Express Driving School is the best driving school to learn how to drive. My instructors were very professional, patient, and were clear in the instructions given. My forever homie Karina, she’s very calm and so peaceful I wish I could use her as my personal GPS. She goes over everything you need to know for the road test. I took my test in Wayne and was done in3 mins it was everything she went over such as parallel park, k turn and verse back straight, hand over hand and turning. So request for Karina she mad dope, personality and conversation and bond and as a person is 10/10. I would miss having her as my driver I had her for 14 lesson and we bonding and had great conversation about life. She will over prepare you to make sure your straight for the test. Also take another lesson before the road test if your nervous. But thank you so much Karina I enjoyed our time and would miss you my friend!

First I got there and I explained that I had a problem with my CLP, they told me that I could go to the MVC to take care of it because they had a lot of spots for classes in November And I didn’t need to pay at that time, I went to MVC and when I called back in the next day They said they only have classes available now for December, when didn’t they let me pay for the classes when I’ve been there for the first time so?Terrible service!

I had my road test this pass Monday and did 2 hours with Crystal and she was the best. She was very professional, patient, and passionate you can tell she loves what she does. I was actually recommended from my sister a couple months prior she took lesson with Crystal and passed. Getting back to me! I did my 2 hours and had my road test after and I PASSED in my first try. Aww Im not happy with them first they give me a schedule then they call to advance it after confusion…. and they call and not even to schedule the classes, there is no communication they call without answer and in the end nobody is. And those who give bad information and then nobody is. for nothing the service for this time already had to finish the driving practice 😫😫 and three friends signed up and they have dates and good hours and they want to make me wait until the end of October is an abuse and not to mention that I will pay a fee according to the confusion was mine…. now I have to wait for them to call me to see what time they can give me

Im so grateful for the comments here about Crystal. When I walked in to schedule my classes I immediately asked for Crystal to be my instructor. Ya were right. It was the best decision! I decided on taking 8 hours of classes because I had never been behind the wheel. I thought I would need more but I learned so quickly and passed my road test on the first try all thanks to her! She was patient and calm the entire time. She explained everything well before I had to do them and she gave constructive feedback on anything she saw I could improve on. I couldnt have been more impressed with how much she actually cared about my learning. Jairo very rude and unprofessional! I can’t believe he is allowed to answer the phones, when I called to inquire about giving them business. You would think he was doing me a favor the way he was short and nasty to me. Spend your money elsewhere

They booked me took my cash $ and than called last minute to reschedule the day before when I had my classes scheduled a whole month ahead of time and when I asked for my refund for my 3 hours they than told me that I had to pay$50 be able to take 2 hours that I already had paid $80 for. They scammed me out of $80 long story short .

So I don’t know where to begin when I first started I was assigned to Neftali Who is a former instructor from the school And he was a real narcissist he had no patients and would yell me more than what he teaches me then he had the audacity to write Remark on my file saying that I don’t follow directions and that I don’t pay attention to the road knowing that I have a Learning disability & that everything he was showing me it was way too hard for me to understand than he left and then the office gave me Mary as my new instructor Who is a current instructor She was phony, She was basic she always has a serious attitude you can’t even have a conversation with her and she would cut corners and also had the nerve to write a another remark on my file saying that I lack Focus and that I still need to concentrate in the last time I had Mary was the day of my first road test in which I failed after that day I decided to change my instructor to Crystal because of all the great reviews that I read about her and when I started working with her to what I can confirm that everything that I read about her was 100% true she taught me things that The other instructors that I worked with didn’t teach me she showed me how to drive on the highways and Busy streets she was friendly she gives great advice and when I did my Road test the second time I also failed that one only because I was way too nervous she told me that I only made one little mistake I felt upset and she gave me encouragement and she believed that when I do it my third time that I will pass and which I did because of her and to what I could say about neftali and Mary is that if they weren’t satisfied then that’s on them and that Crystal was the one that showed me the way and I passed on July 8th, 2021 and to Express Driving School thank you for everything and to Crystal may God bless you.

I have been terrified to drive for the past two years and Krystal has made driving so comfortable and easy to me. I passed my road test 20 minutes ago, on the very first try. I only had four 2-hour lessons with her and she helped me a lot. Before driving with Express driving school I was very nervous and anxious due to a bad experience with a previous driving school. I started with Neftalí and he was very professional and made me very calm while driving. Since Neftalí was fully scheduled I was recommended Crystal, she is the most amazing, kind and caring instructor. This driving school has to be the one of the best around the area. The instructions are clear, etc. Learning how to drive was very easy with Carlos, one of the instructors there. First-time drivers won’t have any problems if they chose this driving school.

The instructors are fabulous & they take their time with the students in order for them to learn how to drive ! Unfortunately with the management of this place it is very very very unprofessional, they are worried about making sure they are booked for months in advance to take your money but when you ask May they fix the steering wheel so students can can have a smoother less difficult time , they have no idea what anyone is talking about. The owner son who runs the establishment is highly disrespectful & extremely money hungry. He has no inch of humanity & unfortunately if it was not for the amazing instructors this place would not have any business.

I had really very bad experience with the instructor Netfali. He yelled at me and made me literally cry, he was very rude and did not teach me anything. My first two classes with him were waste of money. I asked to change my instructor to Crystal. No words to describe how much I adore her for what she really is. She take her job very seriously and boost so much confidence in you not only to pass the road test, but also in real life. She made me to pass my drive test in 1st attempt. She becomes your close friend she explains everything with so much patience. Many people may know how to drive but not all can teach , she is very good at teaching. I came to this driving school with zero driving experience and very scared and petrified. I was given Neftali as a drivers instructor. The end result is, I passed the driving test. I was amazed. He is a veteran in this business and full of tricks and tips (driving, parking, maneuvers etc). He knows this area well and nearby testing grounds as well. I had a great experience with Express Driving School. Mr. Freddy was very professional and patient. As someone who has/had anxiety in cars I appreciated how encouraging he was. Mr. Freddy is also very knowledgeable about the different courses for the road tests in different locations. When we were practicing for my first road test, we practiced in the parking lot in a way that was very similar to the course I had for my test.Although I didn’t pass on my first try, I feel as though that was completely on me not practicing on my own because the road test was exactly as we had practiced. The staff at Express Driving School were awesome and they helped me reschedule for another road test scheduled two weeks after as opposed to waiting to take it months later.I passed my road test the second time around and completely owe that to Mr. Freddy who boosted my confidence in my ability to drive. I would highly recommend Express Driving School to anyone, including adults.

The instructors (Freddie. R) behavior wasnt the best but he teaches really well and was always on time. He says he has 10+ years of experience in teaching how to drive. The lady at the front desk (Gabby) is the most helpful person, hence the extra star rating or I wouldve given a 2 star rating given the instructors behavior. Im thankful to them for all their help. Its because of Express Driving School I now have a driving license.

I had Crystal as my instructor and she’s the best instructor in the world! she made me feel so comfortable and taught me so well. She’s the kindest person ever! I loved my experience with Express driving school staff is also very kind. Loved my experience and Crystal made it so fun!

All stars for Crystal, she is a great instructor. Would definitely recommend her specially for parallel parking and 3-5 point k-turns. I passed and all credit goes to her. My road test was at Wayne and I was asked to do a 3 point and a 5 point turn. She prepared me well for that.

Crystal is the best instructor ever!!!!. Im so glad I had her (it was meant to be). She made everything look easy even when I was super nervous and I passed the road test on my first try.The 2 hours with Crystal was worth a lot. People used to tell me that the longer you wait to practice driving the lower the chance you have at passing. My mom finally decided to find me a driving school and out of all the options Express definitely seemed the best. From the receptionists to the instructors everyone is kind, friendly and professional. I definitely want to point out possibly the best instructor one could ever have which is Crystal. From the first day of practice to the test she is kind, patient, punctual and will make sure you get it right and are well prepared for the test. She makes sure youre comfortable and know all the tricks. I used to cry thinking I would never get my license and that it was impossible to be prepared for the test in only 3 days but Crystal helped me make it possible and get my license. I give her my biggest recommendation if youre looking for an instructor that will help you achieve your goals.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!After failing my test a couple times I decided to go with a new school which was Express driving school. Express taught me the skills and confidence I needed to pass my road test. Express provides the best quality and service compared to the previous school I was practicing with. The instructors and staff were all super friendly and helpful (especially Freddy & Gino). Pricing is also very fair and affordable. Choose express is the best in the area!

I had one lesson with Crystal and shes good made me feel comfortable driving and only got to teach me parallel parking once. So I was looking forward to having another lesson with her.Unfortunately they changed my scheduled class called me while I was very busy at work and I knew they were calling to confirm my classes as usual so I confirmed absentmindedly. when I didnt show up (because I knew that my class was the next day) they cancelled my classes and told me Ill not have any other lesson until my test day. I had only learnt parallel parking once (with Crystal) and I needed more classes. It was sort of punishment. According to their agreement, they made me pay fine and the saddest part is not even about the money but telling me that Ill not have any lesson until my test day. How will I drive their car for my test without practising in it and knowing everything. I had to find another driving school and register afresh. I understand that they are a business but their priority is not for their student to pass and get license.

You are paying a premium fee for sub-par quality. I have had 4 lessons and each with a different car. 2 of the 4 cars were faulty. On one of them the dashboard was practically falling apart. On another the power steering was not working. Once I went to take the test they switched vehicles again when I specifically asked not to. Would never recommend this place.

This school helped me to pass the test in just one try. The instructor I had was really nice and at the same time very helpful. My driving skills got so much better and I am thankful for all the help. It was a great learning experience for and can be for everybody else. If you follow all the steps as youre suppose to and pay attention I can assure you or anyone that they are able to pass the test without any worries. *Practice is what gets you better*

I want to say Thank You Crystal you are the best instructor anyone can have.I wouldn’t think in a million years I will have my driving license. Im very happy I passed my road test for the first time today ! I very much appreciate my coach Neftali who gives me the test points for parallel parking and the tips for making turns and how to deal with the stop sign! it really works well that help me going easily when I took the road test. I would like to say thank you my coach Neftali for your great help!!

Crystal is the real MVP! I had my first lesson with her today right before my test and she taught me everything in just 2 hours. I had previous lessons which wouldn’t have made me pass if I didn’t take a lesson with her today! She’s also very patient, friendly and really funny. I’m so grateful Crystal!

Thanks to Crystal I passed my road test! I HIGHLY recommend her. She has a lot of good tips to teach you how to park properly, do k-turns and even how to make a proper right/left turn. For someone like me, I’m very literal, so with her teaching me TANGIBLE ways learn all of the aspects of driving, I was able to perfectly parallel park every time, make even turns in the correct lane, k-turn perfectly, even how to gauge how far of a distance I should keep from the cars in front of me! What you learn with her you can literally take with you and use for decades to come; her tips are timeless. I never knew how to drive before so maybe some of this stuff comes easily to others but to me it didn’t. And she taught me, a complete newb, how to drive like a pro. Again, I HIGHLY recommend her and she has proven and tangible tactics to teach you how to drive and pass your road test and overall be a safe driver. Thanks again Crystal!!

Really great experience with the driving school, my instructor Crystal is very knowledgeable and thorough, she is the best instructor . Support staff are great and responds promptly for any requests.
