I just got finished taking the class. I walked in not knowing anything about Real Estate and left feeling very prepared to take not only the school test but the state test also. I recommend you ask for Toni to be your teacher she was such an amazing teacher. I really loved how prepared she was. Great A++++ so glad I went with this school!!!!!

I took their Home Inspection course. This school was alright. The teachers were great. They truly had a lot of experience to share, and they were excellent at passing on their general knowledge to get you through the state exam. However, if you have no background in some form of contracting work, please be aware this will be extremely difficult for you. I originally worked as a waiter in a restaurant. Most of my classmates were contractors of varying backgrounds. This caused my teachers to be a tad lax on the PRACTICAL APPLICATION of Home Inspection when it came to taking us on practice inspections. However, thats to be expected when the people around you already have contacts in the industry and jobs/training lined up. So make sure to talk to the teachers, because they REALLY DO want to help you! However, avoid the school themselves. I reached out to them a year or two later asking for several things (like copies of my certifications), and they NEVER got back to me. I sent a second email, to which they responded Ok thanks, well look into it. That was almost a year ago now. Just be aware that the school itself, besides maybe Jerry specifically, really wont help you with pretty much anything once youre done.

I just completed my 75 hours Real Estate Salesperson course and had a fantastic experience! Tony was the instructor and was so knowledgeable, sharing her 30 years of experience which gave me clear visuals. I was concerned about zoom but it was so easy and fun! The two weeks went so fast! Toni really prepared us for the school and state exams. I feel confident I will pass the state exam thanks to a wonderful teacher Toni!

Absolutely the BEST experience I have had in a learning setting! I put off getting my salespersons license because I thought zoom would be difficult but the course was a breeze! Toni is an amazing instructor, very detailed, straight to the facts, she doesnt leave you wondering or, like other schools...make you read all 20 chapters beginning to end. She is structured and makes sure you understand. Most importantly, she genuinely cares about everyone. I have referred many people to her and they all feel the same. I was actually sad this afternoon leaving the class for the last time :( Jerry is great too! Hes your point of contact when signing up. First time I spoke to him, we got caught up on the phone for 30 minutes just talking and laughing lol cool guy, professional and answers right away (despite not physically being in the office due to Covid). I recently attended along with my wife the American Real Estate School 75 hour Real Estate Salesperson virtual course .I originally spoke with Gerry the director of the school he was professional and knowledgeable.The best part of the class was the Instructor TONI CLEMENTE !! TONI is amazing at what she does !!! She makes a complex curriculum simple and easy to understand! My wife was extremely apprehensive to take the class. She had absolutely no knowledge of the Real Estate industry prior to taking the class.My wife and I completed the course following TONI’S guidance both with 80% and higher on the final 75 Hour Exam! Thanks TONI !!!

I took my state exam today so I do not have my results yet but I know I passed. The instructor, Toni is an awesome teacher. She don’t just teach you she makes it so you remember. I love how she was patient and always understanding. Never once did she raise her voice or seem frustrated to have to go over something yet again because a student was absent or late. I recommend the American Real Estate School. It was worth my money.

Ive had the best experience at this school, while also feeling completely prepared for NYS Real Estate test. I owe it all to my instructor Toni! She is hands down one of the most patient, understanding, helpful and passionate human beings Ive ever come to know. She goes above and beyond to help others and I truly owe my success to her! When I decided to take my Real Estate classes I was worried that it was virtually, but once I started I must say Toni Clemente was one of the best instructors she took her time with us even though we was a large group her notes are by far the best, she explains everything so good I never felt rushed to hurry up and get it she took her time and made sure we was all set. she is so understanding and polite she is an AMAZING TEACHER she made me feel very confident with all of my material.THANK YOU TONI AND FRAN

This online course To become a Real estate sales agent was one of the best courses I have ever taken! My19 yr old daughter And I can tell you that, if you are interested in real estate and are looking for a professional and fun online virtual course, this is the one for you! Our teacher Toni Clemente is the best! Besides being sweet as sugar, she’s extremely knowledgeable, patient and, understanding to each and every one of us and we both are living proof because we passed!! One of the least trustworthy online programs Ive ever seen. Youre supposed to paypal their AOL email (ultra professional) $300 for the course and I received no confirmation or receipt. Their website is full of dead links and even redirects to another company. For whats supposed to be a real estate accreditation program, this whole website screams red flags.

The best real estate school on the island!!! Both instructors Rich and Toni are very experienced and knowledgeable. Toni in particular is the most amazing, sweetest women on the planet! I really wish she could adopt me that is how amazing she is..Everyone is so helpful and they make sure you pass.. Great school you wont regret it.

I decided to take a leap of faith and get my Real Estate Licence and I was unsure where to start. Someone highly recommended American Real Estate School to me, so I called and was able to start that same week. Rich and Toni are great teachers. If you are looking for a family-like environment I recommend American Real Estate School. I did not feel like I was in a classroom, more like a living room.I also recommend taking advantage of the extra tutoring sessions that they offer. I passed my class and state test on the first attempt!

Great school rich and toni are very knowledgeable and great teachers. I passed my state exam on the first try because of this school (realestate salesperson) thank you agin I highly recommend this school.

I NEVER take time to give a bad review for an experience. But American Real Estate is just absolute garbage through and through.If it werent for Toni, the instructor, (she is wonderful) this place would be a complete dumpster fire.First off, they completely hide the fact that their entire building is being renovated so their best idea is to send their students to the Radisson hotel down the block which is an utter rats nest. Day one opened in a room that wreaked of mildew. Outdated broken down chairs. From there, we played musical rooms: each day somewhere different. One day we were crammed into a room like sardines that was a clear fire hazard. Additionally, my name was incorrect on their records. I called them up to rectify this so when it came time to get my certificate, it would be correct. After calling and calling, leaving voicemails (and hearing back from nobody), I finally got in touch with a secretary that clearly couldnt be bothered but assured the problem was corrected. Well it wasnt. So now I have a certificate of completion with the wrong name. And though this sounds petty, I put a significant amount of time and effort into doing very well, and throughout the process, the service was just bad all around.Stay away from this company. There are plenty of others in Long Island that will appreciate your business and guide you under much better conditions to becoming a real estate agent.

The American Real Estate School, should be your first choice to get certified as a real estate salesperson. Toni and Rich are engaging, empowering and inspiring teachers!! They have Two different teaching styles and both are equally important to learn new information, take the exam and then put all this info to use as a realtor. Both, Toni and Rich are genuinely care about your success!In addition, I have Adult ADHD. Jerry (The Owner) listened carefully to me and my concerns with regards to taking the exam and he allowed me to take the test according to Wrightlaws Laws...You are getting an outstanding education at this school as well as kind, extremely informative and caring teachers. Disappointed that they no longer are offering the Appraisal Certification program. I need the 200 hours to become first a Licensed Assistant and then a Certified Residential Appraiser. General Certification would then be my next step.
