I called inquiring about a Saxophone for my son and had the pleasure of getting Ms Marina on the phone she was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of the MANY questions I had. The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing from my experience. I highly recommend visiting them.

Ladies at the counter where super friendly And helped us.They made sure we had everything on the list for band.And what they didnt have had it shipped for us.

This place was the greatest for 40 years as The Band Room. Then it was bought by music and arts, just another corporate grinder who cares more about profit than people. We took our children there for private lessons. Now, they dont have lessons at either location. They also closed the Copperas Cove store and got rid of the private woodwind teacher there after 41 years. They sell used instruments as new and only rent used instruments that are highly over priced.The corporation also goes all over the country buying up individually-owned music stores.Im just glad that my kids are grown now and out of school so I dont have to shop there anymore.

Wonderful store and staff. Lovely as the Band Room, still great as Music and Arts.

This place has been around for years and its been the same. Nice people 👍 experience 👍 customer service 👍 little pricey on some things but no one is perfect plus you pay for what you get right. 😉

Very friendly from the get go. They didnt have what I was looking for but they get 5 stars for really trying.
