We love everything about this daycare! Our two year old is always SO EXCITED to go inside, and is just as happy when being picked up. He loves his teachers and friends, and his positive attitude at the end of the day says all we need to know about this place. The director, Diana, is always so friendly and welcoming when you walk in, and is very responsive when I’ve needed to email/call. My son had a seizure while at daycare, and she went out of her way to make sure she had any and all information on what to do and shared with all of her staff. She even called and checked on him that evening to see how he was doing. We trust them 100% to take care of and love our baby boy!

I was so anxious to put my son (born just before COVID) into daycare after being with only me while I worked from home throughout the pandemic. But the Director and Asst. Director worked so hard to make sure I knew how loved and cared for my son is there at Childcare Network. Im so grateful for the quick and constant communication. The leadership there and all the teachers are very responsive and they honestly all treat my son as if he is their own child. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

My daughter goes to daycare here and my son did before he started kindergarten. I felt like I could trust the school and all the teachers. We were updated daily and they really do care about the kids! Thank you to all the staff!

We absolutely LOVE our son’s teachers!!! Everyone is so friendly and understanding of any concerns or questions I’ve had regarding his care that they provide since this is our first child and have no clue what to expect as he transitions into different age groups. They are very kind and caring and I know they adore my son just as much as he adores them! HIGHLY recommend!

It is always difficult to enroll my son in a new childcare because of the new kids and staff but the staff here made it very welcoming for my son and I. Anytime I have a concern about what is happening to my son, by what he tells me, I voice my concern with Twana or Hailey and they are quick to get on it. Whether is it true or not they do investigate my concern and are quick to give me a response on the matter. Ms. Myrna is God sent!!!! The love she has for her students has made my sons transition that much better and because of her he loves to attend!! Thank You ladies for all that you do! Your time, patience and love for my son and the other children does not go unnoticed.

I started working for this child care center a couple weeks ago and i’m very pleased with the kiddos, my coworkers and the management. I love how respectful all the teachers are to each other and it’s REFRESHING how involved management is. It is a massive pleasure to work with these women and for this company!

1 months agoMy son just involved 3 days they told me $225 dollars than I paid already. But they negligent my son sick and 2 weeks. I told them updated sick doctors check peppers. But after two weeks they told me child care full . I called twice about her price for my 2 years month old and both times Diana told me something different. There were a huge gap in between prices. If shes being dishonest about that, makes me wonder what else shes dishonest about. Also, she was really rude when I called which says alot about a person. My son angel will stay right where he is, thanks for showing me who you are!

I have worked here over 17 years and I love it here. Our employees and management are top of the line! We love our children and we are family! The children grow and learn here. Preparing them for a life full of knowledge and growth!

The way my son was treated here is beyond forgiveness. It has been 2 years and I am just now gathering the courage to say anything about my experience. I firmly believe that Ms Angela severely injured my child on purpose. The fact that management covered for her so well still makes my blood boil. I still have the 3 different incident reports showing I was never notified about a facial injury he received while in her care. I still have the pictures. I never even received an apology from these women. My son still has the mark from where his cheek was fractured at this center. How anyone could hurt a three year old and not even have an ounce of remorse...they deserve to be in jail.

Our daughter has been coming here since she was 6 weeks old. The teachers have been great and work with her as she develops to improve her motor skills. They are quick to respond and answer any questions we have.

The team at the Childcare Network in Haltom City have been great!My toddler is happy every time she comes home and loves every single one of her teachers there. They are all wonderful and they each individually bring something special that contributes to the care and education of the kiddos.They have also been diligent about practicing safety first during this difficult time.Since I am a working single parent, I am so very grateful for Twana, Hayly, and their team for Making my life just a little bit easier. They have flexible drop off and pick up times and are always willing to go the extra mile if I need any additional help.One teacher even encouraged and helped me get my toddler potty trained. She has been a huge help and I truly appreciate the extra support.We will be staying at the Childcare Network as long as they will have us!

Well my boys have gone to this Daycare for close to 2 years now... the staff has always welcomed my children and I with smiles and warmth. I love dropping my kiddos off knowing they are safe and in hands of people that genuinely care for them as if they were there own. Since covid has hit; we are unable to go inside - to eliminate exposure of course, well I never have to wait for them to come to the door, they are always there ready to get the boys in or bring them to me - Making sure to make drop off and pickups as easy as possible. I’m so thankful for all Y’all do at Childcare Network. I know my boys are a little much sometimes but y’all do a great job in communicating everything that goes on with them. So thank you!I recommend this daycare to all my mom friends and I would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

After finding a place for our two boys that they feel comfortable in and our oldest who has special needs and needs more help then other kids his age, this daycare has gone above and beyond to help. They do not focus on just the negative when our oldest is having behavior days or moments, they will let me know what has happened or but they still let me know something positive, it is not just negative like previous daycares. When I pick up the boys each day their faces are clean and they have clean diapers/ pull ups on which makes me so happy because this was our biggest concern from previous places. The director and assistant director are wonderful ladies to talk to, the communication with them is great! I love seeing pictures pop up on my phone daily and see how happy my boys are and I know they are safe! Thank you for making my Mom heart happy!

I absolutely love this school. The teachers are so nice and very active with the kids. They care for them as if they are their own. If your looking for a school to enroll your little ones in I highly recommend taking a tour and getting to know the director and assistant director. I took one tour and instantly knew that this was the place my children would be greatly looked after and cared for as if me and one of my family members would care for them. They truely care for your kids well being !

My son has been going here for almost a year. I am the mom that does not leave her child anywhere and daycare was the hardest thing for me when I had to go back to work. I am so glad that I found this daycare for my son, we came from a very expensive daycare that was very immoral; when we got here the price is way more affordable and my child fit right in. I truly feel like my child is loved and taken good care of, every teacher knows him and is friendly to me and my son. The school has a curriculum and they often do crafts and other activities. The only downfall is with COVID I feel like communication is lacking, it is difficult but I know that they are taking care of my child and working hard to keep them safe. I can’t wait until I can communicate with the teachers and get back in the school.I do wish that they could get some upgrades to the school, but overall it is a great school!I will also be bringing my 5 month old to the infant room in the next few months!Update: My child loves Childcare Network! They have been so great at trying to keep our children safe!

We started our then 3 year old here over a year ago. His teacher, Ms. Angela, was so wonderful with him and got him used to his new school in no time. The director and assistant director are awesome and are very hands on in the classrooms. He’s in the 4s now and Ms. Myrna is yet another great teacher they have. Very thankful for this school and the caring people that work there because it’s hard trusting others with your babies.

Ive worked for Childcare Network for over a couple of years now. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for the support, lessons,tools and resources I have gathered and gained by this great corporate that thrives for the safety and security of the children that are under their care. I have been witness first hand how we will go for the children and their families to build that love and respect and security. If there is anything left to say is thank you. 02/06/2020 Childcare Network is an awesome franchise. However, leadership is everything! This location is managed by two young ladies. The heavy set one is need of people relations and worker to worker relation training. She has difficulty expressing herself with a professional tone and without facial expression that leaves the listener insulted.I visited the two year old room and the smell was unbearable. I asked the teacher if I could take out the trash. After taking out the trash, the room smelled like mold. I told the other manger and she said, I can assure you it’s not mold. The smell lead me to observe the brown stained vents. I also observed a baby laid down for nap with dirty diaper. I would have to be poor and desperate to let this location/leadership provide care for my child.

I had my 5 year old here in the summer and she loved it so much and still loves coming to visit the employees when picking up her 3 mo brother! And he loves it they keep me updated throughout the day by uploading pictures and his temperament alerts. Definitely recommend them!

I love being a part of Childcare Networks family as a worker and as a parent. My daughter LOVES Ms. Rebekah as her teacher and I enjoy working with my co-workers. We all know how to have fun with each other and our kids while providing our very best. Twana is a FANTASTIC director and Hayly is a wonderful assistant director and they really work with our parents, our kids, and us teachers. I love seeing my bosses and co-workers hard work and dedication each and everyday and I enjoy learning new skills and new solutions to our everyday problems and tasks. My children have been going to this CNI since they were young toddlers. The staff and Director Twana are the best, most professional people that you can trust to look after your children. They work hard, always engage the parents and children and go above and beyond. With the whole Covid-19 crisis I can honestly say that there are no faults with them or this center. They have communicated weekly with parents, they have kept everyone informed of what they are doing to make sure all of the children and staff are safe and they do it all hours of the day. There is not other better place for your kids and as a Director of a different child care facility I only wished I worked for this company, they truly are outstanding when it comes to putting your kids first and foremost.

My 4 1/2 year old has been attending Childcare Network for over 2 years now. This is her 1st daycare, I have always been over protective and untrusting of anyone else to watch her, even to the extent of babysitting out of my home just to keep her out of daycares.Childcare Network, has completely changed this fear of mine! Her teacher is wonderful, and it is obvious that she truly cares. My daughter loves getting up in the morning to “go to school”!The management is on top of things, and help wherever they can!

I have 2 grandchildren attending this daycare and we are very happy with them. They never cry when attending as the oldest did at the previous daycare. She actually cries when we dont take her. They have helped her behavior and her speech. The baby has been going since birth, she loves it as well. Thank you

Do not take your kids here. The staff seems nice but kept having our kids coming home saying they were mean to the point they just didnt want to go even though they had friends there. We only recently found out one of the staff had grabbed our daughter by the shirt and we had to force her to say what she said because she doesnt use swear words that they would yell at the kids and say the f word.This is after the kids got lice from the place so we took them out for awhile and got rid of them informed the staff . This happened twice. Weve already contacted child care about this in hopes other kids wont have to go to daycare in fear.

My child attends this facility. The director is awesome!!! She does not play about her children. She makes sure there is loving qualified staff in each classroom. She cares for these children as if they were her own. By far the best center I have picked!!!! No worries when I am away from my child. Very clean place too. My child learns something new each day.

Been working for this company for almost 2 years and a mist of 6 months I achieved a lot , I was given the opportunity when I first started to advance my career in Early Childhood Education by receiving a scholarship to take my CDA course , then another scholarship opportunity through TEACH to take my CDA exam and get certified! On top of that I got a promotion within months , it’s a great company to advance in for sure especially when you have the right management team! Our team at 194 is super diverse and unique! There is not one staff member here now that I would trade , there is something about each and everyone that I truly adore and our parents and kiddos feel the same ❤️

Back when I was a child I attended this daycare! I loved it, and everyday I was here I always had a smile on my face! Several years later, I’ve been drawn back to this special place. My co-workers are amazing, and always want the best for the children. My boss is always on top of things, wanting the best for her employees as well as every single one of the kids that come to this daycare! The children love coming here and seeing their friends as well as their teachers; they look forward to coming here, advancing their education, as well as building friendships.

My kids have been going here for almost a year now and they love it. My son is a handful sometimes and they work with him so much and have never given up. I would highly recommend this daycare.

Been here for about 6 months now and I can honestly say I feel safe with my baby being here. No childcare facility is perfect but they definitely do a great job caring for the children. The directors actions proves that she promotes honesty and she is very motherly. Every time I have a concern about anything it’s handled right away! It was hard at first, but once I really gave them a chance, I’ve been nothing but satisfied!

The staff is very kind and attentive to my child. During his first week, they were supportive to me and very informative on the day-to-day activities. They use KidReports app so you can receive updates all day, including photos (which has really helped the transition). The facility is clean, they boast their CPR certifications and USDA meals. And to top it off, they are very affordable! I highly recommend using Childcare Network.

I have recently started working for Childcare Network. I have been in childcare for eighteen years and this is the first company that I enjoy getting up everyday to go to work. As a parent I can honestly say that my daughter is all smiles when we show up for daycare. I always ask Are you ready for school? And her responses are all in excitement! The teachers ( especially hers) welcome her with open arms!Mrs. Twana the director is a heartwarming lady who knows just how much it means to a parent to have that feeling of certainty that the kids are in great hands.

I absolutely love these women who are so devoted in caring for my children & have been for the last 2 years. In July before the school year was about to start I was worried that I would have to change centers because of the new school my kids attend, its not one of their bus routes. I talked with Twana and she reassured me that no they wouldnt be leaving her center because she was gonna take care of it. Twana did just that & made it happen. I appreciate her and her awesome staff who care for my children!!

We have only been here a few weeks, but my 4 year old is overall enjoying his experience and his teachers and the front office staff are kind, attentive and informative. I would say there is no perfect daycare but we have been satisfied so far.

I take my daughter Stevie here and she loves it. The staff are great and the place is clean. Wish they would focus a little more on the learning for the older kids. But overall its great.

Tried using this daycare for our 18 mo daughter at the beginning of the school year. We had a number of problems. First, twice when dropped off/picked up it appeared the room was way out of ratio. There were like 9 kids in one room. Most of the kids were much older than our daughter and the one teacher in the room was fixing a meal. How was that one teacher supposed to keep out daughter from being bowled over? When we approached the director about the problem, her response was legalistic. To be clear, I was not worried if the ratio was legal, I was worried if it was good for my daughter.The other concern was that it did not seem that the curriculum in the 18 mo classroom was age appropriate.While I am not giving them 1 star, I did not feel it was the best place for my daughter. We decided to go with Childrens Courtyard which is just around the corner. It is more expensive, but I feel the value is definitely there.

Our daughter started going here when she was only 2 months old and it was so hard for me as a first time mum but the staff made it so easy for us. They took good care of our daughter and still do to date. she is 17 months old now and loves this daycare. She is always looking forward every morning and that brings joy knowing that she is well taken care of. She loves all the teachers and she actually thinks Miss Vicky(she is cool) is her grandma:).ha ha ha. All the teachers do an awesome job. The director is awesome always staying on top of things and making sure that the kids are well taken care of. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we pray for you daily for we know its not an easy job. Keep up the good work

Haven’t been here to long but it is very family oriented and staff that actually care. The atmosphere is welcoming and great management. I’ll definitely continue bringing my child.

Its not easy leaving our children with others...especially strangers but when they say for working parents...thats exactly what they mean. 10 Things I like1) my son ask for his teachers even when were just driving by...cant tell you how many times he has said I want Bekah or I listen to Mrs Angie mommy. This indicates to me that its not a dreadful place to be while mommie is away.2) my son is very active and maybe a little spoiled (wink wink) and they have a way with him and are patient. I had moved him to make my commute easier and the other daycare said hes too active only to say as I was taking him out oh he was just adjusting - well too late hes going back to where they understand and want him there. After months there, he didnt know anyones name at that center - that speaks volumes to me. They werent personable.Memory - I picked him up early for his well visit a few weeks back and he was eating lunch or snack and all his little friend had to get a hug before he left. It was so cute and oh so sweet.3) the smell...doesnt smell like urine or dirty diapers - I see them clean. The food smells good and looks like actual food4) they sleep on cots not mats - I like that5) if I raise an issue, they listen...management is great!6) lots of activities and great playground7) my son doesnt clinch going in the door...most days hell walk right in and join the group with excitement8) my older son went to kindergarten prepared and is doing well9) you get a detailed electronic outline of their day....sometimes with secured pictures that you can download each day.10) the price is extremely reasonableI wanted to write a review just in case another parent wants a detailed assessment for parents by a parent.What can be improved:more aggressive potty training/ toileting...they go by the rules and ease them into it at their own pace should- that little boy of mine took forever to be convinced that going on the potty was a good idea but he finally did (smile). They arent going to force them to go its more suggestive and encouraging - kids like mine have to just take a darn seat. Again probably not the state way but my child was going at home before at daycare regularly. They do go in their own timeNobody will care for your child like you but overall...great place and as long as things remain the same, my pride n joy will be there until school age.

I have been working at childcare network 194 for almost 2 years and I absolutely love my job! My director Ms. Twana is by far the best boss Ive ever had. My kpa class is amazing i love teaching them new things everyday. They by far are one of the biggest reasons why i love coming to work each and everyday!

Child Care Network is a great place that benefits not only my children, but myself as well. They have flexibility and address issues and keep the parents updated of any changes being made whether, its with the curriculum or at the center, at all possible. I would recommend this Childcare facility to any parent.

We went to the same day care for years (my oldest child is 10); recently we moved and my youngest child started at Childcare Network. As I enrolled him I heard many great things about the company. And they have lived up to the hype. My son has been very happy here. We pass by and hell shout theres my school! with excitement.Theyve also really began on getting my sons age group up and ready for Kindergarten next school year. Weve had letters, homework and updates on progress he is making in his daily lessons.This week we had a small emergency come up and they were very helpful with my mother picking up for the first time. She appreciated it and even spoke about how kind and friendly the staff was with her.

Mrs. Polk and all of the staff welcomed not only my 2 year old but me as a new mom re-entering the workforce. They gave me confidence and piece of mind that my child was fully taken care of.

The staff is amazing. I love them. They are so sweet! They are organized and always great with the kids!

I have 2 children that go to this daycare and in different classrooms. My children are happy and so am I. The facility is always clean and they follow procedure. All staff members are very friendly and helpful.

My daughter has been at Childcare Network for almost 2 years now. I had to take her out of her old daycare for many reasons so when I looked at this place I couldnt believe how welcoming they are. I got right in and was able to have her go the very next day. They have school pick up which is great for me and school drop off if needed. I love how it is a religious daycare, I have walked into bible study time a few times and love how they teach good morals to the kids. All and all I am very happy having my daughter there. She loves it too, she gets to play with friends and she loves her teachers. I highly recommend this daycare for anyone looking for their child.

I am a staff member at CNI 194 i have been working here for almost 2 years i love the other staff members and management here! As you know working in childcare can be challenging sometimes but i would not trade it for the world. I adore Ms Twana and Ms Eyyonna they do everything thats asked of them run to the storewhen needed, work on weekends, work 10+ hours daily. True leaders! After all i love all my coworkers and i am glad that the ones have left did. So much more pleasant!

My son absolutely loves this daycare. This is his second Childcare Network in the last year, due to changing schools only. He transitioned well. Childcare network has many things for the children to do to preoccupy their time. He is never bored. The staff are friendly also!

Since day 1 my kids have been there, any concern I’ve had they have taken care of within that day.I’ve always been so nervous about putting my children in daycare, but from the time i did the tour to currently I’ve been highly satisfied .I wouldn’t want my kids at any other daycare, the teachers are amazing; they send you pictures and updates through out the day, my kids love going, and never have a problem, my kids teachers danielle and Ashley take SUCH good care of my children, my kids come home doing new things every single day . And i love it. Getting them ready for school by teaching them all sorts of things !My biggest thing that i absolutely LOVE about this daycare is they make your kids top priority.I have popped in at random times to check on my kids and pick them up, and every time both kids are playing and having a great time ! I highly recommend this daycare to ANYONE who’s ever had doubts in daycare . Best daycare around, and great affordable prices .

My children have been so happy there it’s our second home! While moving down here it took a while to feel completely comfortable, when I drop off my kids I feel atease knowing that they are there. Btw try Mrs. Carlynn’s Mac and cheese it’s to die over!

This is the first day care I took my son too and he is horrified . There is not a time I drive by it and he tells me how bad the teacher treated him. He loves school and is a great student at school. His teacher never had a problem with him. But this day care really breaks him down and it breaks my heart as a mother just thinking about it. I would not recommend it if your considering day care.

Childcare Network has been an amazing place for my twins. The twins have only been going to the daycare for about 6 months. They worked very well with me to get both my twins in at the same time within a timely manor. They are very good at welcoming every parent when walking in. They also have helped me carry the boys to the room when I was alone and needed help. Although, every child will come home with bumps and bruises from playing , this daycare is a good one.The staff is very professional, yet they welcome you as a close friend.9/17/13The twins have now been going to this daycare for about a year now and I absolutely love it. I have never said a bad thing about this daycare and I would definitely recommend this to any parent. Shelby has been with my kids since they first got there and is now with them in the tods class. She has helped me anyway possible. She is an amazing person and does wonderful with the kids. She does many activities with the kids on a daily basis and always has a smile on her face even when its been a long day. I can say something amazing about everyone that works there, because this daycare is just amazing. They have worked with me personally with financial problems and personal problems. I cant thank them enough. Amazing daycare!

My son has attended this center for almost a year now, we love this daycare! We came from a not so great center, so coming into a new one I was a bit apprehensive. I couldnt have been more wrong, we love our teacher Ms. Rebecca in the 2 year old room, we love our director Twana, and my husband adores Eyonna the asst. director. Rebecca is very hands on, meets every need of my son, we love her, she is very communicative as well. If I have had any issue, what ever it may be, Twana is on it immediately, and we have a solution just a quickly, ( nothing ever serious, Im just a crazy mom lol) I think your center and you as a parent must have a great relationship in order for it to work. We work together in the progress of learning and behavior. If you are looking for a center, give Childcare Network a shot, you wont be disappointed.

This is just the Greatest Daycare Center!They call to let me know if anything at all happens to one of my kids. My son was crawling on the ground and hit his head, they called to tell me that he had gotten hurt. Another time at pickup they made sure to tell me that my toddler was just acting sleepy all day. They watch, they care and they are open and helpful.It is such a relief as a parent to KNOW that your children are being cared for.

This location has been a real blessing. We are always notified of any event if it is good or bad and the staff is polite and helpful in every possible way. they have a great staff and facility.

The childcare network family, is just like a family. I can go to work and school with a piece of mind knowing that my children will be safe and treated like one of their own. Each one of the staff members are very compassionate about their job. I wouldnt send my children anywhere else.

The teachers at the childcare network are amazing. Tiffany has been awesome with our son in the class for the 2 year olds. I will recommend this place to any parent.

My children have been going to CN for a few months now, they are amazing and SO friendly!However today, i walked into a totally different atmosphere, literally. I walked and usually every single morning i get “hows your morning going or good morning !” Today i walked in to the district manager Teri . Today was a day i did not get not one goodmorning or even a smile ! Both directors were not present at this time; i walked into a DM, this is not the first time I’ve ran into the district manager, i feel if you are a district manager you should be as sweet and nice as everyone else . The two girls in the front i absolutely adore !I walked in, no hey, hi or nothing .I asked where the asst director was her response was “yeah but went to the bank “ i said “oh okay ! I brought her breakfast” she literally said nothing back at all, just went back to her computer .I always try and bring them breakfast or lunch every once in a while to show my appreciation to how much they do for me. She was just completely unfriendly and to be honest I’d pull my kids from the daycare if Teri was always there .I can only imagine how rude she is and unfriendly to the staff beneath her !I’m so so SO thankful for the two girls in the front who are SO friendly and literally treat my kids as their own !I’m giving this a 5 star because the daycare deserves it . However the DM does not! She needs to work on her friendliness. The front office is the first impression to anyone walking in that daycare.

My son just started attending childcare here and he loves it. He never been to childcare before and they made his transition easy. Would recommend to anyone.

Our 3 year old has been at this Childcare Network for almost 2 years now, his teachers have been great! Our daughter recently began attending the after school care and has been happy with the transition.

My grand-daughter has been attending since she was 6 weeks old. She is now over 2 years old. The staff has become her extended family. She loves going to school here. She learns something new everyday. CCN is the best place to take care of your child if you cannot stay home with them yourself. My grand daughter absolutely loves this place

My two schoolage kids like attending here. The transportation to and from school has been so helpful this year. The staff have been helpful and kind. This is a great location.

Im never going to be able to say enough great things about this daycare. They have been so loving to my son since he first started. They all adore him and love on him every chance they can. If I ever have any concerns they listen, and if I need things to go a certain way, like how long he can sleep, or something about his meals, they are always on board. And with being a first time mom, theyre always giving me little pointers on what to do or to look for as he grows. The way they are with my son is the same as my family is with him. I will forever be thankful and greatful for all the ladies that work here and for what they do.

I worked there for 7 months, I put my kids in this daycare and the ONLY reason they went there was because I got a discount. The way some of these teachers talk to those kids is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to anybody.

Well. Where should I begin?. I definitely think this facility needs new management. I cannot say I had too many issues with any teachers or assistants (except on one occasion in which I will go into detail later). For starters the turnover rate for people who work in the facility is absurd. I felt like I would see new people that I didnt know on a weekly basis. This could be do to the fact that the Director has a poor attitude, disorganized, and honestly has no business running a daycare facility. This moment you say something that she dislikes she will give you the cold shoulder and pretend like you dont even exist. Secondly, the teachers are bombarded with too many children on a daily basis. Im not sure about the legalities and how many children each person is suppose to have, but I know 12-15 children in one class room with one teacher is not okay. The facility itself needs remodeling or at least be re-arranged and deeply cleaned. Third, I find it ludicrous that each teacher does not have some sort of budget for their classrooms. I am not understanding why a teacher would need to spend money out of their own pocket for their students to be able to do activities. Isnt that what the weekly almost $200 in tuition is for? Fourth, I completely understand that it takes a very patient person to take care of small children but if you lose your temper fast or do not have patience for it then you do not need to be working with children at all. I would often hear children being disciplined too harshly or yanked by the arm. I walk in one day at a random time to pick up my child and Im looking through their classroom window and he was getting ready to get a diaper change. I saw a substitute teacher pulling his arm like if he was some sort of rag doll and then roughly placed on the changing table. Needless to say once the teacher looked up and noticed that I witnessed what she had done she all of sudden was being soooo sweet and nice to my child. If there would have been less children in the classroom and a guarantee i wouldnt go to jail I probably wouldve beat the lady to a pulp. Needless to say I have taken my child out of that daycare and placed him somewhere where I dont have to walk on egg shells and worry for 8 hours that my child is being abused or he is not getting the attention he needs because he has 15 other classmates. My suggestion to the owner or area manager is to do random pop ups and I am 100% willing to bet there will be too many children in at least 2 class rooms and Cache the Director will either (1) Not be at the facility at all or (2) Be in the officenot doing anything at all but playing on her phone or on the computer. I typically dont write reviews but when it comes to the safety and well being of children I will not stay silent. The only reason I gave it two stars is because my childs teacher was exceptional. I could tell she has a real passion for children. From what I understand she no longer works there. (Im willing to bet even she got sick of dealing with Cache) Now I really see no reason for anyone to enroll their child here.

This location is really the best! The staff is super friendly and they treat my children so great! My kids went almost 2 years with just a babysitter no other kids and they werent getting any challenges to learn things or interaction with other kids but i was so affraid of daycares from all the crazy stories you see on the news or facebook. This daycare though really showed me there are good places that will watch your kids with care and love and dedication. Since they have been here their speech has gotten better there motor skills and their overall attitudes with other kids. I highly reccomend them!

Complete disappointment of a child care center. I didnt expect for my family to have so many issues here. Most of the reviews on here are obviously old so I will give a recent one. I think the worst part has to be the Director herself. I dont know who hired her or placed her as a Director but Cache is not Director material. It fits her as just a title in my opinion. I dont think shes very professional and she has to be one of the worst Ive met. First thing I noticed about her when meeting her was her tongue ring. How can you not? It is very unprofessional in a facility with children and you talking to other parents to have it all out there. Take it out before going to your job or put a spacer in. I dont know if shes always in a bad mood, is stressed with parents, or with the kids but she obviously cant hide what shes feeling because almost every day she would look like she was in a bad mood and had an attitude problem. I know when I see somebody fake. We also almost never saw her!! I dont know what goes on in that facility but I feel like if us as the parents are looking for you as the director you should be there not doing bus runs or not in your office. We shouldnt have to keep looking for you for days or keep calling you throughout the day just to get a hold of you. As far as the teachers go there are only 3 who I can say are amazing. Mrs. T, Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Denitra. You know who has a passion for their job and who doesnt and obviously the other teachers there dont. If you dont like your job or have the patience then you need to go home. It is most of all the assistant teachers. I have heard them yelling at the kids over the top, putting their hands on the kids then trying to be nice to you when they turn around and dont notice that you were there watching. Ill be damned if I EVER saw one of those impatient assistants putting their hands on my child. There NEEDS to be more COMMUNICATION between the teachers and director and most of all with the assistants and more training. The little time that my child was here I felt like my child was here for so much longer with how many things went on. I feel bad for the kids that are here and most of all the good teachers that have to put up with a director like Cache. Some of my childs items went missing on my childs last day they were nowhere to be found, we left them at the facility the time that she was there and they went missing.The director supposedly felt bad that she tried offering me the same item that belonged to another child!! Youve got to be kidding me right? For one thats DISGUSTING! For Two thats so disrespectful to the other parent of that child. Im sure they work just as hard to provide these items for their kids for you to come and give it to another family. Makes me wonder if she did the same thing to my childs stuff and thats how it probably got lost. So unprofessional! Not to mention one day I went to pick my child up but her teacher wasnt there, the NASTY assistant was to lazy to clean or dump out her potty seat for the day that when I went to pick it up to take it home I got pee ALL OVER me and the floor and the seat was filled with paper and pee. She didnt even apologize or offered to help me clean it. Couldnt even explain herself. I am SO glad my child no longer goes here. You know theres an issue when you drop your child off and cant stop thinking about what could be going on with them all day everyday. Is this what I pay tuition for? to worry all day? No thank you! My child deserves better. I told one of my friends about this facility for her children because I really thought her kids would be good here, its sad that with the things she saw going on she pulled them out before their first day. Your slogan is the working parents bestfriend? MORE LIKE the working parents WORST NIGHTMARE.

This daycare is so awesome my kids have learned a lot and love all their teachers here.

We good teachers at this center and long time teachers in the baby room and 3 year olds are KPA that is 4 and 5 years old

I enrolled my kids (22 month son and 6 years old daughter) in late Aug. and took them out of the school last week. As soon as we started Childcare Network, every morning my son would cry at drop off and try to run out of the door, and every pick up he would cry when he saw me scared that I was going to leave him there. Which doesnt seem like a big deal because thats what some kids do. But more things started to red flag me. My son started getting clingy to his pacifier and waking up thought the night several times. THEN my son started coming home with bite marks from a kid. It happens, I get that. but I stopped counting after the 12 bite mark. he would get them on his face, arms back, shoulders and fingers. not to mention a lot of times I was not even notified. he has a scar under his chin from a bite mark, and most of the time they would break skin or bruise. Finally I found out it was one of the teachers daughters and then it made since that nothing was being done sadly. I made the comment this is beyond the point of excessive, either my son will be transferred out, or the student biting my son should be transferred out after that the manager Twana always had a big attitude towards me which was very unprofessional. one day at pick up i walked into Levis class to get him and he runs to me holding his arm saying mommy bite, bite showing me that his arm was hurting. The teacher that was in there said No one bite you levi! You were actually being mean to my friends I just ignored her and said Levi what happened? But him not even being two years he couldnt give me an answer. We got home and I would see him holding that arm as if it was in pain. the next day I did get a call from Childcare saying Levi had been holding that arm saying it hurt. It wasnt swollen, deformed or buried. So I just put an ice pack and watched him. Over the next few weeks I would see him stop playing to hold on to his arm. Finally he stopped favoring his arm. The only thing I could think of was that Levi registered the word bite as pain. And something happened at daycare that caused his arm to hurt like that. I didnt see bite marks . So finally my husband and I transferred them. Twana got the call saying that was my kids last day. Then she called me and said I needed to come pick up levi because he had lice. I left my job at 12:00 missing out on 5 hours of work, I went to Levis class and checked his hair, he had no lice. I asked the teacher for Levis blanket and it was folded on top of the other kids blankets. If Twana thought my son had lice, shouldnt she have put his blanket in a bag away from the other childrens belongings? I bought a lice kit shampoo his hair and used the lice comb to comb though it, and he still had no lice. (I even picked my daughter up from school and checked her hair, she also has no lice) So I realized Twana was just being petty. Not to mention when I was leaving one of the teachers asked if Levi started biting at home, I told her no. She said he has only bitten a few times here I told her that is odd because I never received an incident report saying that Levi bite anyone she told me if the marks go away or it doesnt leave marks we do not write it up I gave that daycare a strong chance, I even participated in a cookie dough fund raiser selling over $400 worth, just to help them out. Since my kids have been in a mew daycare, my son doesnt cry at drop offs, he has been sleeping through the night and he hasnt been as aggressive. That concerned me because it makes me wonder what else was going on with my kids at Childcare while I was trusting them to care for my children. so between the biting, my sons personality adjustment, and the attitude twana showed me as I would pick up and drop off my kids into her daycare facility leaving me with an unsettling feeling I do not recommended this daycare.

5 stars my child has been going here for about a year now. Definitely 5 stars. The director had always been on top of any concern Ive had which hasnt been many and the staff treat the children as their own ive never had a bad encounter with the management here she has always had such a bubbly personality , any negative feedback would be an upset individual who may not have gotten their way. My experience has been nothing but joy and learned so much in this time. my son has learned so much in this time.

The staff here at Childcare Network #194 are amazing. They care about the kids, treat them like there own. Twana and EyYonna greet the parents with a smile, listen to what the parents have to say. Twana has a really big heart, loves her staff and kids. She will help the parents in any way she can. She has really changed this place around for the better. Aubrey has been going for 3 years now. She loves to go to school. She has grown so much in that time. Keep up the great work everyone. We love you!!!!

Is this daycare open in the summer ?

I am completely mortified by this facility. The director Cashe is horrible and so disrespectful. I went there to tour the facility and when I walked in I see her SCREAMING at a child. Yes I said SCREAMING. The second she saw me she put this fake smile and started being nice to the child. I went home later on and she called me 6 times one after the other and left voicemails about hurrying up to register my daughter. I never retuned the calls and I will damn sure not bring my child to a facility like that. She needs to be replaced with someone who has a passion for working with children.
