I had problem printing out a paper on Health and Food as Medicine. Tyler Lewis gave this printing issue atleast a few hours and came up with a solution and 9 pages that I can convert to double sided. 5 pages. HORRIBLE DISHONEST COMPANY! This company advertised an item for sale online and offered a coupon code. I go to the website, they have 21 of the item in stock and I put 12 of them in my shopping card. Get an error message. No problem I will just chat with an agent and they will take care of it! LITERALLY SPENT 2 HOURS with customer service trying to get it straightened out. Long story short, they will not honor the sales price! The item must be out of stock they said. Even though it CLEARLY SAYS 21 in STOCK! When will it be back in stock do you ask??? Oh exactly on on the day the sale ends. NEVER SHOPPING WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY AGAIN.

First off...over a year ago I was hacked on my laptop! I had called HP (bad) about my laptop not working-they ended up sending my number to India !😡I rushed to Office Max the guy said I was compromised and the cost to fix it was $ 250.!Didn’t feel right so I rushed to Best Buy. They kept it and said it wasn’t compromised, but cleaned out something in case at no cost!!!This time I went to Office Max- they overcharged me by $9.34. the tape was the wrong price and don’t know what the $3.99 was for!?But they gave me the feeling like they were mad at me instead of saying “sorry for the inconvenience!”🤨Always check your receipts!

Called Hanover, MA. store today to inquire about shredding. Kyle tells me the shred barrels are full and they cant accept any shredding until next Thursday. They have a 25% coupon in their weekly ad that expires today. Kyle says they cant honor that either. No wonder their business is declining.

Horrible service / policies. Apparently they cannot do anything for you to help out in the store any longer. You have to be able to do it by yourself online or nothing. I was told that emails were abandoned so they don’t do it. Yet, I was standing right there in the store. The website says that it can’t be send to my closest office Max online... so I go in... and they can’t help me. BACK TO STAPLES I GO! Employee in the print office also couldn’t assist the woman in front of me.

They had everything I was looking for while preparing to launch my new business. They even had the bathroom signs I had been looking for. There was plenty of staff available to help me find what I needed and the store was clean, well stocked, and organized.

I went there today and I was treated like a animal!!! The kid who was taking care about the machine was really stupid!!! He asked me: what are you doing , being so rude!!! Nasty customer service!!! I really wanted to say some bad words but I left the place so upset!

Check their website for some decent and unique deals. Some good open box stuff in the stores too.

I ordered prints online to pick up in store. I was given a time to pick them up and when I got there they told me they werent going to start it that day. I went in to make copies a few days later and all three machines were malfunctioning. When I mentioned the issues to someone working, all I got was an OK. I definitely dont recommend the print shop.

Went there to get some things customized I was told they cant do anything like that until they get more staff probably around June. Off to Staples I go.

Excellent service and nice products. I urge them to continue with the same system of coupon. Excellent service and need for decoration? .. The question of coupons is something that a shopkeeper is interested in. I will continue to go there whenever I get a discount through coupon.
