Just participated in a EKG Technician Course. This school is filled with wonderful professors. Ive obtained my CNA licensing through here also. It’s safe, clean, COVID compliant. The teachers actually care about their students. If you attend this school, you will guaranteed walk out of here with your certification and licensing you needed when you walked in guaranteed.

The phlebotomy program is amazing. The teachers make sure no one is left behind & they make sure your all in. They don’t mind going over things with you if you don’t understand. They understand their job is to teach and they do just that and a little more if needed. I would highly recommend.

Great school My online Teacher Ms Babara was wonderful took her time to explain the material and answer any questions you had.. My practical teacher Ms Johnson was Great she was very knowledgeable and confident and supported you as needed. she took her time to explain each procedure and would work with you until you it correctly.

I went to this school for my medical assistant training only a couple weeks after classes ended I am now employed and successful and couldn’t have done it without access. My teacher Ms.Ramos gave great notes and always made me strive to be better. Ms.Venus played an influential part always letting me know about jobs and keeping me on my toes. This school past my expectations. To be honest, i’m new to Long Island. Don’t know my areas here and there. What is good & worth it, and what is not. Through the online course, Ms. B made it simple to understand & help you through it. When it went to in-class session, Ms. Johnson made is fun & amazing. Helped us do the clinical smoothly. I 100% recommend this institution if you’re looking to do any of their programs.

Ms Eatman is one of the most passionate teachers I have ever had! The program is very informative and the time goes by very quickly. I had a great time learning and feel very confident going forward in a medical career. The front desk staff is also phenomenal! Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to provide guidance to anyone who seeks it.

Working law enforcement and trying to find my way into the medical field, Access Careers has provided me with that and more. Ms. Eatman was able to provide all the information and teachings needed for me to feel comfortable in moving into the next phase. The office staff was also very nice and willing to work with you.

Amazing teachers and classes. Very straight to the point and concise. Ms. Eatman was amazing as an instructor and made it make sense. Very comprehensible. She used Relatable examples and scenarios that make the content you are unfamiliar with seem like common sense in the end. You’ll worry but she puts you at ease and you will do wonderfully as long as you’re dedicated, focused and you put in the work on your end. Nothing but good things to say. 👌🏾

Been here for the first time, it as been a great experiences with great staff, free parking and safe environment. But most of all i have a wonderful CNA teacher Miss. Goodman. She teach us with great understanding and always encourage us to let nothing from block us from moving forward into our destiny even guide use when we feeling down. great and wonderful teacher. I have nothing but great things to say about my instructors. Ms. B and Ms. Johnson were two people who made me feel confident in my studies and helped me understand whatever I needed so extra help with. The level of accessibility of Ms. B was amazing. Her knowledge of phlebotomy was amazing. The way Ms. Johnson puts you at ease and give you confidence in yourself is inspiring.My only complaint is the fact that it is impossible to reach the director. I had a particular issue and I sent several email and not one time did I get and acknowledgement that she received my email or that she was attempting to help. I just got an email telling me that the problem was solves, which I was grateful for. I just wished that there was more communication letting me know that she received my email and that she was working on it. I felt ignored and that is something that isnt fair to your students.Thank you Access Careers for my training and I will take what I was taught and fly with it.

Access Career is Amazing with their programs I have graduated twice once with my CNA professor Eatman I remember everything she has taught easy steps to remember each skills taking those steps and passing my exam and becoming officially certified nurse assistant.since i wanted To continue my education in the medical field of course I went back to access for my PCT with professor Johnson what can I say I LOVED HER she help me with EKG and Phlebotomy helping me feel confident on tasking each skill. Great school for phlebotomy. I had Ms. Farisa for my lectures and she was very nice and was always willing to help. Then I had Ms. Johnson for the practical and she always made sure to take her time with each of her students and made sure that we would perform everything perfectly. The facility was clean and there was parking in the back. 10/10 would recommend.

Ms. Eatmon was such a great teacher to have. She did an amazing job in her teaching and really brought life to our class. She helped lay the ground work for me becoming a CNA hopefully before the end of the year. One of the best teachers I’ve had, she even tops some high school teachers I’ve had. With that being said, I’m still waiting to hear back fromthe administration in regards to my internship. The process is a little slow as of now but I understand due to COVID. Can’t wait to embark in my future journey as a CNA. 🙂

I initially was only going to study Phlebotomy here, but my instructor Ms. Ramos was such a pleasure and amazing instructor to learn from. So much so that when i found out she also taught EKG Tech courses I didnt hesitate to enroll. This institution is more than qualified to get you where you would like to be in your career. Online learning may be a challenge to those who arent willing or dedicated. Not only does Access Careers make it easily accessible to all, they also work hard to assure that you are given everything you need in order to leave feeling confident about future interviews and your career in the Medical field.

She is a very good teacher, she helped me a lot and she goes above and beyond for her students. The administration staff is very helpful I never had any issues with them. This school is very good and detailed for the online portion and the skills. I honestly feel like as a new phlebotomist who has no prior medical experience, it was a slight challenge from a psychology major to the medical field. I accomplished all 15 sticks in 3 weeks although i feel like the time to get certified should be longer. The entry parking Lot is rough coming in though.

Going to Access Careers for phlebotomy certification is one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Not only are the lecture and skills portion of the class very informative and detailed, it was very inspirational and motivating. I had a wonderful professor named Ms Ramos, who was a nurse practitioner for over 30 years, that was the best professor Ive ever had. Even though the lecture portion of her class was online (COVID) and in the morning, I was always fully invested in the class and always did some kind of review of the material we covered or research after class. Something Ive never done during my college career so far. Same thing with skills. Overall I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a solid education and inspiration to become more in depth in the medical field.

I really enjoyed my phlebotomy course I took with access careers that I came back for the EKG course. Online part of the class was a bit of a disappointment though as I believe the instructor was not really present.But the on-hands part of the course with prof.Johnson made up for it. I learned way more with her than what I was instructed with the online instructor

Professor Johnson is great at teaching phlebotomy she really pushes you with optimism and if she sees that you listen and apply what she says then she is more than willing to help with anything and everything you need.

I took the Phlebotomy Technician course at Access Careers. I had Ms Farisa for the online portion, and Professor Johnson for the skills. I really enjoyed the way Ms. Farisa taught the class. The material itself isnt super challenging, but she was very patient and explained everything throughly. I found the skills portion of the class to be more challenging because we only had 4 days to get 15 successful sticks. Professor Johnson was a good teacher but sometimes she can be intimidating. Overall, I wish we had more time for the skills portion of the class.

I’ve taken the CNA and PCT program at both locations. I do prefer the Islandia location over the Hempstead campus as their customer service is way better. My instructors were very professional. If you attend during the pandemic stay on top of them as they will take long to schedule you for things if you dont speak up.

The CNA class was very informative and taught by Ms. Eatman who is a great and professional teacher. I would recommend this school to others who are interested in becoming a CNA!I took the Phlebotomy Theory class with Ms. Farisa and she did an excellent job of describing and clarifying the Phlebotomy material. She was very concise with the information and we had excellent videos of the different procedures needed for topics like dermal puncture and routine venipuncture. I am actually taking the EKG class with her starting this Saturday and am very much looking forward to it. If you want a good theory teacher take the Phlebotomy and EKG class with Ms. Farisa at Access Careers!!
