My 7 year old Son and his friends train here, and have an absolute blast! the staff are very accommodating to kids and know how to instruct to that age group. My Son has gained confidence and focus since starting here, and it is a great outlet for his high energy! great place all in all, feels like family when your there. would recommend!

My entire family trains at Bear Hug and we all love it. Beautiful building with top notch instruction no matter what level you are. As business owners ourselves, we feel that the variety of classes are great for stress, weight loss and overall well-being while the variety of classes make it available for anybody schedule.

Tony has been one of the most important models in my jujitsu journey. Great way of teaching and breaking down moves and submissions. I enjoy class and the camaraderie and team environment.

I love this place! Tony is a top-notch black belt and instructor. I appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful he is with all my training needs. I grapple competitively, and utilize a form of jiu jitsu for my job. So its great to have Tony as an instructor because hes been in those situations. He knows how to answer my questions and how to push my training to help me reach my goals. I highly recommend this place.

I love Bear Hug!! My ten year old daughter trains there 3-4 days a week and absolutely loves it. Her self confidence has increased 100 fold. Im very happy to have Tony and his family to help us ( my daughter and myself) on a long jui jitsu journey.!!

My 6th grade son began training Jiu-Jitsu at 7 years old. After taking the last year off he decided to try out Bear Hug Jiu-Jitsu when it opened up and has been excited to be back on the mats ever since. Tony is a great coach and is very patient with the kids. Im excited to see his kids program grow and watch the positive effects of Jiu-Jitsu and good coaching on so many kids!
