Love this place. My child has excelled far beyond my initial standards. The entire staff is excellent at communicating with their students. The overall professionalism and compassion is truly a dream scenario for my son. Most importantly, this specific Kumon location has such passion to teach Math / Reading in a sincere and organized way that allows each child to advance fast! Mrs. Christy and her staff are extremely committed to my child progress and treats my child as if they were her own children. She makes sure to keep me informed on my child work. The center is always very well organized and there is staff walking around to ensure that no student is struggling. My child is excelling in both math and reading thanks to Kumon. I would highly recommend this center.Mrs. Christy is also delightful to work with and shows great passion to work with her program and each student. Only thing I would change regarding our decision to start is starting sooner.

We love Kumon!!! Kumon does not only teach math and reading, it also teaches study skills. Because of Kumon, my daughter is way ahead of others in school, and shes so happy with her accomplishment! I have a wonderful experience to share. My Daughter was enrolled in Kumon as she faced difficulties in terms of Reading & Math. In Kumon the band of teachers and mentors have transformed her into an intelligent person with self confidence. Now at School she is been recognized as brilliant and intelligent student by her teachers. I do not have enough words to Thank & Appreciate the entire Kumon Family who are responsible for such a drastic change in my daughter. Kumon is like no other learning center in that it helps prepare the kids to learn independently and productively rather than spoon feeding them the answers. I love this Kumon Learning Center. I love Mrs. Pang and Miss April. They inspire and motivate me to do my best. They know my needs and strength. I’m in double accelerated math class and 2 grades above level. I love math. I highly recommend this Kumon Learning Center.

My granddaughter has been with Ms. Christy & and. April for over 2 years now. We have been to a couple of other kumon centers before this one. I can say that I like Ms. Christy’s center the best. Ms. Christy & Ms. April are always at the center dedicating all their efforts into all the children. From the 2 years I have been with them, I can see the level of attention, care & most of all love into each and every child. Since coming to this particular center, my granddaughter LOVES to learn. She always wants to come to kumon. She loves all the staff & her other classmates. Thank you Ms. Christy & Ms. April for getting back her confidence again.

My daughter has been apart of Kumon for 2 years and we love it. They hold her accountable but congratulate her on both small and big wins. My kids started Kumon Math program almost 3 years ago. Now, Elder(5th grade) is learning 8th math course and Younger(4th grade) is learning 7th math.I think Kumon math program is very reasonable, systematic and well-organized program itself. Every course is step by step approach, so thats very straight-forward and easy to understand.I just want to say staffs at Henderson-Macdonald branch. The Owner is very nice and kind to me. She always explains my kids improvements and keeps my kids going well. Also, she encourages my kids to do their homework.My 2 kids started Kumon English program just 1 year ago together. Its because I trust Kumom system and all current staffs. Absolutely, I recommend here and your child would be get better day by day.

Kumon is a great program, especially this center. My granddaughter is currently enrolled and attends twice a week, as recommended. Weve seen immense improvement in her daily study habits as well as improvement in her testing scores. The staff is always welcoming and willing to help if I have any questions or concerns about the work shes doing. The head instructor, Christy, nailed where my granddaughter was struggling and has helped find the missing pieces for her math and reading skills to ensure that she continues to progress in the right direction. I will continue to come to Kumon until she has finished the program!

People often dont realize that Kumon is not a tutoring center, but an after-school foundational learning program that encourages students to build their own study habits and skills. These are the same skills that they will need for standardized testing and university-level courses - skills that are not taught in most schools. I have firsthand seen growth within the students here and self-discipline/maturity developing at rates lightyears ahead of their non-Kumon peers. The management and staff always try their best to develop a connection with every student and work extra hard to have these kids improve. Wonderful facilities and wonderful staff, highly recommend.

Kumon is unlike any other learning program Ive experienced. Instead of hand-feeding students information one inch at a time, Kumon provides students the tools to succeed with their own effort. As someone who experienced this program first hand, I can attest to how Kumon developed my math and reading skills beyond what my I thought was possible. The staff are helpful and kind, and really treat your child as their own, even if that means being a little strict at sometimes. I would highly recommend this program to anyone interested.

We signed up for the reading program because we were told it would help with my sons writing. He reads numerous grade levels above his own and does not struggle with any component of reading. After 7 months, I questioned again the reason why we have seen no improvement and the owner admitted that no writing program or camp will ever help a student with writing. She admitted that she did a poor job of communicating that to us before we signed up. It was more than simply a communication error. BBB complaint filed. At 7 months, there is nothing the center could propose to fix this but they insist that we finish the 8 months. 3 more weeks will not demonstrate worthiness of this program when 7 months have not demonstrated even minuscule results. This further demonstrates that the center is NOT committed to the students and is only interested in the money. The time commitment every week is astronomical compared to the results obtained. My son worked so diligently everyday and we lost so much time with him because of this worthless program. The staff is so rude. Every announcement over 4 months, except for 2, have grammar and spelling errors. Students should NOT be learning from a center who is incapable of sending out announcements for their reading program with no spelling, grammar or punctuation errors. I admit that this program may help some students but it isnt worth the time or money to get trapped into a contract to find out. If only Kumon would admit that their program doesnt work for all students and stop the contract 1 month early....

I signed my daughter up for the Kumon reading program in order to spark an interest in books. It has been a little over two months now and I notice a big improvement on her attitude towards reading. She is more confident and eager to read! Her vocabulary enlarged and she has made less mistakes on spelling. The owners and helpers at this center are communicative, caring and encouraging! Thumbs up for this Kumon!

As with everything in life, kids learn differently. Unlike a previous rater, I dont think my son is just another number. Before we enrolled my five year old in kumon, he was in kindergarten struggling to read and write. We felt like failures as parents. After 6 months of kumon, my son has excelled. He can do basic math, read short stories, and has more confidence in doing his work. Our kids need encouragement and guidance from both school and at home. It takes a lot of work, but if youre committed, this program is amazing! I would highly recommend anyone to enroll their children here!
