My daughter no longer goes to this center and still over $300 was taken out of my account. Do you think they refunded it once it was brought to their attention? No… it’s the end of the week and I keep hearing “I’ll call back” or “ it’s done” and I still do not have my money.Nobody is on the same page. My daughter absolutely loved her teacher Ms. Bethel and she was our only reason to keep my child enrolled.This center was great but after seeing and learning how things should be ran this isn’t the place.

My son is currently enrolled at KinderCare. He loves going to school everyday and enjoys his friends. The teachers are great with the kids and teaches them so much. The staff is great to work with. I would recommend KinderCare to anyone. Love them !!!

I HAVE to shout out to my sons care provider at this location!!! Shauna is AMAZING!!!!! There has been a MASSIVE improvement in my sons behavior at the center and he is SO HAPPY to go to daycare now. He talks about her everyday, and he is learning SO MUCH. She is even giving detailed updates, which are much needed to ease my mind. Thank you Shauna! You make all the difference there!!

It has been a little over 2 years since my children have been attending this center. I know dealing with children from different backgrounds, different personalities and different attention spans can be challenging at times, but everyone here is pretty great with the kids. I appreciate everyone but a special special shout out to Miss. Bethel and Chelsea. Any issues with my children, they are also the 1st to call me and let me know whats going on, also the 1st ones to come up with solutions. I give my hat off to you guys because you deal with a lot on a daily basis.

I was extremely disappointed in the care provided. In dropping my daughter off I was happy to meet the director and that she recognized the new enrollment. Throughout the zoom call before I signed up, I was assured I would meet the teacher in the infant class and be able to discuss concerns. Although this was not true. When I picked up My daughter she was handed to me by someone I was not introduced to and I did not recognize. She referred to Ms. J and stated She had a really good day but She had tears in her eyes so it was not reassuring. I received one picture about an hour after I dropped her off and I had high hopes to see how her first daycare experience would go. However, I felt very out of the loop and don’t feel as if I got a sense of anything that went

My son came to this daycare @ the age of 1. It was never a hassle with dropping him off, he loved all of the teachers & the teachers truly loved & adored my son! The pictures & daily updates are what was my honest favorite, it’s like I knew exactly what he was doing & learning. Kindercare gave me exactly what I was looking for in a daycare facility. Very professional, Very involved! Would definitely re-enroll my son if we moved back to the area! I loved dropping my son off & picking him up the SAME WAY he was bought, not dirty or in different clothes. (maybe a snotty nose here & there lol) I loved the experience not only for myself but for my son as well!! I highly recommend!

We could not love Kindercare any more than we already do! Our daughter adores her teachers and has learned so much. We have truly noticed such a difference in her since partnering with them. I get daily picture updates and I know exactly what is going on while she is there. Shes always excited to go in the morning and in a great mood when we pick her up. Shes jumping to tell us what she did, what she learned and show us her projects. Whenever we have questions, the staff gets back to us quickly and with the answers we need. Youll never feel like your voice isnt heard with this group. I could go on, but I know what as long as we stay in the area, our future kiddos will also be coming here!

I have had such luck with finding this facility. Find a daycare before and after school to get the kids to and from was a big concern and kindercare has help make it an easy transition for all of us. I would recommend them to anyone!

They dont care about kids

This is the second week my kids go in that daycare and the second time i pick up my son of 3 years old with pee on his body. no one takes care of him and when i complain about that to the director she refuses to listen to me and ask me to go speak with the teacher like its my job to do that. Its my only son he just 3 years old and i paye expensive every week for him even as i have a child care network.
