The store was clean, but if you are a first time customer make sure you have some $5, $10, $20 and some coins on you, cause they only take EXACT CHANGE if you are paying with Cash. I can understand the safety of the employees and to prevent at robbery, but this needs to be posted on the door before people come in to shop.

Yall need to replace the entire staff at this location they closed and locked the doors 10 minutes early.

The location is close to my mothers house and they what I was looking for. The employees are friendly polite and courteous even the guard is friendly too!

The employees are Always playing loud inappropriate music and their loud conversations amongst themselveshave profanity in it.

People just walk right next to you knowing there is a six feet guide line. Cashier on her phone store has boxes all over. Items on the floor. Cashiers need to pay attention to customers walking close to other customers.

There was a very long line and a gentleman asked a cashier if they would be opening another line and she said proudly no Im off and proceeded to walk away... Pathetic

Its a great place but they could use more checkout counter space, other than that it is a great place to shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

If you can shop anywhere else I definitely suggest you do so. They are very slow and unprofessional. You can be the only customer in the store and still it will be at least 5 minutes late. This place definitely shows that people are just here for a check and not to assist customers. This store needs to be shut down and Re vamped from staff to stock. I’m in line as I’m making this review and it’s at least 20 people in line with one cash register open. If I could give them 1/2 star I would. Just terrible

Only one cashier and the line was extremely long. However, I must admit she was very nice and polite. Store was messy with stuff everywhere. I doubt Ill be back.

Worst customer service ever. Really need no star. There was not shopping carts in the store and staff wanted me to go outside to get it telling me its not their job when its cold outside. Cashier tried to argue with me so I left. I refuse to spend my hard earned money when its not appreciated. Store always a hot mess with things just threw everywhere. Need new management

Honestly its a family dollar what do you want from it. We went at 5:15 but in a Michigan winter that means pitch black outside. Which transforms anywhere you wouldnt want to stop by at night unvisitable unless you get out before 2pm. This family dollar was one of those places. Dirty many items were falling apart. The workers were fine a bit snappy but they obviously knew more than me about their family dollar app as theyve used it at every check out. Overall dont visit unless you have to and even then reconsider.

It is a good store and I like shopping there and the people are nice.

I hate coming here. Its never clean, items are never put up on shelves but sitting in boxes on the floor. And they are never stocked... They never have anything. I bring my small children here and they have to use the restroom and they always say there isnt a restroom... Thats ridiculous... My son used the bathroom on himself because I couldnt take him to the bathroom and the lines were completely long because of one register being opened..

They didnt have the baby items we needed. However overall it was good.

I havent been in this location since it opened years ago but I moved back in this area so this will be my go to Family Dollar nice size store and clean.

Product is always in the store floor. Unable to push the basket around, because the employees refuse to put the stock up off the floor. Also, I find myself needing a box cutter to shop. I have to open boxes in search of laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc. I chose to patronize this establishment because it is around the block from my home, but lately I just hop on the freeway to Walmart. Their workers actually put the product on the shelves. TERRIBLE ‼️

It was very BUSY not enough staff to open more than one register or stock shelves. The manager did help with customers. They need HELP. It is in a prime area for business.

This is the most unprofessional family dollar I’ve ever been to! Try calling, they will never answer. Try walking in, nobody will be able to assist you. Get to the register the line is slow and the cashier doesn’t seem to care.

The isles are always stacked with boxes to be unpacked and they wont put cashiers on the registers to service the customers.

Came to the store at 9:50pm exactly and the doors were already locked 10 minutes before closing I knocked on the door and the cashier mouthed “we’re closed” I think this was the most unprofessional and inconsiderate thing ever simple because the store sign and online say it closes at 10:00pm and should stay open until closing time

Im sorry but this is by far the dirtiest most unorganized family dollar I have ever been too, it had the appearance of just being robbed and nothing that I wanted was in stock, the aisle Ways was blocked with merchandise and people talking very unprofessional using profanity, please close this location down because its ruining a great neighborhood...I will never return
