My little shy kid is becoming more and more confident in her self. If you guys need your kids to get some aggression out this is the place to go. Or maybe just to build a little booster in confidence for your kids? Some self discipline and some really good self-defenses! Black flag kickboxing is where you need to sign up, highly recommended!! Best place in town! We have tried every sport out there or here in town and I have never been so happy with the Black Flag family 😁
