and now has a love of learning. I cant say enough good things about this school! If I regret anything -- it would be that I didnt put him in earlier!

Great school!!!I have my 2 kids in this school. Ages 2 and 4 and they are so happy in here. They love the school and when I ask them about their day, I hear only positive things from them.The school is very clean, and well organized. The materials the kids interact with are always clean and in good condition. The facilities are kid friendly, even the toilets, and the playground is big with lots of things to do and well maintained.The school has a very good curricula with a nicely structured method which helps kids learn and be organized while having fun and feeling productive.The teachers and staff are very nice and friendly, well prepared and are always willing to facilitate the learning experience for the kids and help them in any way.I’ve seen such a positive impact in my kids since they started going to this school. They have become very independent and willing to do things by themselves. Progressed rapidly in their learning and the mastering of new skills, learned new vocabulary and the recognition of letters. My older daughter by the time she entered pk4 she was writing her name and reading some words on her own. I feel she’s getting such a good head start for her future.I’m a very picky person and when I started looking for schools for my daughter I toured almost every school around Hallandale. This school is a great place to send your kids to. It’s truly a hidden gem, by far the best school I’ve seen around the area.

My son went to Preschool here last year, and started Kindergarten this year and he absolutely loves it. He has learned so much and is constantly surprising me with new facts about everything from Mammals to facts about the state of Florida. Or telling me about the planets and their characteristics. It is a small intimate school setting where the teachers and owners make you feel like family, and his teachers are patient and kind and have helped him grow so much. The school is also kept immaculately clean, there always seems to be someone wiping everything down. To me, this school is a little gem and I highly recommend it.

I LOVE THIS SCHOOL! Both of my kids go here. You can see the love and passion the teachers have. The montessori method is very effective and brings out the best in my children. I recommend this school to EVERYBODY.

Excelente school. My sister studies here and she loves the school and the teachers. Everything is so organized and kids learn with smart practical activities.I recommend you to learn more about the Montessori methodology. It is amazing.

My kid started preschool about 2 months back. No nonsense people who are extremely professional yet friendly. The teachers are great and meticulously document my kids work and periodically send them home. Ms Tamara and Ms Carolina are my kids favorite and they work with her beautifully and correct her mistakes in a subtle yet constructive manner.

As a journalist I take very seriously the education of my children. And when my first boy was 2 1/2 years old, I did an extensive research for a Montessori school in the Aventura area. I found a few options but then I decided for Aventura Montessori School. I had my mother come with me to visit the school and meet with Mrs. Ali. We both agreed that this was the place. Since then, our experience has been nothing but wonderful. I like that I am a one phone call away from Ms. Farah directly, who is always more than willing to accommodate our needs whether is late stay or early arrival or birthday celebrations, etc. All the teachers are loving and caring yet firm. The way Mrs. Ali (owner/founder) has used the Montessori method is admirable. Not for nothing this school has been active for years. My son did three years at AMS and so did my second boy who finishes this may. We will truly miss them, especially the personal experience they offer.

My niece went here starting when she was 2 1/2 and continued on through kindergarten. It was an amazing experience for her. Wonderful learning atmosphere and a very warm caring staff. She is now in first grade at Waterways and shes excelling, thanks to the head start she got here at Montessori. Our family is very grateful to everyone here at the Aventura Montessori for taking such good care of her. And my nephew will be starting very soon and were looking forward to that. If you have a chance please visit the school, take the tour and give your child a great opportunity to begin a structured learning program before they start elementary school.

Great school! My son loves to go there, director Ali and her doughter, really take care of students and school. You really feel personal approach and that your kid is in good hands.

Totally in love with this school! The ratio of teacher vs kids are super small compared to others, the knowledge, professionalism of everyone there is priceless.

The best by far. My daughter has been thriving under the care and guidance at AMS for the last 3 years. AMS offers the ultimate foundation for the development of a young child. The teachers are highly trained and exceptional at what they do.
