They was no help it took more then 20 minutes to fax my paper work and the lady just was no help and when I asked her how much she said $2 not 2$ each paper I’m just over this store it was not helpful

I just had the worst experience at this store all I needed to do was print labels I asked where I should send them they gave me a website that I could not complete not only were they rude to me they had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I usually go to the Hershey staples and they are amazing they r like family to me I never expected to have this bad of experience at the UNION DEPOSIT STAPLES I give them no stars due to the treatment I had to go thru I recommend the Hershey Staples

The general manager is always so personable. Literally, he says hello every time I go in (approximately once a month). The store is clean, organized and well staffed. He appears to be respectful to his customers and his staff. Truly enjoy going into an office supply store....who says that? Stellar experiences every visit. Overall, the entire staff is just as professional and friendly.

Went there to make copies, my cell phone died and I need to use to phone to make a call to ask “ how many copies should I make , this is the price per copy” I asked a store employee if I was able to use the store phone . They said NO! I’m not the person to argue so I left. Later that day I wondered ... if the situation was different ( what if I was in a domestic violence situation and this was the ONLY chance I had to reach out for help ... that means staples would have denied me that opportunity) When I think like that it bothers me. I really hope Staples makes changes for the better good at large .

If I had a printer at home I would never visit this store. Im disabled but I walk. My short visits to this location are aggravating to my physical health because they have, in the last few years, installed shelves of impulse buys as a serpentine to the exit. I come only to print. But now I have to walk far out of my way to leave after visiting the print center.Also staples now relies on you reading instructions on using their equipment and essentially refuse to print your items themselves unless your printing in bulk. On top of that... I spent less than a dollar but they put a temp hold of $5 on my card. What if I only had a $1? Im literally printing off documentation for various welfare agencies that dont take digital documents, but staples expects me to always have $5. On top of that the print from email interface is not at all streamlined or intuitive. I had to input the access code each time I was printing a different document from the same email. Id have asked for help if I thought the girl at the counter would have.I only print items every 6mos or so and have no real reason to have my own printer. But the lack of customer service and disregard for disabled individuals (lengthy serpentine with no option to get to an exit otherwise) is encouraging me to rethink my decision.

Clean, no frills store. Intelligently laid out with good aisle markers. Easy to find what Im looking for, so youre in and out of the store quickly

Multie issues on online to store pick up orders. If you are going to advertise that you can pick it up in an hour, you better have in store to be picked up. Customer service is absolutely no existent any longer at this location and Carlisle

I was able to find the items that I was looking for. Plus the service was very responsive by allowing me to order an ink cartridge online through the Staples website.

Their computer charged $3 to print a 3-pg b&w document, in addition to the $1.20 for computer time + $0.25 tax.$4.45 to print three pages is insane (at least the counter reimbursed me $1). Go somewhere else for small print jobs.

This is my new favorite office store in the Harrisburg area. I used to love Office Depot/Max but recently Staples has totally exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions. Cynthia from the print area was super customer service oriented and really went out of her way to make sure my print job was done correctly. On another occasion, Jason went out of his way to help me, said he would call me for follow up and sure enough he did. I use them for shipping too and they are very helpful with that as well. Although I will say, I had a large envelope returned to me one time by USPS for insufficient postage which was a little disturbing since they were fingerprints being mailed for a school related background check. Yikes- but these things happen. I never did call the store to let them know because Ive just been too busy and it was only a quick trip to the post office to get it sorted out. But in any case, the folks at this Staples mean well and try very hard to keep their customers. Thanks!

Great place to go if you’re in the mood to get smart-mouthed by a saturnine adolescent who can’t just say “I’m sorry, we are a little busy right now it will take longer than usual to complete this task at this time.”

Ordered a print online. Purposely left area around the print blank to accommodate my needs. Store took it upon themselves to change my print (enlarged-which distorted). The paper was also incorrect. When I showed up the next day to pick it up I was on a time schedule, now having to wait the 25 minutes longer for my print to be correctly printed - as it should have been the first time- set me drastically late. I’ve never had any other staples store take it upon themselves to change a file, which I created and “proofed” checking all appropriate boxes. The girl who fixed it for me did a fantastic job correcting the issue; however, I imagine this was NOT HER INITIAL MISTAKE, and was left to deal with an unhappy customer from someone else’s lack of attention

Want to give a big shoutout to Chelsea in the printing services. It Was last minute but she spent the time to help produce my brothers funeral program same day. I appreciate your hard work and patience. It meant alot. And my mother was so happy. Thank you very much.

I went here to get phone fixed and the customer service was wonderful. A man named Lester was very friendly and came back in no time with my phone fixed and working. 10/10 recommend you go here for broken phones. They do an excellent job.

I visit Staples across the country and this location has the worst print center Ive seen. All I heard was we cant do that over and over. Every other Staples location I visit goes above and beyond with beautiful work. Not this one.

Found what I was looking for (good), roaming the store couldnt believe the prices, way too high, no bargains here.

I sent 2 faxes. The gentleman working there was very helpful. But the price was more than I expected.

The printer, copy, customer service cashier, who worked on 2/26/19 on Union Deposit was very patient, also happy to help frustrated customers. And very nice young man.

Printing a color PDF file from USB was frustrating. It required multiple, 5 minute or so computation time-outs. Next time print BW or go somewhere else.

Clean, well-lit, had everything youd expect in a Staples. Not everything is easy to find, as they seem to have a strange way of organization - but the staff is helpful and friendly, so they can put you on track easily.

When to buy a new desk chair. Instead of asking me if I needed a help, a employee was to concerned moving stock, ignoring me. He knew I was there. Stood there for about 10mins. Then the chair I wanted had to be ordered. I paid the extra money for them to put it together. Then I got an email saying my order was ready to be picked up. But when I got to the store, my chair was still in the box, there was even a note on the box for them to assemble it. I had to wonder around the store for about 25mins while they put my chair together.

The face the lady made at checkout while I pulled my COUPONS was awful. It seemed like she had a problem with me using all those. You guys need to work on some serious customer serving skills.

Staples as a corporation is just stealing money from the brick and mortar stores. These other smaller businesses are fighting to survive , All items sold can be found on Amazon for cheaper.

Don’t come here. Literally the worst service ever.Waited 10 mins for someone to come to printing service, then tell me they cannot do it, and that I have to use self printing. Which more than half the printer is not working

Ive been to walmarts with better service/staff that knows what is in there store and how to use the equipment, the place is like a twilight zone with a bunch of spaced out young people on there phones and chatting.
