I called March 2 to set an appointment on March 4 to take a driving defense five hour course , The man I spoke to his name was Joseph . I get there today I go through a course and then I was handed a pre-licensing certificate. I had already just received one. I asked him what happened to the drivers defense course. He said I’m sorry you got this mixed up. I said you are a liar and give me my money back. He did not. I left. God will give it back to me but don’t trust this place I was just robbed not less than six hours ago !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to report this place to the Better Business Bureau !!!they just took my $60

HORRIBLE!!! SCAMMED ME!!! Do not use baileys auto school. The instructors are incompetant, not punctual, and even scammed me. I paid for 10 lessons and he only gave me 9 and lied that we did all 10. For english speakers it will be hard to understand the thick spanish accents of the instructors. They did not teach for the road test. Did not go over the specifics of what road test instructors are looking for. Instead they spend hours wasting time on worthless ridiculously irrelevant rules of driving which is why i failed my test.

UPDATE JANUARY 2018:In response to my review, Ballys mailed a letter to my parents. I was in my early 20s when I took the class and paid for it myself, so this is unexpected. (Search Googles support page for instructions for how to reply to a review on Google Maps.) The original unedited review and the companys response follow.=========Took the 5 hour pre-driving class here (required in NY before taking the road test). Our instructor insisted if we cooperated wed be able to leave early. It took us five and a half hours. He wasted most of that time going around the room asking everyones answers to stupid questions, for which he would only accept his own very particular answers. My favorites include:Why do you think they say you should leave this distance between cars? Because they are smart people and that is the number they say.How does the anti-lock brakes work? Sensors.and of course the very rhetorical,[After spending an hour pointing out that you are definitely going to die if you even think about being in a car as a driver or a passenger.] Why do you want to drive the car?=========Dear Parents; we believed your son is moving in the wrongDirection, we, really appreciate that he chooseBallys for his driving training however after the classroomTraining, He went on internet trying to answer the question givenin the class, he also claim that the teacher walk too much in the classAnd that the class was too long, given the idea going home earlyif the class cooperate in participation, Usually the teachers do thatTo increase participation specific Christopher was not participatingWe are afraid Christopher miss the whole point of the classThe classroom is mandate, required, by the State DMV and theTeacher must obey specific guide lines ordered by DMV and aSeries of questioning given to participants not required to answerBut we appreciate if they do it. Time of class is 5 hrs plus beak timeChristopher does not know the guide lines of the class, because ofThat! we find inappropriate to go to social media to write aNegative review without proper basis and knowledge of the class.Plus we believed he is enticing other friend to negative review theBusiness as well, what Christopher is doing is FALSE it requiredParenthood guide lines we are asking, to speak to ChristopherTo stop the negative review proliferation, We believed have done nothing wrongTo him! Please! Speak to him, we will hate recourse legal venues forFALSE DEFAMATION.
