Thanks to Blue Ribbon Realty School. I was able to pass my State Exam on my first attempt today. Anthony preps his students and challenges them to their fullest. He makes sure to relate his training material to real life scenarios to give a better understating of the material. I have already referred Anthony and Blue Ribbon RE School to friends and coworkers. I wasnt sure about the whole online school during this pandemic but Im glad that I enrolled. Anthony was very informative and definitely kept you interested with all of his knowledge and years of experience in Real Estate.He also made it very easy for me to pass my State Exam on the first try. He gave the class a lot of extra quizzes that were more challenging than the book review questions. The requirements also at the end of the course as far as all the extra practice tests that he gave us definitely helped me pass the test. I am so fortunate that I chose this school to obtain my NJ real estate license. It was a great experience and I enjoyed going to class each day to learn so much. Its quite a bit of information to learn in a few weeks, but the instructor Anthony made it very interesting as he provided his vast expertise and experiences of everything we were learning. He often challenged our class by questioning our opinions, answering our questions and providing examples to understand the coursework and laws. Was really worried about going back to class after many years, but this was the best experience! Classes were really interesting which made it so much easier to study and understand the material. G.O.A.T. Now heres the real deal. TBH, at first I couldnt believe the glowing reviews that preceded the school. And immediately when the instructor started, he had us hooked. I mean really hooked. Always just a C student, I loved the content so much I pushed so hard to absorb and learn. What a great time! We learned, laughed, and really just had a total blast. Teacher is a Class A act, something really special. He lectured free style and used the book as a guide for us to follow- pacing back and forth, yelling out questions, responses and the class would be over so quickly. If its worth doing, do it right- go all the way.

I just came home from taking my state real estate-salesperson exam (which, I passed on my first attempt) and could not wait to come home to write this review of Blue Ribbon Real Estate School. I can go on and on about how amazing my experience there was but I will TRY to keep it brief and factual.I was a bit leery of going back to school after such a looong hiatus and working in different fields. When, I started, I was just “interested” in the possibility of selling real estate. By the time, I was through...I fell in love with it! I owe it all to Rosa, who guided me through the process and Anthony (my instructor) who both warmly welcomed me and always had a positive outlook. Anthony, is not only an instructor but is extremely experienced and accomplished in every aspect of real estate. It was that experience that he freely shared with us and his passion for what he does that had me hooked from the beginning. The subject matter, if you were to just read it from a book, is quite complex. Yet, he has a “knack” for simplifying it and an enthusiastIc method of teaching that gets through to his students. He encourages you to engage and ask relevant questions and is very patient. It was obvious, to me, that he paces himself along with how he gages the majority of his students, at different times... are “getting” or may be a bit “stuck” on a certain subject because he truly wants you all to succeed. I went to blue ribbon for night classes and the instructor Anthony was terrific. I have been in the mortgage industry for about 10 years now and i wanted to provide real estate services to people who so desired and the choice to go to blue ribbon was by far the best one. Anthony is very knowledgeable with every aspect of real estate and beyond. The class not only prepares you for the test which you would think is the most important part, but there is also the real world applications of the lectured materials which is invaluable. The schedule worked great even though i have a full time job, 6pm starts were manageable for me and i would assume for meny. I give blue ribbion 5 out of a possible 5 stars because of the whole package that they offer to hopefull real estate professionals.

They made me take the exam 2 times to charge me over and over and fell me in both with the same grades. But, what is more weird is that they never let me see how they correct the exams.
