Awesome environment. The instructors have years of knowledge and are patient when teaching to ensure you get the technique right. They go out of their way to help pair you with someone who has a similar skill level so that you can continually improve. There are plenty of certified savages in here but without the big egos. Show up ready and willing to learn and put in work. Iron sharpens Iron.

I have only been there one time but it was highly recommended by my private coach. I enjoyed the session and felt the leader Anthony (hope I got his name right) was very aware of and caring about the group. I am currently planning to sign up.As far as the only guy to leave a 1 star review dont heed that. He slammed another place just because of 1 phone call lol. Serious grapplers would have shown up and rolled, and I bet he didnr really roll at 10thP either because no specifics on what happened. I mean like 43 other people gave it a perfect score. That says it all.From what I saw during my visit every effort was made to be safe, including temperature checks for covid. I am vaccinated and looking forward to my training there. Also all the other students seemed respectful and serious, ready to learn.

Who ever said Disneyland is the happiest place on earth obviously hasnt been here. 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu is the single greatest place on this planet and is often filled with the most amazing human beings as well. If you want to be a part of this glorious group of people, you can. Theyre very inclusive and you will be greeted with the nicest most tight hugs youll ever experience! If youre thinking about, just do it!

If you know anything about Coach Casey Halstead and 10th Planet youll know exactly the type of quality this gym and its coaches bring. Ive trained here for a little over a year and Ive never been apart of a better community of people who are focused on improving themselves and others around them.

Recently moved to Henderson and just tried my first class. Ive been doing Jiu Jitsu for a few years and always wanted to train at a 10th Planet gym. Ive got to say its everything I expected and more. I moved to the Las Vegas area for three months and decided to try out Jiu Jitsu. My only regret is that life took me away from Las Vegas and separated me from the gym. Coach Casey is inspiring and his way of teaching will transcend off the mats of Jiu Jitsu. You may become a world champion in Jiu Jitsu or you may become a champion of life. This school is the best. Ive been going for a few months now and Im really seeing results in how I feel. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful with students of all levels. I would recommend 10th Planet Las Vegas to anyone new to Jujitsu, experienced or just in town wanting to roll. I have trained at both the Henderson and the downtown location and they are both exceptional.

Las Vegas is one of the absolute best places to live if you want to learn Jiu Jitsu, and 10th Planet Las Vegas is the best in Vegas. Great atmosphere and better people. Coaches that actually care whether you are there and aren’t looking at you as a payment, they all have a team first mentality that translates in a way to make you feel like family. Everyone is humble and helpful while being absolute monsters on the mat. In the previous gyms I’ve been to I saw constant injuries from teammates and here I can truly say that everyone on the mats care about each other in a way that prevents injury. The kids program is also top notch with so many boys and girls having fun and learning the value of hard work and dedication in a healthy and safe environment. Come down and try it out for yourself and you will see why it is worth 5 stars and why we are the best in town.

Awesome gym to train at. Im in Vegas a couple times a month and decided to drop in for a couple days while I was in town. The trainers and students were all very welcoming and helpful Ill definitely be going back. Great classes, training partners , and coaches. I cant say enough good things about this gym.

The quality of instruction and training is always outstanding. Everyone is respected and valued, regardless of experience, size, gender, etc. In training here over the last year I have grown exponentially as a martial artist & as a person. Its also a lot of fun & Ive met a lot of great people.

I had trained before and contemplate training again for a while. I visited a few schools, but none of them really motivated me to take the leap. I randomly stopped by and spoke with Coach Casey and from just chatting with him (no sales pitch given), I said lets do it. I have ZERO regrets.In the past year, Ive lost around 40lbs, made a bunch of friends, earned my blue belt and met tons of cool people and visiting instructors. Everyone will roll with you, no matter size, belt level, etc. (which wasnt a norm at my previous schools). Im constantly getting feedback, I feel like im improving, no one is out to hurt me, im staying in shape and Im having a great time.Im very thankful for having these people in my life.

I began training in mma a year ago and recently found myself wanting to train more in depth in specifically jiu-jitsu. As a female in a very male dominated sport, the idea of walking into a martial arts school for the first time can feel overwhelming. Not at 10th Planet! Right from the start, Coach Casey and his instructors were very welcoming, as were the other members in the class. The level of comradery and support far surpassed my expectations.By my second class, I truly felt I belonged there, regardless of my level of experience, and that level of comfort is necessary to get the most out of my training! The 10th planet school in Las Vegas is absolutely amazing! They have some of the best instructors and coaches I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.One of the most impressive things about the 10th Planet Henderson school is the open mat policy that they have on sundays welcoming anyone and everyone to come train.The lack of politics and issues within this school is absolutely amazing.
