Wonderful place 🥰 one of my favorites everything is a dollar or less ❤️ you cant go wrong at that price.

Monica was very rude to me when I politely asked if she could please call for a back up cashier. There were more than 10 people in line. She complained about me to every customer after that and said I better be glad she slept in and had her Pepsi this morning. It almost sounded like a threat it was said in such an aggressive tone. I tried to leave a discreet complaint with customer service online and the form wouldnt work. Then I called and waited on hold for more than 30 minutes for customer service. At this point I dont feel bad leaving feedback publicly. I have minded my own business when she had an older male customer having an x-rated conversation in the store with her the other day, and instead of changing the subject she encouraged it. I didnt complain when she tried to solicit me to join her financial advising company while ringing me up, even though Im sure it violates dollar tree policy. This time she was just plain aggressive and rude when I asked a reasonable question in a kind tone. Maybe her financial advising company can help her find a job where she is happier and is held to lower standards.

Dollar tree is a value based store. Some items are pretty good such as snacks and some foodItems. Other items such as room fresheners are more expensive than walmart. The employees do their best to keep the store stocked. John and Christina are amazing . Vicki works her tail off and she and Christina have been there since the store opened. I can honestly say tthat dollar tree adds value to Big Creek Crossings.

Easy to get around in. Every thing is nicely stocked. Especially love the prices.

No complaints. Love this store. Everyone is doing the best they can. Give yourselves and each other a break. Just be grateful everything there costs $1. If you can’t find it there, then just order it online at dollar tree.com

Literally THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER ENCOUNTER! BE PREPARED TO STAND IN LINE A HALF HOUR EASILY.... FOR THEIR CHEAP PRODUCTS THAT FALL APART AFTER 1 USE!!!! Great Customer Service! I was shopping for Backpacks For Kids and needed a large quantity of male/female shampoo & deodorant to complete our hygiene bags. A sales person came up and asked if I needed help. Not only did he show me where the items were, he helped place them in my cart, assisted me to the check out and carried them to my car! It was very courteous of him to offer so much help. A previous time before that another sales associate also helped me take the carts to my car and unload them. Thanks for your awesome customer service! Your efforts didnt go unnoticed!

To many boxes in the way . I understand stocking shelves but clean up your empty boxes. Its really hard to get through the isles especially in a wheelchair

Usually really an all around fine experience. I do, however, have a BIG issue with a few members of staff. Specifically Jospeh. He’s only ever been rude. Not just to me. I witnessed him yelling at a handicapped woman, children, and anyone who dares come into his line. Most workers fine. Joseph is just a terrible worker.

Cluttered. Very messy store. Difficult to get down aisles due to carts of boxes waiting for someone to put it away. Wont go back.

1 of the messiest, unkept, lack of merchandise and poorly stocked Dollar Trees Ive ever been to. Stacks and stacks of boxes down every aisle, nothing on the shelves. Very sad store and they better step it up before it gets shut down!

Sign on door saying masks are required.Some of the customers wasntt wearing masks.There was 2 clerks at the car registers. 1 was wearing a mask but it wasnt covering her nose. The other clerk wasnt wearing a mask.

Unlike Dollar General where items are generally dollars, Dollar Trees items are a dollar. Sales tax does apply. Great stuff throughout the store. Friendly staff.

Seems that every five star rating, is an Employee of dollar tree... Or a paid review... This particular establishment is a disgrace to the chain of stores that are in business across the country, that actually serve not only the public with products, but also offer reputable customer service!!!I understand that everything is a dollar, but thats the point of the dollar tree so why are the staff and manager so disrespectful and lazy???? This store is dirty, unkept, and ridiculously unprofessional, its like a high school drop out got mommy and daddy to rent space at the mall, and put up fake marketing schemes to attract people!!!! As a local, Ill never shop here again!!!

I went to Dollar tree at 7:30pm and they’re supposed to close at 9pm but they were closed. They had a sign that said they didn’t have enough staff so they were gonna close early. 10 people or more tried to get inside a little after me but the door was closed so they left. After like 20-30 min, I was in the parking lot and I saw there was two employers inside doing nothing and then after some min they got out and closed. I could’ve shopped in those 20 min they were inside doing nothing and so did the other people. Management needs to step up.

First time at this dollar tree and will not be back. The manager had to check bc there were long lines. He was more interested in shoving items into a bag making it too heavy to carry and ripping the bags. He was also texting in his phone and I had to grab my own receipt. Do yourself a favor and dont go here!

I really like this store they just need more help checking out.
