Less of a business and more of a family atmosphere. We love it here!! This is the 3rd preschool we tried in the area and the only one my daughter is happy to return to each day. I always see them cleaning. They celebrate the kids work, handle big groups with creativity (but still give individual attention) and work together well as a staff. I am thankful that in this day and age they are still willing to give my kiddo a hug if she needs it!

So glad we found this place! We have been sending our 1-year-old and 3-year-old here for 4 months now and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The director, Brittany, is very on top of everything here. It turns out that this daycare was purchased (a little less than a year ago) by a lovely couple out of Spokane that owns and operates several daycares in the area. Any bad reviews on here have to be from when it was under the old management.On our tour, Brittany, showed us all of the improvements that the new owners made since purchasing it. Security system, cameras, new walls, paint, rubber mats in the outdoor play area. The entire daycare is well run, and managed by an exceptional staff.Lastly, they use an app called ProCare which is absolutely awesome. It provides excellent communication directly with the staff, and they can message my wife or me anytime there is something noteworthy, or just to send us pictures of our kids playing in the water or whatever.If you are looking for a great daycare in Coeur dAlene or Hayden that is reasonably priced I would definitely recommend taking a tour. See for yourself.

I love the care that the director Brittany takes in making sure our little man is happy and thriving while he is the care of Bright Stars. Miss Emily treats my son like her own and the girls always reach out to see how my son is feeling when he is home sick. They have all been nothing but respectful, loving, and kind to my son and my family as a whole.

My son started coming to Bright Stars for child care initially, and is now in the preschool program as well! I am so impressed with not only how well they take care of him, but how much he is learning! He comes home with new things he has learned every day. He LOVES going to school which makes it much easier on him. So thankful for Bright Stars and the awesome staff 🥰

Jessie and Emily have been AMAZING with our daughter. She has thrived since starting at Bright Stars a few months ago. Each day we see her communication skills grow. We greatly appreciate these girls for being so wonderful to our kiddo, as well as McKenna and Kaitlyn, whom help in the classroom as well. Thank you all.

We love Bright Stars! The director, Brittany, is awesome and makes our daughter feel taken care of and we appreciate that. Our daughter has been going here since she was 6 months old and she loves her teachers, Jessi has specifically been so kind and we love that we have a place that we can trust!

Your business and teachers have been so good for my grandson it was so hard for us to take custody of Ryan but together we worked out a safe and loving environment for him to grow and thrive in and we love how he is safe and happy with us working together I can’t believe this is the same boy we removed from the drug lifestyle he was living in and turned him around to be the loving and happy child he is today THANK YOU 😊

The team here is amazing! Finding somewhere for your kids can be challenging and overwhelming. I am at peace knowing they are in such good hands!

My son loves his teachers Emily and Jessie. They helps so much and their halloween party which was covid safe was amazing!

Took video of my crying child instead of helping resolve the issue. Things were great before Deanna and Antonio left. There were at least two teacher changes after that and a change in coordinator at the same time. Very unhappy with the last 3 months of care my child received. My child was constantly bullied and hit by one or more of the other kids. I would notice it at pick up or my child would tell me when we got home. When the teacher was notified it was shrugged off. It’s because of the facility ignoring these behaviors that my child started adopting the traits of this other child to use as a defense mechanism. I am so glad we no longer have to deal with this place. $500 a month per student should be enough money for a teacher that will actually make an effort for your child instead of just taking a video of them and saying “they wouldn’t stop crying and I have the video to prove it” extremely unprofessional. Take the child outside. Go for a walk. Try to calm them down. Do something? Sitting there and saying “no” is obviously not a solution.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this facility. They only care about your money. Not your children. Only putting two stars because Deanna and Antonio were amazing teachers and they helped my child to learn so much.
