The guy Mike was AMAZING 👏 for a 9am class in a Saturday.

Skilled at the Lancaster site not Harrisburg. Nelsa was very knowledgeable and polite. The course was fast and easy to follow. Very nice instructor who answered questions in an understandable and clear way.

Nelsa in Lancaster location does a good job, direct and good hands on instruction. I completed it on 7/6/21

Class was scheduled to be in one town and after arriving at that location was informed by the hotel that the location was changed. No one for In-Pulse reached out via email or text or phone call for such a sudden change. They did email all of the class on Wednesday asking if I was planning on attending because the class was fun. Very poor service and communication. For myself the instructor and the 11 other people in class that had to drive 15 minutes for a new location. I would expect more from such a highly reviewed company.I called 5 times and all i got was a voicemail, so when did you try to contact all of us? looking at all my emails and voicemails, I dont see any attempt at a contact?Instructor was cool, company and communication 0EDIT: they did email us at 1154 am saying class was moved to a new location I finished my exam at 1130.You ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT EVERY STUDENT WITH IN 3.5 HOURS for a 4 HOUR CLASS? Really, thats a very poor effort at the least, You should be issuing all students in the class some sort of refund I took the class based on the location, as did several others of us whom I talked to, perhaps this time its worth it to admit a rather large mistake on your part and reimburse EVERYONE in the class for the extra time and effort, especially the instructor who seemed rather unsupported, VALUE your costumers and your INSTRUCTORS, I called your office FIVE times to get sent to a voicemail saying its not monitored on the weekend....but thats when my class was....???

This class option is great! John was so thorough and made everything so clear. He answered questions in a way that we all could understand and helped me feel at ease. As a frequently socially nervous person, I can honestly say I was very comfortable in this setting.

This class is an awesome way to renew CPR. And they send notifications when you are due for renewal.

It took almost a week to get a quote back (when I called, I was told the person in charge of quotes was out of the office and couldnt even get a ballpark estimate). We emailed back and forth a couple of times, but when I tried to schedule, they stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. After 10 days I called to check in and was told they had already responded and would re-send the email. I verified my email and even gave them an alternate address and still received nothing. I called a full 2 weeks after giving them the possible dates and no one picked up the call. I left a voicemail explaining the situation and requesting a call back and never received one. I ended up scheduling with the Red Cross.Im sure their services are great, but good luck with scheduling.

One of the more painless CPR recerts Ive been to.The class would have benefited with more focus on basics, (lock the elbows, call 911, etc...) The instructor was very casual, and for recerting it was easy, but for the people learning CPR for the first time I doubt they walked away feeling capable of performing CPR.

This was a great experience; very engaging and thorough. Mike, the instructor, was very knowledgable and a great presenter. I would highly recommend this course.
