I drop of packages quite often and never wait to long at all. Friendly staff that are very helpful. Always plenty of parking.

Lowes has a better safe selection and they are priced betterout of box cutters when I was thereout of ink for my printer

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the postcards I received from the Staples print shop. The online portal to design your own cards was very user-friendly. The cherry on top would have to be the friendly customer service provided by John. even though we were wearing masks I could tell his smile was genuine. John signed me up to receive coupons in the future and also shared with me a few ways to save on my future print jobs. I will definitely be giving more business to Staples in the future.

Very friendly staff... Helpful I was only in there for about 5 minutes and had two people ask me if I wanted help. Its nice to see a place that still provides good customer service.

I bought a Kroy office chair today from the Staples in Hermitage. I noticed that it was less on the Staples corporate website after getting it home. The staff at Staples in Hermitage, PA is the nicest team of employees weve met in a long time! They were incredibly helpful with our recent recycling load, and have been able to send out the most complicated mailings for us! One time, the technician spent twenty minutes taping, padding, and carefully boxing my daughters guitar to be sent to Athens, GA. They truly are a wonderful group. They were somewhat busy but, I could get someone to help me make copies of various sizes and colors. Im sorry I dont know the name of the man that helped me. He was very good, and helpful even though it started to get busy again, several other employees stepped in to help several customers. Good job staples, thank you

Nice store, al little out of the way from New Castle, PA. We loved the New Castle Store and you closed it. My grandson and I went there several days per week. So did many others.I am still not happy about that closing and therefore , you have lost 85% of my business.

This office supply store has everything from snacks to computers. I specifically needed bulk file folders. They had multicolor, single tab, 3 tab, 5 tab, letter size, legal size, hanging, and expandable. That is basically what the whole store is like with a nice selection of everything they carry. The store is clean and neat. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance when I walked in the door. Which is a nice touch. Checkout was quick and the cashier was pleasant. My next trip will probably be for a box of paper, printer ink, and a stick drive.

After waiting in line to check out I just left without any thing if you have to wait over 30 minutes to get checked out.. You might want to put another cashier on or better train the only one working

Used their copy center. Abby assisted me the first time, she was very nice! I didnt think it could get any better until Joshua assisted me the next day when I needed my order cut. He was SO helpful and wonderful! He made me feel like providing me assistance was truly his pleasure. He salvaged my expensive invitations! I cannot say enough great things about the excellent customer service experience I had. Thank you Staples for hiring quality employees!

Asked kid in office furniture where the desk lights were he literally said I dont know I only know whats in my section. We walk over entire store finally find someone else ask where the lights he takes us back to where we first ask the millennial and the lights are literally on the wall behind where the kid was standing. This location is a little to crowded at the self serve stations. But the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is cleane and well organized. The location is old compared to others. But all in all its an ok place.

Very poor service! Will not return to Staples#0789 Hermitage, PA. I went in looking for a planner. I went to the customer service desk on 4/9/19 at 3:15pm. I asked a lady at the desk where the planners are located and she said “I’m sorry I can’t help you with that” so I’m thinking she would ask another employee at the service desk for help. Which there were 4 employees in the customer service area!I received no help at all. This is unacceptable. Please help your customers. I bought nothing that day.. so why do you even have a customer service area??

Clean well stocked store. Staff will frequently check to see if you need assistance. When you do, they are helpful in pointing out where the items you are looking for are, and helping you pick out just the right gadget for your needs.

Came in to buy 2 firesticks! They were out of stock, no big deal. As I was leaving the manager says “Hey, we can order them and you will have them tomorrow” so I agreed! Flash forward to today, expected delivery date Jan 23, 2019. They straight lied to me! I will NEVER shop here again!

Staples used to be a fun place to shop but any more its like shopping at a Walmart. If you need help the employees seem to be quick to point to another associate for them to help you. For instance, today we took some old electronics in for recycling. According to a Staples ad you could give it to any associate. My wife looked for an associate that wasnt busy so she went to the copy department. He pointed her to another associate. He in turn directed her to a third associate. Plus their prices are high. The only way to shop here is to watch for sales.

Good place for a lot of things. But- could have extended school specials till after Labor Day!!! Helps working parents in the community!

Cheap way to make copies, good staff

Ordered prints 3 days prior to going in to pick them up. The prints were not ready and neither was the manager to get the order done. I prepaid for the order and ended up waiting for over an hour. The manager assisting the employee didnt know how to look up my order or print my order nor how to cut the cards! In the end the employee apologized as he didnt know why the order wasnt done. During that time the manager seemed to think offering me a coupon would help. I decided it was best to say no thank you and leave. I will not be getting prints done there again!
