I always have great service, the students and teachers are always helpful and polite. They do the best job the can, remember they are students and they are actually pretty good at what they do. Make your app on line and please keep them or cancel so other customers can take advantage of this great service plus the students get their practice hours in. Love all the services they offer.

I went to school here in the year of 2018 to 2019 (I still have my Melady book) I loved miss Angie Miss Jessica Miss Leslie and Miss Audrey i Learned so much from these wonderful ladies. They were very sweet and they treated everyone with respect. I am very disappointed in the fact that instructors are getting fired for being “on “too nice. I will be FURIOUSLY upset if I find out they were fired also. They were nothing less than professional helpful and spectacular. I learned so much from going to school here and I have been taught very important and valuable lessons that I will take with me for life.

I went here for a therapeutic facial yesterday. The people were nice, but I would not recommend their service. I walked away looking like an ashy ghost from something they used on my skin that clearly wasnt meant for people with my skin complexion. The person that helped me was a senior so I expected better, but I was wrong. I gave her a tip because I was having cramps and her massage put me to sleep which helped with my cramps. She might want to consider being a massage therapist instead of her elected career.

My feet have been going there for about 3 years about every couple months and my feet are missing them LOL my feet love them and theyre very sweet people

I wouldnt say i hate this place due to the 1 star, Im honestly not happy that i had to put that rating why? I was ecstatic once i started school met my instructor and classmates, we worked well together everything was cordial and respectful. But i feel the moment i didnt agree with a way a lesson was taught and gave my opinion in a respectful manner, from that moment on the instructor wouldnt speak to me nor my classmates not a Hi nothing. It was discouraging and kind of still is being that these are the classmates i want to work with to better myself once i receive my license and join the nail industry, but they wont speak to me i say all of that to say in the end if you attend this school be prepared for bias behaviors when you dont agree with everything or if you want to give your opinion even if it is said respectful sad but true.

Worse school to attended! Do not attend this school! I was very disappointed by the teaching! They change teachers constantly! They milked the clock a lot! They did not have proper supplies or materials to learn hands on! They down sized spa room to half size and put a classroom inside to teach while you are doing facials ??? And to make it worse the classroom behind that room you had an instructor with a loud speaker giving lecture??? No common sense at all!!! We could not hear our own instructor! They need to be closed down! So disappointed with this school like so many other students that left due to the same reasons! Don’t throw your money away! Go to a better school!

They are great with the ladies, but no one there seems to know how to cut mens hair. My husband has tried them twice and comes out with something that looks like a ladys cut. Even when a man did it!

The worst place to work! They will fire you for no reason and they dont like it when you are nice to the students. So students look elsewhere too!!

I went in for a hair cut it did take a while due to them being students but it was worth the wait. The students were very friendly and considerate.

The ladies behind the desk were rude and didn’t acknowledge me as I was walked up to the desk. I said “hello” and was told “I’m almost finished and then I’ll be with you” weird thing is, she just stood there doing absolutely nothing for a minute and then asked me “how can I help you?” It was the strangest and rudest encounter!! So I left and called the next day and no one answers and it goes to voicemail but then it says the voicemail is full. I called several times in two days and still nothing!!! So is it really a school? I mean what kind of service is that and now the question is, what exactly are they teaching???

The worst experience and very disorganized. I had a facial done and towels stinked badly. The girl didnt do any extractions and barely touched my skin while massaging.. The hair part was even worse.. The girl didnt washed the back of my hair, had a body odor and the cover up she put on me smelled like and old cigarettes smoke. She was scared to touched my hair and had no idea what she was doing and her products and tools were falling on the floor while she was trying to blow dry my hair. I couldnt take that any longer and just left. There were no instructions given to students or checked any customer satisfactory during facial neither during blow dry and Im not sure what I was charged $44. Do not go there and waste your money and time.

Terrible. I spent 15.00 for a pedicure. What a joke. The girls Hair kept falling into my toe Nail polish. I need to go get a real pedi and spend 20.00 tomorrow. Polish job was terrible. My 4 yr old could have done a better job. They should not charge people for such bad service. For 5.00 more I could have got a real pedicure. Oh and my skirt was soaked because she forgot to drain the tub. Dont waist your money. Sooooo disappointing.

They do deserve 0 points since you cant even get any help. I tried to call 3 times with no response. So I decided to go in because I wanted to try and get a fill. I had a few things I was hoping to do including, fill, pedi and highlights. It was 1pm.... 3 hours until closing so I anticipated a no on the highlights, only doing a fill and pedi... the instructor kept looking at the clock when I mentioned just getting a fill and say...idk...idk I said just a fill takes 3 hours? she stated theyre students I said Im aware, Ive been to beauty schools before and never has it taken more than 90 minutes for a student doing a fill she then stated there was only one student available when I saw three walking up with her and many more sitting down....ok, who am I to argue. I will never argue for someone to take my money, I guarantee that. especially when the prices arent discounted much from a real salon... which is where I took my business. I dont imagine that school profiting from their student services department if theyre so willing to be rude and send customers away. RIDICULOUS!!
