Wow the aisles were fully stocked with more merchandise than I am accustomed to. Employees were wearing masks people shopping were social distancing. Nice place.

This place is always empty they never have anything I cant even find a broom nothing store has nearly nothing in there

They almost get 5 stars from me because the store is great!!!! I only have one complaint that causes them to lose the 5 stars; not everything there is a dollar when it should be because, I expect all Dollar Stores to sell everything for $1!! But I might be just going crazy!!

Your Return policy during the virus situation is absurd. I purchased a fan got it home plugged it in and dead from the box. returning to the store i was informed first it was corporate implemented no return policy, then it was the cdc, This totally looks like a money grab. I told them to keep it I didnt even keep the receipt which they tried to get me to take back. even following me to my can. I dont accept your return policy or agree to it. Most other retailers have limited restrictions, You suppose to be the neighborhood store, act like it. I feel bad for the elderly walking to the store to buy a defect item which they are given a phone number to call. nice customer service, As a business owner and looking at the situation will never return to a Family Dollar as I told them there. Enjoy my money and maybe you will do the right think and donate to a local charity.

This store it is not protecting its employees, customers enter without masks and without keeping social distance, at this point the risk of getting the virus COVID-19 its extremely high, it seems to me that the family dollar corporation is not fulfilling correctly in taking care of their employees whom always are essential and valuable but mostly during this difficult times because they are risking their health. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES!! DONT LET CUSTOMERS ENTERING THE STORE WITHOUT A MASK!!

Found everything I need. The cashier was very nice and helpful with me. She was a joy to talk with. I dont know her name but I was there around 12:30pm Saturday march 16, 2019. I always have a good shopping trip to Family Dollar. God Bless.

I go here almost everyday, I absolutely love this store! Not only do they have a lot of stuff but the ladies who work here are such amazing women I love going to visit them ! They never fail to make smile & they genuinely care about their customers. It’s a very busy location and it amazes me how hard these women work. Should deffently be acknowledged

Nice little hole in the wall store.I go there almost everyday of the week. Cute girls that work there. A few Id like to bang if theyre single. Aside from that. Its no surprise theyre successful. Convenience store; supermarket electronics hardware store; clothing store all rolled into one. The only thing they dont sell is gas or do mechanical work. Given how many cars parked there youd think someone does body shop work.

Family dollar on Hillsdale ave haverhill is my home away from home,today its quiet each employee always friendly always has a smile , today I mentioned it would be nice to have a fresh fruit stand , theres lots of junk food but no alternative. Just a bug in ear.

Love shopping @ FD usually go to Lincoln Ave location, only when I absolutely have no choice, I shop at Hilldale Ave store. This store seems to have more items than others.Every single time I go there I always swear, never again!Usually cant get through any isles with all the boxes everywhere, the employees see customers trying to shop and dont care or try to move any boxes out of the way. Every time I enter the store the employees stocking shelves have their phone blaring music, in a language I dont understand. It is honestly so loud, it makes you want to leave AND they know it bothers everyone shopping, they do not care. If thats not bad enough, the women at the registers walk around the store actually yelling to each other having a personal conversation.This location is open till 10 pm, no matter what day it is, they always shut the lights in the back of the store off usually between 9:15 - 9:30. When asked why they do that, you literally cant see without using your phone flashlight, the usual reply is, they have to be somewhere and shutting the back lights off makes people want to leave ado they can close the store.Last time I was leaving this location, it was so cold & windy. I tried bringing my cart back in the store but couldnt manage the cart, wind and door, right inside the doorway a man watched me and never offered any kind of help. I managed to put the cart against the building next to the door. Soon as I approached my car, the same man (employee) watching me struggle with r the cart, opens the store door & yelled at me, nice try, not even choose.Corporate should be aware or care about this location.And they are closing the Lincoln Ave store!?!?! That location has the nicest, friendlist people and that store is always so clean & you can actually walk around with out worrying about tripping over a box... Or getting a migraine from yelling employees or the boom box awful blaring music.

There was only one girl present she had a line of customers maybe 15 people she got them in and out really quick she was very friendly and knowledgeable

I like this store and I have never had a bad experience with the employees.....but, It is Hilldale Ave.. Not Hillside St or Hillsdale Ave. Hilldale Ave and Hillside St. are two different streets a few blocks apart. But I have been fixing this alot on here and it always stays the same. I have lived in this neighborhood for 40 years. I know what street its on.

Like the store but not this one in particular. There were rude staff saying to another employee that customers cant get out of their way. Well, if you didnt have customers you wouldnt have a job. Two, a simple excuse me would work just fine. Lastly, if youre store complied with the ADA there would be plenty of room for you and customers to shop. This store was unorganized and a mess. Ive worked in retail many years this store is shameful.

I went there yesterday Nov.14, 2019. I thought they might be going out of business...the place is a dump. Only 2 people were working there, I felt so bad for them...working like dogs. Someone needs to call the Labor Board on the owner..
