This is the worst Dollar Tree Ive ever been too. There is 1 cashier usually and the line goes all the way to the freezers in the back of the store. The managers are all unprofessional and the store is never stocked. Its filthy inside. I would recommend this place shut down. Do not go here! I will go back to get photos to upload to show how horrendous it is inside.

I would have given it a zero the lady wearing glasses with no name tag and red hair was very disrespectful and wouldn’t help us and talking about girls like this girls like that when I saw her treat them like that I was not happy about it. They were very nice and wanted help just because you didn’t feel like it doesn’t mean you can treat them that way. It’s your job to help. Again it would’ve have not went that way if she was respectful. Very disappointed

I went to apply for a job today. Supposed to be open interviews , the manager was very discouraging . I did the interview anyway.

When do you really open up?

I’ve never been able to get out of this store in a timely manner. Cashiers seem to always be engaged in personal conversations and generally lacking professionalism, i.e. getting attitudes with customers over very minor things. Also, your store hours clearly show you open at 8. I arrived at 8, on the dot to prepare for thanksgiving, only to be told you open at 9 and for an employee to tell me that they haven’t had special hours since the start of the pandemic. The hours are listed incorrectly. I’d also like to point out that last time I came here in October , the hours stated you open at 11. So, how is it 9 now and there have allegedly been no special hours since the start of the pandemic in March?

The store had a sign on the door that said they would be opening at 11 no reason why saw a lot of cars leave. I go later for cleaning supplies store is not stocked the aisles are trashed and at check out you had a line almost to the back of the store before they bothered to open another lane.

Im a frequent visitor of Dollar Tree and I find this place the most suitable for purchasing things. I like the variety of items they carry plus the ease of running in to grab something quick when I need it. Makes one stop shopping easy for me ad the return or replace policies are really wonderful and easy! Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was directed were to go to find what I needed. Also the item I needed was easy to find on the rack.

This store is an utter MESS! From the attitudes of the staff to the layout of the store. Boxes are everywhere! Every aisle has boxes in it some are open and empty while other still have product in it. There are a number of boxes around the store that are filled with trash. The bathrooms are littered where you cannot even gain access to them. There are boxes and product and things everywhere. This is not becoming of a Dollar Tree.

It was ok just need to be cleaned up an more registers opened when it get crowded

The service is terrible. No one can ever help at the front and there is ALWAYS only 1 cashier open..typical of almost all dollar trees. I think they should get rid of all the other lanes that take up space since they are rarely open. Its time consuming going in to get a few things and wait in a long line of like 20 people back up into the aisles. I dont recommend this location.

I usually stop here on the way home from work this place is very messy. I stopped today as usual and had to witness that there customer service is more dirty then the store itself. The way they talk to people as if they don’t want you there. I will never step another foot in here again. They treated an elder lady with such rudeness just because she can’t speak english and she was soo nice shame on dollar tree for keeping such employees all of them always very rude SHAME ON DOLLAR TREE!

Every time I shop or goes into this location it’s alway one line open and the line literally be all the way to the frozen food section. I mean really, I understand that it’s a dollar store but wow!!

Decent selection. But staff to slow and long line because only 1 register open. It would be better if they had a larger selection of items and clean and organize the store and improve check out.

Just your average Dollar Tree. Not the best one Ive seen and always has at least one aisle messy. Cashier lines are busy most of the time, but some days they have more than one open. Sometimes you can find really interesting products in their, but most times its just the typical Dollar Tree items you would see everywhere.

Fantastic deals at this location. Cashier was friendly and made the experience jovial with humor. The value you can stretch out of one dollar was surprising, especially for the high quality you obtain out of picture frames, toothpaste, and more. Well definitely return.

The cashier waiting until I was next to close the line. Then she had everybody to go to another line and waited on everybody who behind me first. So I didnt purchase anything at the Dollar Tree in Hamtramck MI. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE.

This store was great when I first start going. Its by the house I can always get in and out on most days. Now they have hired rude ass females that dont greet you and just throw your stuff in the bag any kind of way. If the tall guy or one of the old employees is not the cashier for the day I will not shop here. I dont think its worth going here spending your money just to get rude and unprofessional service.

One of the worst place I go to all the time. Cashier and I don’t know probably assistance manager don’t know how to talk to people. Yesterday I went to store and their customer service was very poor. If this service was at CVS or Walgreens they would of been fired at that moment. I hope dollar tree update their policy and train people about customer service or very soon it will start to affect the business. I also have a business and we don’t treat people disrespectfully. I get along with everyone but people at the hamtramck location for dollar tree something else. Hopefully dollar tree will talk to them and retrain them how to service people.

People are always courteous. If you cant find something there is always someone to help you. Thanks for good customer service.

I like this store. Ever since it opened up Ive been going here. After having enough of ridiculous prices at Family Dollor (before they turned it into Dollor General) I was glad that this store was open. I can buy anything I need for my house in one trip. The customer service is great and the greet you with a smile.

Chaotic and disorderly store. The lines are exhausting. Gets three stars for being cheap, close to my home and open til 10pm most nights.

Everything in the store is just a dollar,easy to find things you can even find name brand products.

I have no idea how they are getting 5 stars, the store is always a mess, always big lines and only one register open and 3 or 4 ppl around just doing nothing or trying to fix the balloons 😂.They are never helpful.So today i go buy somethings then after i was done with my purchase i went and asked another worker other than the cashier so i do not slow down the lign, asked if they can give me a couple empty boxes, so the cashier said she wouldnt know if they have any that she just started her shift, i asked is there anyone i could ask to help me with this she said no, i said is there anyone in the back she said no, ( the back door was open as usual and there are piles of empty boxes). ( plus it seems like they got their order cause they were stocking).Well i looked at the boxes by her and asked can take from here, she said you can. So i took 2 then she looks at me ee ee these are the one we putting trash in you gana rake them and leave the trash in the floor i said i am sorry and put one back, before i even.finish folding the one i took and put it in the cart, she says are you gana pick up the trash and put it back in the box like i worked for her tone. I did pick up the smaller boxex i took out of the big box i took =what she called trash and put them back in the box.I left stoned, shocked.All i know is when i worked at a gas station i would go out of my way and fill ppl gas, fill tire with air... ( for ppl that ask for help) i will do my best to help them out.

This is the store I usually go today. Today the line was long and a another cashier was needed. The cashier that was ringing didnt call for help which made a few people leave.

Thats the only store I shop in Hamtramck love the store for big items I have to go out to Meijer cuz theres nowhere else to shop in this

Great store you can get everything in one dollar

I feel the same about all dollar tree stores you can not go wrong for a dollar,and the selection is so good.

The family Dollar store out of business they got good items at this place so you want to save some money at this Dollar Tree I recommend to go there.

The only way they received a 3 star was because everything costs 1 dollar. The reason for not getting a 5 star is due to there horrible and lazy staff who offer no help.

Cashier was being humerous this morning - joking that the 5 items I purchased totaled $12.32. We laughed and I thanked her for brightening my day. Then I got home and realized she rang up one of my items twice, so I had to drive right back and get my refund... Alls well that ends well, I guess.

Everything is actually a dollar unlike family dollar where there are 20 dollar things so everything at dollar tree is actually a dollar and theres actually good quality things

I bought a stapler here and it broke on the first staple. It took forever to reach the cashier and even then it was still slow. The stock was low on almost every item that I was looking for and completely out of some of them. I am taking this as a bad day because it usually isnt so bad.

The isles were to crowded with unopened boxes. You have to go down two different isles to get to the one you wanted. Being disabled the lines were to long. There should be a line just for the diabaled.
