Sean Seaberg has helped me achieve many new goals in my fitness, constantly. I have been working out with Sean for almost 5 years now, and he has helped me with my eating habits and my form with weights. He has helped me achieve strength and conditioning goals I never knew I could.I have gained so much self esteem and results!Sean is very accommodating as well, I have a high demand work schedule thats constantly changing, he is always bending to my needs. I would recommend Boom Athletics to anyone that needs to make a positive change in their life.

I’ve been a member here over a year now and the gym is great for any level. Sean is the owner/trainer and provides personal workouts every day you’re there. Takes pride and care in your personal well being inside and outside the gym. He provides a multitude of classes and sessions and is flexible with hours to meet anyone schedule (I work 10-11 hours a day on average). He had worked with professional athletes and beginners with no gym experience. I recommend this gym to everyone looking to improve their health, fitness and quality of life at any level.

Great place to work out! Ive been going to Boom for about four months now. As a firefighter I need to stay in shape to do my job effectively and safely. Working out has been a big part of my life. Going to Boom takes me up another notch. Sean is very knowledgeable about fitness and the human body. He always has an open ear to questions. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

If you are experienced, or just beginning Boom! Athletics has everything you need. Sean is easily one of the best coaches. If you show up with a positive attitude and are willing to work, Sean will get you the results you are looking for.Personally for me, lifting weights was something I had always wanted to do but I was always afraid to even step foot on the weight floor, instead I stuck to what I knew which was running on the treadmill and stepping on the stair master. From the first class I took, Sean made me feel comfortable despite feeling reserved. 6 months later, I am proud to say I am comfortable to through some weight around with knowledge and confidence.The space is clean, and the atmosphere is friendly, it really is a supportive community that is fun and interactive. If you are looking for quality, BOOM! Athletics is where it is at. I wish I had joined sooner!Thanks Sean!!!

BOOM! I CANNOT say enough about this place! When I first starting working with Sean, I was just getting into fitness and wasnt very sure of myself or what I was doing. But within the first couple of months I noticed SERIOUS results. Sean is an exceptional trainer and just a fantastic guy to work with and be around. As an aspiring trainer, I could not have asked for a better mentor. So no matter what your fitness goals are, BOOM! is the place make them happen!

This is by far the most valuable gym I have ever come across. As a former athlete and now actor, I came in having specific goals: look, strength, and rehabilitation. My expectations for this gym and Sean’s program has gone far beyond my expectations. I have been experiencing immediate results: building my strength back to my college levels, both building lean muscle and shedding excess fat, and drastically improving my capabilities around my college back injury. This is the most intimate, hands on gym I’ve ever been a part of, which IS NOT reflected by the cost. Sean is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and will be sure to stinusmte your mind as much as your body. I have full trust in Sean as my trainer, but also as a good friend! Highly recommend!!!

Sean is a great guy and really knows what he is doing. overall he provides a very safe environment to get in shape. I have experienced multiple injuries in my life that sometimes effect the way I have to approach working out. Sean does a great job of coaching me through correct form to ensure I can properly get back in shape without further injuring my self and I still walk out every time feeling like I still put in a lot of work, which is very hard a lot of times when dealing with old injurys..

BOOM IS THE BEST ! I have been going for a year now and love it ! Sean is the best trainer by far, he takes the time and energy into everyone there . For all you 50+ year old men whom daydream of the fitness strength and stamina you possessed years ago, before the family took precedence over your personal well-being, this is the place to get it back!I like many, have ping-ponged through the local fitness centers and theirrotating trainers with no success. A friend suggested I check out Boom Athletics. Wow! Felt the difference upon first session with Sean. Over the past several months, Ive come to appreciate Seans care for his clients as we all work towards our goals. As others have pointed out, his knowledge of nutrition and training is unprecedented. My strength and stamina have increased ten fold in six months. But, what makes Boom Athletics the choice is Seans personal attention and care. I’ve been going to Sean for almost 2 years! Before going to him I was scared to pick up a barbell or go near the weights, but now it’s one of my favorite things to do in the gym! He has helped me achieved so many of my goals and the gym atmosphere is great! Boom is awesome 10/10 recommend!

Ive been working with Boom! Athletics on and off for a few years and whenever Im going consistently I can see progress very fast! Its the best quality of strength and conditioning in Haverhill, easily. I was a former gymnast & coach. I had multiple surgeries including both shoulders and elbows. Sean was able to help me grow physically and getting me back on track doing what I love once again and then some. If youre looking to get your fitness on this is the best deal anywhere!

Training for a sport is a big deal for me. I needed a place where I can learn the proper way how to lift, stay fit, and be on a well balanced diet. Boom! Athletics has a top fitness program that has improved me as a runner being more explosive and stronger. I’ve been going there for a little bit over 6 months and the results i’ve gotten are outstanding. Boom! Athletics fitness program is affordable and is based on your scheduling. It’s also in the heart of Haverhill and is an ideal program to anyone! I recommend it to everyone!

Ive been seeing Sean for almost 3 years now. Ive been dealing with a bunch of different injuries from poor form while working out by myself, but he was able to work around every single injury Ive had and corrected my form. When I first started seeing him I had a bulging disk in my L5 S1 disk. The pain in my lower back made it hard for me to do certain exercises like squats and deadlifts, but after a few months the pain went away and I was squatting 240 like it was nothing. Ive seen tremendous gains since Ive been with him he always pushes people to be the best they can. The environment is better then any atmosphere Ive been in. Sean is more than my trainer, hes my mentor and one of my best friends. I highly recommend him to anyone thats trying to strive to be the best person they can be

A few months ago, I was new to the area and looking for a gym. In every city, there are the typical $10-$40/month corporate gym options. You can go in, do what you need to do, and leave - without ever having to speak to somebody. That’s okay. People do it. And sure enough; I was close to doing it all over again.Then I found Boom. And I’m so glad I did.Boom will push you. It will engage you. It will demand you interact with others and yourself. But I promise you: if you are getting tired of trudging through the aimless, goal-less, cookie cutter gym routine and want to take your fitness to the next level, Boom is, without a doubt, the best bang for your buck.The gyms owned by Sean Seaburg, a local Haverhill guy, and he’ll personally work with you to identify and achieve your goals. After spending just a month with Sean, I’m so glad my money is going to his business and back into the city of Haverhill.Seriously - one of the best kept secrets in the Valley. In the past I have gone to large gyms and worked out at home doing workouts such as P90X. I never had much guidance in the gym so I found it hard to stay motivated.Working out at home got dull over time. I had great results working out at home years ago but watching the same DVDs over and over got to be repetitive.I found out from a co-worker that Boom Athletics was up on the 5th floor from where I worked. I decided to stop in one day after work and Sean gave me a free training session.I have been stopping by his gym now for several months, Sean is great to work with and always mixes up the routine. Typically most people will come in and do a warm up and then he will have everyone do exercises that work a specific muscle group - legs, back, chest etc.The classes are small and really only consist of maybe 4-5 people max, everyone I have met has been helpful and friendly so its a good environment to work out in. Sean works with people who are beginners and those that are looking for something more advanced so anyone can participate.I highly recommend checking out Boom Athletics, you wont regret it!
