The customer service here is fantastic! The store is clean, organized and very well-stocked. I go to a lot of Dollar Trees in search of items for my crafting business, and this is by far my favorite one.

Store is pretty much clean and organized for a dollar tree. Everything is a dollar and sometimes you can fine brand name items, depending on the shipment for that day.

Dollar Tree was very well stocked, we found everything we came for. The employees were very helpful.

I visit this Dollar Tree often. It is always clean, neat, organized and never a long wait to check out. They have more item variety at this Hazel Crest location than some of the other Dollar Trees on the same size. The staff is friendly and maintain their professionalism, something you dont see at other Dollar Trees.

Paint associate spent 10 minutes talking to a friend while I waited at the counter. Finally she was paged to help with the line at the counter and she still kept talking to her friend.

Excellent values, reasonable quality

I love this place. Easy in and out of parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. I love shopping there for crafts to do with the grandchildren. They have a great selection of decorations for whatever the current holiday is. Cant beat the price... everythings a dollar!

They seem to have gotten an even better craft section recently

This is the Best Dollar Tree. Its clean and the staff is Amazingly Friendly.

Love it. This store has everything. Unique.It has items the young people would never think of. Such as fancy fans women would use back in the day. A childs change purse shaped like a mitten. My original mission was to buy the large cardboard mailboxes. None remaining. I guess I purchased most of them days ago. Needed a few more. All Dollar tree stores, I was told do not have the same items. I ll keep that in mind. Again, Love it.

I am changing my four star review to one star because the workers in this store are very predjuice to anyone who isnt black. That is the nicest way I can call out this store. They racially profile you.EG:We came in there today, OTHER TIMES, WE would go carry huge book bags. That is because we walk. IT HAS NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM.Today, I was holding a drawstring bag with my wallet. As I was entering the store, the cashier called me out and told me to place my drawstring bag on the counter. If this is a new rule they should put it in place for every customer. The drawstring bag wasnt any bigger than a large tote. So any women carrying a large purse should had put their bag on the counter as well.Needless to say I will never shop here again. Too many bad experiences and a double standard.

This is one of the BEST Dollar Tree stores Ive ever been too. Its ALWAYA very clean, well stocked and the staff is so nice no matter what day or time I go. Great job management!!

The manufacturers of Faygo soda pop for some reason discontinued making Moon Mist which is kind of like Mountain Dew and it has caffeine in it I dont know what the problem is but they better get it fixed before they lose more business

They have a great Snack Zone, as its coined, but the rest of the store is only Ok, hence the four stars.

I love dollar tree in Hazelcrest....the have so many items that can actually b used...the people there also very helpful...

Ghetto service shouldnt happen just because its a dollar store. I shop there regularly and the cashiers are generally friendly but some are clueless about customer service. Tonight, the one at 183rd & Kedzie was a huge disappointment and the cashier that wears a rag on her head to work needs to check her flip mouth and bad attitude.

The manager working days on March 27tg is very rude and nasty to customers. Will never go there again she needs fired.

The washroom is absolutely horrible hideous I should have took pictures and sent it to corporate its nastier than ever the garbage can is overflowing has not been empty in a period of time the floor has good all over the place has not been mopped or swept garbage tissue every kind of thing is strong around no hand towels it is just horrible empty containers all over the place it looks like a public washroom that belongs on the street in an area where people only visit once every 90 days to clean it shame on you Dollar Tree on hundred and 83rd and Kedzie is the store that I visit thank you

Always out of stock of items. Only one line is open on busy days. Store always looks dirty, it takes them too long to put up stock boxes are sitting isles days.
