My sons first daycare experience and he is starting to develop and learning to interact with the kids well. I get update through out the day in message and picture form. Great facility!

My child started attending in the young infant room and we plan to continue attending until the time comes to attend kindergarten.The communication and support we have received from all of the administration and teachers, is exceptional. They are very open minded and will work together with you in regards to eating plans and most importantly potty training. They were so receptive to helping my child learn that important life skill, the way we carried it out at home.They genuinely care about your child and family. I contact them way too much some days and I still get nothing but support.My child truly loves all of his teachers and friends he has made. This alone, shows that he interacts with so many who love him as well and he feels safe.His education under their designed curriculum has definitely set him up for success so far, and we look forward to seeing how he will continue to grow.Under the stress of the pandemic, they quickly put safety protocols into place. Temperature checks, masks, sanitizing, COVID questions, smooth pick up and drop off (all made even better through their app). They kept their numbers smaller, even as the state has allowed for more to return. Safety is their top priority.I know we all look forward to walking into that building and being together once more. The sense of community will be even bigger then. For now, quick updates via carpool, daily updates and photos in their app, extended emails on a weekly basis, text message reminders, and the potential to set up a Zoom conference, are just some of the ways they have adapted.I can honestly say, weve never had a single poor experience with Bright Horizons and I have a feeling we never will.

My son started going to BH in November when he was 12 months old. We had a bad experience with a previous daycare, so we were nervous. I can’t express enough how pleased I am with this facility. My son is excited to go to school everyday, and he’s learning so much. He especially loves Miss Tomia! We plan to stay until he starts kindergarten. The peace of mind I get is worth every single penny. There’s no facility in this area that can even compare. I wish I could accurately put into words how amazing the staff is here!

The staff and curriculum at Bright Horizons have been such a huge blessing to us! Our son not only looks forward to going to school every day, but has also blown us away with the things that he has learned there! The staff are great at communicating, and love your child like he/she was their own. I have the utmost confidence and respect for BH!

It is very hard to put into words how appreciative we are to have found Bright Horizons at North Oaks at North Oaks!! The staff has unconditional love, and patience for the children and us parents. I have never had to worry about leaving my child or if he would learn. Speaking of learning, OH MY GOODNESS, he has learned so much from all of his amazing teachers and now that they have an app, I can see all of the progress he is making daily! They work one on one with the children and give ideas on how to work with them at home too. I like how they have an amazing meal program of different food options I wouldnt have thought to feed my child and it has opened his mind to many things. I have appreciated the communication, precaution and countless hours this staff has done during this global pandemic. Knowing my child is in a safe, clean, educational and loving school brings so much comfort!

My little girl went to Bright Horizons from the time she was one until it was time for kindergarten and I couldn’t have asked for a better facility or staff to take care of her. Being a health care worker at the hospital, it was so comforting knowing she was on campus with me the whole time I was at work and being able to “take her to work with me”. They are so understanding with the crazy hours we might have to work, and really truly feel like a part of our team at the hospital. We miss being there, but she was prepared going into kindergarten socially and academically! Oh and getting the daily pictures of her day on Bright Horizon’s app was the highlight of my day! I miss those updates and she really loved looking back at her day as well and telling me the stories of the pictures with her friends and teachers.

I am very pleased with the care BH has provided for my daughter. The administration and staff is fully committed to communication, safety, wellness and education. I love the my bright day app. The teachers log meals, naps and send pictures+ videos of the babies engaging in activities. I highly recommend Bright Horizons if you are searching for an excellent childcare center.

Both of my babies went here and I had nothing but a positive experience with them both. They helped work with me when one was having behavior problems. They really know what they are doing and top notch service. I never worried about my babies because I knew they loved them like their own and that is something you cannot put a price on.

The teachers and staff at Bright Horizons go ABOVE AND BEYOND to give the best care for my children every day. While it may cost more to attend here versus other centers in the area, I know Im paying for the quality they provide. Their hours and scheduling is also more flexible than any other center. The My Bright Day app is amazing too! I get updates, pictures, videos, and reminders about my child.

Professional staff and clean environment for my little one, she loves to go to school here every day.

The staff here are all very helpful and definitely care about the wellbeing and development of your child. Theyve made me feel so much better about leaving my little one in their care. The app is really handy, too, and helped curb my anxiety in the first few weeks, since my little girls my first child. The staff here also really create a bond with the child, which shows how sincere they are. I would definitely recommend Bright Horizons to anyone looking for a daycare.

My son has been here since he was 3 months old and is almost 4 years old now. He absolutely loves it and always feels loved by his teachers. They educate the kids while allowing for adequate play/outdoor time. The day care opens early, closes late and are open when many day cares are closed for holidays. I cant say enough good things about Bright Horizons.

This has been a great place for my Children. They have so much fun here!
