They are allowing a teacher to still work even know that teacher has a family member with covid

I have both of my children here. Of all the day cares that I have visited, it is by far the CLEANEST and FRIENDLIEST places. Each teacher goes out of their way to care for both of my children. I know they re in EXCELLENT care while I cannot be there.

I’m only leaving 1 star due to not being able to leave 0. My son went to LP Fairview from 6-2015 to 6-2017. There was an experience where I was chased across the parking lot by the woman who had been conversing with coworkers while I was in the building, because the point where I had my child in his car seat was the point that she questioned my identity. The last week there we had to take him to get his forehead glued together due to being shoved into a tonka truck. It got even better when I picked him up two days later and could hear him screaming that his arm was being twisted behind his back from the front door. I walked into his classroom to see exactly that, with a single teacher sitting at the toddlers table her back to all 7 children, coloring with crayons. When she finally looked up, she put an uninvolved kid on timeout.Took him to LP Grandview starting the next Monday. In 6-2017 through 3-2019. The slightest incidents since transferring are the no communication of delays that result in both children and staff arriving to a facility that will be closed for hours. The more significant incidents include the facility remaining open with no running water, for hours the summer of 2018, while they repaired issues that resulted in sewage backing up into the classrooms with children. The teacher who repeatedly abused a child, was suspended for having done so, and was still left alone with the children for additional incidents to occur before finally being fired more than a month after the director was made aware. The director who casually resigned when the state was brought in for the series of violations occurring at this time. The school losing their licensing due to these incidents. And when they nearly get past their hearings on this regard, their front door breaks and a drunk enters the facility to freely roam with children inside.There have been some amazing teachers mixed in with some terrible advocates/people. However, the owners only priority is financial gain, it’s not about caring for children at either of these facilities. Parents have never been communicated to anything other than the legal minimum.

Horrible dirty place do not put your kids on this filth.

Horrible gross rude teachers if you care about your kids then dont put them in this care Grandview drive...disgusting people
